We did the Whittmore area. The trails are very well marked but portions poorly maintained. Parts are under water, necessitating detours into the woods, some are blocked by downed trees, again meaning you need to go cross country. If the trails were better maintained it would be a much better experience.

Didnt really get outdoprs.in the center much. Went for the Artisan Fair in the Van Vleck house which was WONDERFUL! And continues through Christmas.

Flanders is a staple of the Woodbury Bethlehem area. Amazing hikes, friendly staff, and fun seasonal activities for the whole family. Give them a call if youre in the area and looking for something to do with you and the kids.

This is my sons first year for camp. Their taking safety procedures for the staff and the children. I really enjoy hearing what he learned at camp.

During maple sap season this is the place to go. Watch Harry make delicious maple syrup on the spot...then go on a guided tour of maple lore and learn how it all comes together. No real New Englander can rightly wear that badge without an understanding of what goes in the bottle that makes pancakes taste the way they do.

Wonderful nature trails, well marked, a little farm land along with some wilderness trails, ponds and lots of beautiful wildlife.

Fun place for the kids. I have gone on many field trips with my kids to Flanders and it always seems to be something exciting they always talk about. Lots of things to do! If you dont mind getting a little dirty (boots preferred) and having a great time!

They provided a very educational hike through the nature center property. It was a beautiful hike, with a well informed guide. The Cubs learned about vernal ponds, salamanders, fungi and more.

A lot of trails to walk.Enjoyed the sugar shack,and the flower gardens are outstanding.Nice visit.Next time we go I would like to see the animals.

Visited Flanders for their Farm School program with my preschooler. Great time, very educational and so cute.

One of the best summer camps around. My kids veg to go back every year!
