It is a wonderful place to walk around. The trails are free of trash and debris. The volunteers do a great job keeping the trails clear and clearly marked. We go walking there often and its so serene. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to walk in Worcester.
This is a review for Google maps too. Tried to go there yesterday but google maps stopped on May Street by homes. I drove into the hospital to see if perhaps it was behind it, no luck. Eventually we ended up going somewhere else. To get to Hadwen you had to drive through the city and that was an adventure in itself. Never again.
Extremely diverse in trees. Very cute community garden. Worth checking out!
A nice nature break in the city but theres a dump in the middle of it.
Nice place for a walk/wander around inside the city. Not big compared to most other woods areas, not really much in the way of interpretation, but its nice and close.
Absolutely good. I like it.
The garden on top of the hill is awesome !
Extremely excellent service and very nice person
This is more of a conservation project than a visitor-friendly arboretum. When I went, people living across from it didnt know there was such a thing, and once we entered, there was one trail leading up to a clearing where it looked like construction was happening. Also, we could see someones backyard on our way up. Would not recommend.
I love this place. Its a shame the garden project stopped.... going to try to revive it.
Quiet spot in the city for a walk
