Everything about this place is fun! Has plenty of games and attractions to enjoy! Overall a clean place and the staff is nice. Its a little overpriced to me though which is why I give this place 4 stars. Be safe while here~

THE PLACE for a Birthday Party! We showed up to a decorated room full of cups, plates, and napkins. Any time I needed more, BOOM, they appeared! The table covers were nice and sturdy. The employees were all very eager to help. The best part was grabbing only the items from the party that I wanted to keep and left the mess for them to take care of. AMAZING! Looking forward to partying here again! Thank you all for a perfect day.

I would not recommend, went in for my kids to have a good time ages 4 and 5 years old. My 5 year old son is very tall for his age but was shocked to find out Id be charged extra for him because he was taller than his little sister. The staff members were busy on their cellphone and visiting with family members, also the young man let his little sister jump for free! But i have to pay extra for my sons being tall? Really, i took a picture of the staff too busy visiting with his mom and of his sister jumping for FREE.

Great fun and entertainment for all ages and not to mention great exercise as well. Friendly staff and they also have areas that can be rented out for birthday parties.

Nice fun place for kids and families to have fun. Wish they ran specials more. Wed be able to go more. As it is a little spendy. But a lot of fun.

Get air is such a fun and safe environment for all ages. The park was well cleaned as well as the bathrooms. Will definitely be going back there soon.

Fun! They had all kinds of fun games and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Kids are guaranteed to enjoy bouncing around the facility. You, the adult, may not. The rates are not cheap for the individual or group. The chaotic jumping of many children is surprisingly accident free. Takes a minute but you relax after your first rodeo. Smells a bit like feet, though if you expected something else you may have never been to a shoeless event. Party rates and restrictions are not for the frugal but if you do go for it, you wont be dissatisfied. Im a bit frugal so 3 star, 4 star if I wasnt on teacher salary. Would go again with the kids, they love it.

The kids have a great time and I understand parents/guardians should be looking out for their kids but when the jumping area is full of kids with one lifeguard supervising it does make sense. There was 2 of them standing together talking and hanging out, I should also mention that a gal was twerking when we were checking in. Good place for the kids but is in need of professional training for their employees or at least a manager who can guide them to what their supposed to be doing.

One of the best places for any of your children to have a blast... Good workout for adults.

My family loves it here. We come from Wenatchee, and always leave happy. We have been to others, but none compare to get air. We like that the whole thing is the trampoline park, not arcade, nothing else.

The staff there is great! I was there last night and it was super busy yet this nice young lady took the time to explain to my father IN SPANISH why he needs a waiver filled out, she even offered to help us!! If youre looking for a good, safe, fun place for everyone Get Air is deffinatly the right choice, I will be going again.

My Grandkids have a blast every time they come and Im always happy that they go home exhausted. Great way to get them off of the electronics and they get some very much needed excercise, and some stimulated brain activity..

This place is fun! It gets a bit over crouded however worth taking the kids to burn off some energy... Sit in one of those message chairs and take a load off yourself.... 2.00 goes a long way....

Staff paid attention to kids and it was mostly clean. I mean its a place where kids sweat and run around with a minimum of adult supervision. You cant expect spotless toilets or water fountains that a kid hasnt stuck his whole mouth on. Satisfied customer with a happy kid.

Good during the week but overly busy on the weekends. They also dont allow you to bring outside food in for birthday parties. Theyll make you order a pizza through them, they have them delivered by Dominos and charge you a huge mark up for the service. The party rooms are extremely expensive to begin with too.

Fun place for kids/teens, and adults who can still act like kids! Not the cheapest venue around or it would have a 5☆ rating, too bad they dont have family packages available or small group rates!

Went on a Thursday, not to many people, little expensive but my kids had a blast. And I had 2 kids under 2, they have an area for young children but it was hard to keep my kids in there and they were really nice about it, didnt complain that they were jumping where they shouldnt have been and gave us socks for the babies for free. LOVE IT!!

I used to think that coming here was a treat. I acually think know that going to this place is a nightmare. The staff dont do anything there was a kid fighting and we told the staff but they just ignored us. The place is also overpriced! One time when my son we to the Dodge ball, he came out with a bloody nose from a kid not playing by the rules. Due to safety and price I highly do NOT recommend this place.

Very fun place! Trampolines accommodate kids of all sizes and adults. Very large facility with a great variety of things to do. Spacious seating for adults not bouncing with a view of the entire facility so you can easily keep an eye on your kids. Party areas for birthdays, etc. A birthday party was where we first were introduced to Get Air. Ive been back several times since as a family.The cost is a little higher than a movie ticket for an hour of jump time and youre required to wear their brand of socks on the trampolines. The socks have a traction sole to keep people safe on the potentially slick trampoline surfaces, so a good policy, but an extra cost for the first time that you go. You can wash reuse your socks on later visits to avoid the additional cost.

Fun place to get your kids energy out. My kids were driving me crazy because the snow kept us in. I took them here for 2 hrs and now they settled down.

Really clean atmosphere, helpful staff, however I do not like that the small kid zone is set between the dodgeball area and the free jump area and all that guards it off is a rope. If it had been busier I worry that the small kids would have been trampled by the bigger ones. The other Get Air locations Ive been to have had the small kids area in an actual corner and netted off completely, between that and the price which is a bit steep for 1 hour, I gave it 3 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised by this trampoline park. The kids had a great time, which is really all that matters. Its very nice and could hold its own with the facilities near me in Orange County. We were only there for an hour of free play, but it seemed like a nice place to have a party too.

This place is a joke. The amount you pay for a party room with stained floors is already a lot, then on top of that an additional $50 surcharge if you want to bring in your own pizza vs having their super greasy and slightly burnt ones is just absurd. And the idea that a dinky blue rope is going to keep a bunch of little children in their tiny section and the big ones out is madness. Older, much larger kids still go in, leap in from the outside even and throw foam at the little ones knocking them down and no employee or parents are to be found anywhere to manage this. We went for a birthday party and the ages were 3-4 yrs which they were told was the best time for the little kid birthdays. There were no staff present to help keep order on the bounce floor other then one girl who’s yoga pants were so tight you could tell she wasn’t wearing underwear and they were partially see through. The parents that are supposed to be watching their kids are either sitting in massage chairs that are constantly going off with this awful alarm or are unable to get to their kids in the middle of the bounce room unless they pay for admission and socks too. The girl at the front desk was super rude as it was our first time and didn’t know about some waiver we had to sign (that no one else in the party group had to fill out mind you) Then we had to stand in line again and wait for another 10 mins since only one girl was checking in anyone while the other had been with the same group since we’d gotten back in line and was giggling talking about some boat trip once we got into ear shot. Once up there she started asking my child who wasn’t even paying attention a bunch of questions instead of me and I responded anyways while she continued asking my daughter. Honestly, for a first visit, how awful this one went we won’t be returning. The people who had the party there even said it was a waste and wouldn’t be holding a party there again.

I like to imagine this is what heaven is like. Legitimately most fun place to go in the entire state for all ages. Im 32 and thought I had just as much if not more fun than my son or the other kids there.

First, its a little trampoline park which is in and of itself a ton of fun with friends young and old. Second, for a place that makes you sweat and be active it has a surprisingly very clean feel. It can get busy though, so you just have to watch out for others.

Me and my friends usually go about every others weekend, sometimes finding other friends. Its friendly but its would be cool if knockerball would come out more often. Still love it

The employee Campbell was the best. He was beyond helpful with any questions I had. The only thing I didnt like was the tiny children running in circles around kids getting large air.

We went there with grandkids. Everyone had a lot of fun. Did not think it was too expensive for the amount of fun and exercise for the kids and me. You must sign waivers because people sue businesses for even the smallest reasons and businesses must protect themselves. The socks you purchase are necessary for safety reasons. They have rubber grips on them. When we were there they gave us the option to use our own socks as long as they had rubber on the bottom. We opted to buy socks from them at a nominal fee because they had more rubber and more grip. You can use your socks again when you come back. We we were with little kids and the older high school kids who were really good jumpers were very polite and courteous of our little ones. They also have a designated section just for the little ones 5 and under. We are going back with all of our grandkids. Great fun!

We took our 1 year old and 4 year old here. The facility was very clean and well run. We will definitely be back!

Crowded on weekends, everything is in working order though. Plan for 1-2 hours, any more and you or your kids will likely be bored. There is comfortable seating for people who do not wish to jump.

We just left this place. Both times weve been here the staff do NOTHING to enforce the rules. They just stand around & watch. Kids were running around with no awareness of where they were going or who they were bumping into. Parents were telling their kids they could run anywhere & do whatever they wanted. It was utter chaos. There was a large adult man, flying around the trampolines, who almost made a puree out of my sister, & almost landed on his own tiny daughter numerous times. If you want to be smushed, bruised and/or killed, this is the place to be!!!!!

Showed up at 8:30 pm tonight for my birthday with my family and had one of the staff pretty much chase us out with her vacuum and her looks, as if she hated her job and wanted to clean and leave already. I even asked her if they were closed already 1/2 hour through our session and she said no we close at 10. She stared at us the whole time crossing her arms like we we were in her way of her cleaning duties. We payed over $120 for one hour just to feel as if we were an inconvenience. I told the girl at the front desk that it was pretty rude to have staff cross her hands waiting for us to leave... She told me that girls name was Jessica. I would suggest if you dont like your job to please move on to a different job dont ruin it for us all.

This place is fun. It would be nice if they would police the massage chairs on busy days.

Use to love going to this place till they told me I could no longer do flips. What the point of the signing a waver. Whats the point of a trampoline if all you can do is go up and down?
