Energy Athletics

Energy Athletics is an amazing facility. They can accommodate multiple training sessions for diverse sports activities at one time. They have a large field area, that can be used not only for baseball, but also soccer, football and lacrosse etc. Batting and pitching tunnels are available as well as a weight room and parents lounge. I highly recommend this facility for indoor sports training.

I cannot say enough good things about Energy Baseball. My son loves it...loves his coaches, who have helped him so much since he started going there, loves his team, and the new facility, and the fact that the scheduling is all automated and online is great! We are very much looking forward to our upcoming season!

I’ve been a Baseball Mom for a long time and this is the program my son has been dreaming about. Everything he wants and needs under one roof. He gets the training and coaching from Baseball Coaches who know and love the game! Coming from a world of baseball I would recommend Energy. I have a 15 year old player.

Energy Athletics is family friendly, knowledgeable, family friendly and clean. Each coach teaches the children on a personal level to meet their individual needs. The facility has had a wonderful face lift & we are SO lucky to have these resources right in our neighborhood!

Great facility, equipment and staff. These guys know what they are doing!!! My son loved the weight, speed and agility training. Cant wait to get on the fields and play some ball.

This was our first experience with AAU and the staff here has been awesome . The new facility is state of the art. The they have really done a wonderful job building Energy . I would recommend if you are thinking of joining a team come down and see what they have to offer you will not be disappointed. Well run kids are very active always improving on the facility and training.

Energy Baseball has transformed my sons life. Over the past 2 yrs, Ive seen my son grow in strength, health, athletic skill and character most of all. We love the dedication and knowledge that Coach Ryan Petrone, Coach DJ Reed and all the staff commit to presenting a successful and affordable season package. The off-season training program gives my son a competitive advantage and commitment that is rewarded on the field. Access to facility was very convenient and on-line scheduling and planning is simple and easy to use.

To prepare for an upcoming season you must go to Energy Athletics. They have speed and agility, batting cages, open field for drills, pitching mounds and weights room. Great Place!!!

If you want to be the best you have to train with the best. Energy Athletics has the best coaches and facility anywhere in central Mass. My son has excelled under their guidance. He doesn’t want to train anywhere else.

The facility is spacious and the cages are wide and long that you can fit multiple players down the line hitting off tees into the side of the cages and not be so worried that theyre close to one another. You can even have a full squad fielding practice when they push 2 or 4 cages back. I even saw a soccer team practicing at the facility with enough space with the rest of the cages used for batting practices. Lighting is great, the facility has a parent lounge with a decent amount of seating and TVs. It also has a workout area for both parents and players to shed a few pounds and build some muscles!

This facility is amazing, and very efficiently run. Had my sons Birthday here too, and it was just plain AWESOME!

My son has utilized both the baseball and weight training facilities at Energy Athletics. From top to bottom it is the best baseball facility in central mass and I have been to a lot.

Energys facility is top notch and the people have been super supportive and helpful. My son is getting in great shape for baseball season!

Energy Athletics offers huge open turf for all sports practices, weight room for teams/parents/players, parent lounge, batting cages and has Energy Baseball Tournament Teams. This is not JUST a baseball facility, it’s multi-use athletic space is clean, well lit & even offers Birthday Parties!

Well run facility that focuses on making the player a better well rounded player than just another player on a roster.

Amazing facility and staff! Highly recommend it if you child is serious about their baseball!
