Great deals on birthday parties. Fun for younger kids.

I come here quite often, I must say I am very disappointed today, the girl running the snack area went above and beyond to be rude to a few of the paying customers, while the other teen working, was on her phone the whole time, they definitely need to coach thier employees on customer service and get the other one off of her phone, ridiculous. It was very disappointing as I enjoy bringing my child here.

Great place. My kids love the lil ninjas class and gymnastics class. The lady that I usually always see in the kids castle area is always friendly. Everybody there seems nice.

Kids love to play at Kids Castle and jump on the trampoline. The have great popcorn and ypu can bring in your own food. No presents though unless you pay for a party room...

Beware, they have unpublished arbitrary rules that you cannot have any birthday party things outside of their (overpriced) party rooms, even when the rooms are fully booked. No reason stated, staff was rude.The main reason we didnt book the room was that we only had 4 kids attending, just wanted to have a small cake after playing for a few hours, using just a single table. Apparently thats unacceptable. Dont think we will be back for any reason, despite it being an otherwise amazing place for kids to play.

Prices changed! I paid $40 for 3 kids! Overcrowded and rude staff. Will unfortunately not be going back. Kids used to love it, but is now unaffordable.

Absolutely love this place. My daughter gets in for $3 and has a BALL. They have evening hours which means I can take her after work and they even have really affordable bday party options. We’re hoping to have her 3rd birthday there this year. Their gym classes are on the pricier side but just to play they’re the best.

Love taking my boy here. I think any parent would love taking their child here. A friend told me that hes little girls liked it better than chuckie cheese after I recommended it. They meet other kids make new friends and even parents get to meet other parents. Very inexpensive and thank you Kings Castle for making that possible.

Love this place! Been going since I was a kid and its such a joy to take my kids. Great big play area that isnt insane so you can still get a stuck child, they allow outside food and it usually isnt crowded on the weekdays.I did 3 stars for 3 reasons:- prices increased significantly (from $3 for unlimited play to $12-13 or $6.85 for 1 hr) and it wasnt updated on the website. Still not bad but when you bring several kids and you gotta tell them theyve only got an hour because Mom didnt bring enough cash.... Is a bummer.- hours are pretty inconvenient, at least for those of us with kids who takes naps in the afternoon and prioritize family dinners. 1-7 cuts into both nap time and dinner time.- there isnt enough staff to really enforce any rules, totally not theyre fault, they are afordable and great, its just hard when parents dont keep their kids in line (e. g. Throwing balls, climbing nets, entering areas designated for smaller kids)

Was alot cheaper than I expected. Kids had fun will definitely go again. The boyfriend ordered an energy drink to keep up with kids.

The place is big and lots of fun for people there feet tall or under. As an adult (whos still a kid at heart) I had lots of fun too.

Daughter loved the place and everyone there was so friendly. Just the way my wife remembered when she was a kid.

It was a great place for children being a grandparent is a wonderful thing this place is great keeps kids very busy when they are there but i dont think they should charge for the 2 yr olds to play in the far west end just not right. 3 yr and older makes up for their younger bro,s or sisters being able to play at the west end.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Went for a Birthday party, asked for coffee and was told no since I was the only one asking, then was hustled out so fast, they had garbage bags in our room before we could even get out. Very disapointing.

The kids love it, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Great place to bring the kids to.

Super disappointed that they took away 2 for the price of 1 admission on wednesdays. Im from the lower valley but my sisters live in Yakima and we used to get together on wednesdays with our kids and our mom to hang out at kids castle. They said the reason behind doing away with the promo is because it would get too full and they would have to turn people away. Well thats the whole idea of a promo is to bring people in, so that makes no sense. And also I wish they would have wifi here.

Place is awesome for kids. Nice big play structure with ball pits, slides and more. On the weekends, after 12, they let kids play in the gymnastics area that has trampolines and a bouncy house.

The new hours are horrible. What mom on earth wants to come at 3 or later after their toddler has napped? Please, PLEASE bring back morning hours!

I give this establishment 3 stars only because of how much my children love to play here. BUT its ridiculous when I get there and I pay $12.95 for one 4 year old and one 1 year old for ONE hour. Price has jacked up in the past year and YES I have seen improvements here and there, but what does it take to get some customer service while there? The young man at the counter was very charming and sweet. But the guy monitoring the gymnasium is a totally different story. When you work with children, you should be upbeat and happy and LOVE your job. Why stand there with your arms crossed the whole time with distaste in your mouth? AND all these able bodied teenagers who take all the front row parking SHAME ON YOU! It was cold and the wind was brutal and I felt bad for all the moms who had to carry their infants all the way across the parking lot because employees at this establishment SCORE all the front row parking.

Took my daughter and when we got home she had rashes all over, she was exposed to something. Place needs some cleaning and updating.

My daughter loves it here. It helps her get her energy out and a chance to play with other kids. You can tell everythings old though and theres some things that need to be replaced. It would be great if there was wifi for the parents to use while their kids run around. Also, its expected, but the snacks available are expensive for what you get.Edit: The hours changed a while back--shortened and start later in the day--and its hard for graveyard working parents to take their kids in. We rarely go anymore. Maybe once every few months.

Great fun for kids, they run and play and go home ready to sleep. For kids under 3 it is very affordable! Tables and chairs for adults. Ball pens,slides,climbing wall, Climbing net, sliding bar.
