Very clean! Our friends came in from Washington and needed a space for their motorhome. I spoke to the nicest person when I called to see if they had space available. When they got here today they were just as hospitable! Highly recommend them!

They are very friendly people and make you feel at home.

Maintenance man is awful, he read my meter for electric and water both came out to be more than I used I know this because I travel out of town a lot for work, so either someone was using my electric and water without my permission then there was no way the readings were correct. He smelt of booze and one of his buddies just so happened to stop by when I was home that few days and they handed off what looked like a crack pipe. If I am paying for a place to stay I would hope they do background checks on their employees like they do background checks on their residents. I would not recommend this RV park to anyone I know for the simple fact that if you cannot wait to do your personal business off the work property then maybe he should not be working there. I would give five stars but right now it only deserves a one star for now.

This place is amazing I lived here for times never gets old

I can not believe how amazing the service is. I am always greeted with a friendly hello when I walk into the front office. Everyone is very knowledgeable and quick to help. I lived here for about 6 months (Nov 2016 to Apr 2017.The park is well maintained (grass is mowed regularly). The park is quiet at night, i always felt safe. The monthly rent/utilities are competitively priced. All of my neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves.Should i find myself in a situation in the future needing to rent a space for an RV/Travel Trailer Wylie Butane Gas & Mobile Home Park will be 1st on the list.

Weve been here a few weeks now and though its not the most spacious park weve been in its not the most crowded either. We have a nice private fenced in yard lot and it is always pleasant in this place, no real loud noise or otherwise. Not all the lots are fenced we got lucky but if you live in a travel trailer or fifth wheel enough you know what these places are like. Its affordable and close to everything.

The staff here are top notch! Very helpful and accommodating to your needs! Not the most upscale place, but a very friendly environment and quiet most of the time. Road noise is greatly diminished by the wall between the park and the highway.

Stayed here 6 months now. The community is family oriented and quiet. The front office is attentive and very helpful.

I stayed here. During my stay the neighbor lost power so the park ran an elect plug into my electric pole and charged me for their electricity. This place charges $400 deposit, and will not return it to you. This place was one nightmare after another. Dont stay here. Music on the week end is out of control. A lady was stables in her home. I wont be back.
