Um....so I order a pop and basket of fries, well, got the pop promptly, the fries.....45 minutes later, and their cold? Come on guys? Really? Waitress was nice and all but like really what happened, restaurant wasnt busy, nor was it on bowling side....seems like the cooks should turn down their radios and quit screwing off during work hours and I may get a item that take 4 mintues to cook in 20 minutes or less.....

The place is newly renovated and clean. I was surprised by how amazing/fancy it looked. That being said, I was expecting above average food for the way the place looked. The food came out cold. Half our items looked like they were old and microwaved. Hope they get better chiefs or at least learn how to time out when the food gets sent out. Marie, our server and the bartender provided great service.

Used to love this place before the remodel. Now weve come back a few times since and every time we are stuck waiting for our food for over an hour. We literally probably try it again every 3 months or so hoping it will be better and every time it is even worse than the previous time. Currently writing this after an hour and a half without food...Not impressed. Would no longer recommend.

Great price for unlimited bowling, very wide selection of beers and decent food. At night lights go out and the black ones come on. The cool thing about the lanes are if you have a player that wants bumpers up, they automatically raise when its that persons turn. Lots of lanes, usually able to get a lane without reserving. Sometime tournaments happen and all the lanes are reserved but you can just call ahead. Lots of parking in the back.

Used to love this place but I since the renovation the service has been terrible and food takes forever to come out.. I’m literally writing this review after sitting here for 2 hours waiting for food.. also tables seated half hour to hour after us got their food way before us.. not happy at all big bummer since I used to seriously love coming here

Terrible service.We waited an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food, which then came out cold. I would highly recommend dining elsewhere. The food and service are both extremely poorOn the plus side, the bathrooms were nice.

This place is huge. The drinks are strong, the food is good. Everything is clean and well maintained.

I decided to check out spectrum lanes/woodys after hearing of their renovation and revamping. I’m writing this review after my second experience since the remodel. The remodel is beautiful. However, their operation is not. This place is so obviously mismanaged and understaffed. There are bars with no materials behind them (VIP bar exists mostly for the bartender to tell you they don’t have simple things like Red Bull). Food is decent If it comes out in a decent time frame but with the bar tenders also acting as food runners ....don’t expect that. They don’t even have a cash drawer for one of their bars- the bar tender is running a drawer from a servers pocketbook. Just all around feels like a thrown together operation. Makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen if they skimp this hard in front of house on material and service.

The new update looks amazing. I stopped in and had breakfast a few times aswell. It was pretty great I must say!

Went a got a bowling ball from Mike marks and they were very helpful. Answered all our questions and made suggestions that we would not have thought to ask about. Will go back to them .

This has been my kids house since they were little. The staff is always friendly and we feel were part of a family while there

Awful awful awful. First my fiance and I and a couple of friends had dinner and the food was great but the service sub par to say the least! Our server let us know that she had picked up the shift and would never do that again. None of our food came out on time and I got the wrong meal. But what was the most disturbing was how we got kicked out from bowling when my fiance was racially profiled and put hands on for not putting a mask on fast enough. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! This place should be shut down.

Very nice upgrades. Ive been bowling here for years and the improvements made are phenomenal! Great weekend 2 hour deal for the family, pizza was good, sticks were tasty and fresh, lanes are in good shape, tv screens are great, and the arcade is a nice addition. Overall great place for everyone to have some fun!

Good price for bowling and rental shoes. Great place to take the family for some fun and bowling. Bar service is a bit slow, but the bartenders are very friendly and pricing is very reasonable. Ordered appetizers and they were plentiful and good. Overall a good experience.

Great place great idea but poorly managed! Lots to do here live bands on weekends and even comedy night on Sunday. Again way understaffed and its not the team members fault. I have been in management many years and you can see how much money they are losing when customers are waiting to get a bite or even a drink! You will notice a fun atmosphere but be ready to wait for 2o minutes in-between drink orders. Way understand staffed on weekends. Cheers to the 2 or 3 staff members that make it work

Great place..you have to go. If you dont like noise this is not for you. Families have a Great time.

The remodel is amazing and the bowling excellent! That being said, Our group started bowling at 9:15 and ordered our drinks then but did not receive them for over an hour and a half when we finally complained to managment. The server then brought out one round of drinks and then served and returned to the tables around us at least four or five times. Once again our table was ignored. If not for the worst service possible, this would be a 5 star review. Definitely has some work to do on their choice in hires. If I treated my customers this way I would have none left.

First time visiting. I sat at the bar and ordered the wings. After waiting 15 minutes for my food to arrive, I was informed the kitchen did not have any chicken wings! I had to stop at KFC on my way home to get some wings. They were good. Better than Woodys? I guess Ill never know.

Place has done many upgrades. The VIP bowling section is amazing a bit pricey. But worth it if you want to have an area to your self. There are also upgrades to the menu and Lounge area also. Photos to come

I was amazed at the renovations they did recently. It looks like you are walking into a performance hall! Love the new set up and their food prices are still really fair! Plus, cant beat free cornhole and private bowling alley!!

The updates theyve made are great. The Spectrum Lanes area of the bowling alley are still as they have been for some time. However the restaurant and bar look great. Food is always very good and reasonable prices.

The best bowling alley in GR. Well kept lanes, fantastic block rates at night, and a great kitchen. Its well worth the visit, no matter what part of the city you live in.

I will never go back to this place staff was very unprofessional the waitress took the order and money but only brought some of the drinks and then lied about it and went on break and didnt give us our money back. We spoke to management and when the manager pulled up the camera seen what the staff did they canceled our game and called police on us. Horrible unprofessional place.

Things looks pretty nice. New areas are very nice. However service is lacking and feels like people dont know to handle the new things. We had golf simulator time and when we went to pay no one knew how to ring us up...

The food was amazing and the drinks were good, but the service was horrendous. Over heard the waitress for the table next to us tell them sorry it took so long I was outside checking out the parking lot air which considering she smelled like a dirty Ash tray I would assume she was smoking. Who does this.?? Even though the food was good I wont go back.

They had several lanes available for both league and open play. Their VIP Bowling room was very nice: it was more intimate, had better furniture, a more pleasant ambiance and more responsive staff. The staff in general, however, were very friendly and accommodating.They were, unfortunately, understaffed during our two visits over the weekend. This caused lengthy delays in food service and cleanup, and is the only reason our rating is 4/5 stars, instead of 5/5.

Spectrum has always been a great place for entertainment. Been going there for many years and never had a bad experience. The addition is really cool !!

A little messy inside due to construction but clean and bright. We were there for early dinner (4:45-5 pm) so wait staff was just getting around - a bit slow, but we had good service all in all. Menu is casual and fun. Weekly specials are very interesting! We ordered the loaded tots appetizer and it couldve been our whole meal! The patty melt was great - cooked perfectly & great flavor. The shrimp scampi from the weekly specials actually came out as shrimp alfredo but it was good. The house salad left much to be desired. It was, basically, a plate of chopped romaine with some sort of creamy dressing and parmesan cheese. It was not appealing and I didnt understand why they dressed it plus served my dressing of choice on the side.We will return to try more of the menu.

Terrible service. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes- 3 bartenders working and we couldn’t get a drink. Servers were washing glassware because they were out of glasses. Finally got a bartender who asked if we were cashing out- told her no were trying to order a drink and then she went and washed more glasses. Nice place but I won’t be returning anytime soon

My go-to spot when I lived in Wyoming for 30 years.... the place is huge compared to what it used to be. I love it there.

The whole building is being remodeled inside & out! Most of it is done & looks Great! The Bar & Karaoke room has a stage & lots of room for seating & dining..The food is good & reasonably priced

I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because we did have fun. I had family in town for the holidays so we decided to go bowling. No one ever came to our table to see if we wanted to order any drinks or food. The whole 3 hours we were there we had the previous people food and glasses at the tables. Then we were treated very badly at the bar when we wanted to order our drinks. Never been treated so badly. I will never go back. I had to apologize to my family.

Pizza was good, shoes were clean and didnt smell. Choosing a game was a LITTLE confusing but that could have just been me lmaoI got 5 pizzas and 6 pitchers of pop for under $60. Can add 8+ people to one lane. Can put bumpers on certain players. They go up&down throughout the game electronically.Line for shoes can get long but wait 5min and itll go away. Bar is nice. Food is good.Theres a grumpy elder woman whos got an attitude and had everyone at my 1 year olds birthday party talking about her. Didnt ruin our time tho.Someone else cleared off one of our tables without asking us and threw out 3 slices of one of our Pizzas. We got it replaced as those slices were meant for the baby (waited for them to get cold on purpose) and we had no other food for her. Got attitude over it but they got us a new (small) pizza and we were happy in the end. Minor set back that didnt matter much.

Honestly wish I could rate 0. After I paid for 2 games and shoe rentals for me and my 4 friends I look for 20 minutes to find an appropriate ball for me. I play one game and use the restroom when I came out my ball was gone honestly the worst experience Ive ever had bowling.

Came for the VIP room. Had 3 lanes 225.00 dollars for 2 hours. Terrible service, pizza came to the wrong people with other peoples food. 10 min for someone to fix a ball being stuck. Wanted to talk with a manager and nobody ever came after I asked a worker. I have been here before and had great service. Not sure what to think.

The bowling alley itself is a fun place to hangout, but the service is always unpleasant. Things always take forever. No one is ever friendly. This past visit we dealt with an old man in a grey polo who shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. He was very rude to multiple customers, including my friends and I. He rang us up incorrectly and then acted like it was our fault. We also waited forever our food service, when there was almost no one in the restaurant side. Needless to say I go there because it’s decently priced and a good time with friends, but don’t expect a good experience from anyone who works there.

The remodel had made this place awesome! The bar, restaurant and VIP bowling are great features.

Going on a Tuesday night not a lot going on but the specials were awesome. Service was good. I do like what they did with the place.

I have been bowling here for 8 years and quality is going down hill. service is slow, food is cold. all the good wait staff has left in the last 2-3 years. my league is more of a drinking league each table would spend $40-$70 a night on food and drinks now we average $30-$35. I dont know if its management or ownership that is the problem. the new renovations are nice but they should have fixed the staffing issues.

Good fried fish dinner

Very under staffed. The bar tender taking care of whole restaurant. All food comes out at once for multiple tables. Tried going bowling stood in line for 20mins behind lots of people and had only one person working the desk. Place however is nice but you need to increase your staff.

Plenty of space, reasonable tasty food

Last night was the second time my husband and I came to Woodys since its been redone and as much as we want to like it, it just blows. We waited at the hostess table that had no one there and had to ask someone to seat us, we get seated and a waitress walks by and says she will be with us shortly.. we waited over 15 minutes and she walked by us at least 3 times.. we got up and went to the bar. The man behind the bar was great, super friendly and working really fast, hes the reason for two and not one star. The both of us had some food and two drinks (which were all great) then headed home. It doesnt end there. I wake up 5am this morning with the worst all I can imagine is food poisoning ever. Non stop throwing up, chills, hot flashes, etc, it was terrible. I had two mules over two hours and sipped on water, theres no way I had a hangover and became that violently Ill over two drinks. As conveniently located as this place is Im not sure well have any desire to be back.

Totally remodeled, bowling is making a big comeback. Golfing simulators, this place is a total destination for fun.

Emphasis on Efficiency rather than customer service and quality. They have customers come back and wait in line when it gets busy at a certain time and then reject half of them rather than take them as they come. Very busy recently.

VIP room was great! Massive TV viewing over bowling lanes! Nice atmosphere!

Service can be pretty bad. Ive had to ask about food one multiple occasions. No refills on soda was a bit surprising. Still a fun time though.

The new addition resulted in jacked up prices that I already thought were on the high side before they went up even more.This place is fun, but get ready to drop well over one hundred per adult if you have a few drinks, eat, or if you do any bowling. Also, the servers seem to struggle breaking up the tabs for large groups. I always end up paying for something one of my friends ordered or vice versa.

The place is pretty cool, but the music was way too loud. Had to yell at all of my friends, which made them think I was mad so they left me there. Now I dont have friends anymore but I still come here by myself sometimes to think about the old days.

Been here a few times, food is great and they offer a wide drink selection as well. They have a bowling alley and a bar and grill side as well. There also in the process of adding a 300 capacity banquet hall. So there is some construction going on in the parking lot. Family friendly atmosphere bowling with live bands in the bar on weekends not sure during the week. Fish baskets on Fridays is great !!!
