No cleaning of any kind is done here to my knowledge. Wash your hands frequently and sanitize after touching any game. There no drinking fountains so youre kinda forced to buy from their food court if you didnt bring your own (however the very nice employee let us have some water :)The DDR machines p1 left arrow takes a bit of pressure to push down and sometimes caused me to miss a combo but it wasnt anything too bad for a casual player like myself, other than that everything inside worked flawlessly.

Very clean and amazing arcade! They have lots & lots of games plus a great friendly staff! Their games range from new and old school like marvel vs capcom 2 and classic Street fighter, bonus you play them on a nice hd LCD screen. Plenty of claw machine with nice prizes! Their food is also great and cheap in case you get hungry. All around great addition to the Potomac Mills Mall!

My friend let me know a while back that a new arcade place was opening up. I thought to myself great, another Dave & Busters clone is coming. Boy was I wrong, I visited this place today and it exceeded my expectations by a lot. The arcades that they have are insane!!! From rhythm games to shooters to racing games, they have everything a person would want. They have bowling and billiards as well. I would recommend getting their annual membership to get more tokens to play. At $6 a year its a steal. Theyre also doing their best with COVID by making sure each game is sanitized frequently. I highly recommend this place to escape from the craziness!!

Aside from the Japanese arcade games, this place is pretty much a better Dave and Busters. Two main problems I had were that Japanese karaoke was not an option. When I called to ask if they had other language karaoke, I got a general response saying the languages available were on the app. Unfortunately, although Japanese was on the app, it was not actually available at the store.

I went inside because of the neon lights and they had a large variety of arcade games and activities. It was worth playing, but you only have a few minutes to play per swipe with your coin/game card. Nonetheless, it was really fun and the facility was super clean too.

Small portion for too much. Churros are not cut evenly and i got a small peace for 2.11. I recommend ordering pitcher on drinks and not small portions food. Experience on game is good. Step up your bartender service and food service.

So glad to have this sort of entertainment locally. Prices are very reasonable. The bowling allowed for bumpers for select bowlers, great variety of games for all ages to enjoy, and the wings were delish! Only knocked a star off because the full bar isnt available during weekdays. Cant wait for the karaoke rooms to open!

This is a great add amusement place to visit to the Potomac mall. Compared to other places... there are good shopping stalls and a combination of amazing arcade and fun to do for the entire family members... we are excited to celebrate holidays and special occassions here

Really great place. Had a lot of fun there. Similar to Dave and Busters, but the choice of games were way better. Felt like I was back in the late 90s early 00s. Where the focus was games instead of the food and drinks. Only reason it got 4 stars is because the ticket games are kind of a rip off. Stick to D&B if ticket games are your thing.

My kids had fun, we didn’t bowl the wait was 2 hours but we did play in the arcade, however some of the employees attitude needs to be adjusted not all some were friendly but the guy who was in the section to claim the prices last night he had an attitude when I asked him about how do we claim the tickets especially it being our first time there.Also the food was no good. Maybe just buy a beer and hang out.

Honestly I know from my first experience that this place will be booming, the location is great and the staff are extremely kind. Only thing I disliked honestly was the amount of shooter games, but thats honestly a nitpick. Im definitely gonna come back

It’s a really fun place to bring the kids and win some prizes. A lot of the games are Japanese which is cool and different. I really did like the fact that at 9o’clock they kick out all the underage kids perfect for just grown-ups to be chilling until closing. The food was horrible what else could you expect a underpaid 16-year-old to make your food. I asked one of workers there if their wings were gluten-free and she blatantly lied to my face and said that they were, (they were not) when I got them they were covered in flour which I asked if they were in the first place. I asked her if she could check if they were covered in flour in she seem so bothered by the fact that I didn’t trust her word. Good thing I didn’t.

Plenty of games and activities! Pricing is good and the staff is very helpful. They do ID upon entry after a certain. Parking is free also

There are 2 Beatmania machines, this is really cool. Huge arcade that caters to hardcore gamers.

My son enjoyed that there was a lot to due than just bowling, but Saturday is a very busy day.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing games, bowling, good food and beer, and a nice staff. what is there not to like?

Literally other less than 5 star reviews not being counted. A ton of these games are in Chinese or out of order. Most of the place is geared towards $2 bets on stuffed animals. Cant take your drink almost anywhere. Food is HORRIBLE

Opened recently but I loved it already. It has some of my fav racing game like wangan midnight maximum tune 5. They have a lot of Japanese Crane game as soon you enter the place. They also have verity of ddr machines and other japanese music games which are not translated to english.With so many games you can see, you forget theres a bowling alley in the back.They have a total of 10 bowling lanes.

It’s really cool and actually very big 10/10 place.

Great place for adults to go for fun, as well as for dates. This isnt for a younger crowd and children as much, which is nice.

Terrible, they close at midnight and my friends and I got there at 10:30 to bowl or play pool and they said we couldnt do either.. even though their packages are for 90 minutes, 2 games or 1 game
