A cautionary tale for those who dont want to invest in AAU, but are looking for private lessons. The following incidents are the scheduling hassles and lack of customer service happenings after I purchased a 6 lesson pack:1. To Simply schedule the first lesson took me four phone calls, even though the person working the desk at told me they would call me right back several times.2. I scheduled a back-to-back first lesson for my son, a half-hour pitching a half hour batting, upon arriving I was told that the hitting coach was double-booked.3. When scheduling a hitting coach, after expressing what days and times we had available, they suggested the owner. His 3 lessons were spread out over 6 weeks due to the owners availability on the requested days.4. 45 minutes before a lesson, the instructor needed to cancel due to being stuck in Boston. When I called back to reschedule, I was told that the instructor needed to be asked his availability, and that I would be contacted for a reschedule (this never happened).5. In regards to the above cancellation, I asked to rent the tunnel for that time slot. I was told they were all taken. After raising my voice to ask where was my lesson supposed to take place, miraculously a tunnel became available.6. When scheduling a hitting lesson for Sunday, we agreed to 12:30 after I specifically said there was no way I could make it for noon. I showed up at 12:15 to find out that I was 15 minutes late.7. When finally rescheduling the #4 cancellation on this past Sunday for yesterday, the coach left after his 7 pm lesson, walking right by us waiting outside the tunnel.8. After leaving upset after #7, I left my number for the owner to call me that night, which he never did.9. After not hearing back the next day I emailed, then called, then called again, without response from the owner. Yes, the above was included in the email.10. After sending a second email, 4 weeks later, I finally received a response. I was told that, although they valued me as a customer, they would not refund the last lesson that I no longer wanted after the above experience.
