I took my daughter to this place, and we dropped the gift bag with all the gifts for the girls whose having the BD, but when the party was over and the girls were picking the gift bags, my daughters was gone, and my daughter was very sad as the girl was her best friend and she spent a lot of time looking for the best bag she could find.As they were closing the place, I had to call the place few times and left them few VMs, no one got back to me.Just be careful, if you are taking a nice valuable gift do not drop it there.not sure whether one of the stuff took it or some good Samaritan did.

Recently I took my 8 year old & 2 year old to Jump On In during their open to the public hours 5pm-7pm. First off I could definitely see why it is not open to the public often and more for birthday parties & such. The place just doesnt have the space large enough for bigger crowds, compared to Monkey Joes, etc. It did seem perfect for private parties though. That said it is basiclly a bunch of bounce houses/bounce slides with a few age appropriate obstacle course type activities mixed in. It consists of just 2 large rooms and personally it is more for ages 4-12. Any child of any age, with the exception of tiny babies, has to pay their flat rate price of $13 per person for public times, adults do not need to pay because they cant jump. My 8 year old had a blast running around. I enjoyed that there was more than bounce houses to keep her active. Unfortunately though my 2 year old couldnt really do anything. I had to pick her up & place her in the bounce houses because they were so high off the ground and the slide bounce houses had a rope like climbing effect to get to the top to be able to slide so only once she mustered enough strength to accomplish that. Otherwise paying full price, $13 for a 2 year old was irritating & insane. I honestly am on the fence though about coming back & not because it cost $26 for 2 hours of play time for my kids and not because there is a gun range nearby.. what issue I had was more with the location. I actually used to work in Cummings Park a few years back and never had any incidents but where Jump On In is located is in the very very back and when I went with my girls last week it was 7pm when so it was very dark in the lot & very secluded from the road or other buildings/business that would be open at that time. We were the second to last car to leave. Only the 1 staff member who was in the building had her car parked still. All the other families we walked out the door with had taken off. As I got my children in their car seats I noticed a red Toyota Corolla about 10 years old pull next to us very quickly. They parked so close if someone was in my passenger seat theyd never be able to get out. Odd seeing the lot was empty with every available space & all the business nearby closed. As I was fiddling with my seat belt I could sense I was being looked at. The driver & his passenger, both males with blonde hair in their mid to late 20s, starring at me. I spent about 3-4 more minutes getting myself situated and the whole time they never looked away from me. No one else was around this scary dark lot. I leaned forward to turn my dash camera on & instantly i noticed the driver look at my hand doing so then the driver looked away at the passenger and then flew off so fast he was swerving to the point he almost hit a dumpster. I thought that was so odd. We took off & as we were heading over our 1st speed bump there they were sitting to the left. I kept going but noticed them creeping behind me. I was followed all the way to the highway. I sped off and lost them on the highway. I honestly believe they were going to try and rob me or take my car or worse once they followed us. I know it is not Jump On Ins fault for this strange occurrence but it did happen on their property where small children are. I just think at night where their door/business is located makes it a very shady area. The parking lot is not well lit and where you have to park in the back, away from everything else, makes you an easy target at night. I dont think Ill be going back there at night any more. Please be aware of your surroundings if you go there and lock your doors immediately. I have never had anything happen like this to me before.

Organizing a birthday party here was truly hassle free, as advertised. The kids had a lot of fun and the playrooms are clean and well organized. Only minor concern is that the supervising staff was a bit grumpy and/or tired.

Took my 6 year old for a birthday party and she had a blast! The kids spent 30-40 minutes playing in 2 separate rooms full of blow up climbing structures. There was plenty of space/seating for parents, and the staff running the party were both friendly and energetic.

We have been here twice for “open gym”. This name is misleading as the kids are shuttled between rooms while private parties are being held. That negates the “open” aspect of this. They price is the same No matter if they have use of everything or are being moved back and forth between the parties. This results in one very crowded room where the children are slamming into each other. The equipment ranges from fun and modern ninja style to just the usual very worn inflatables. There is very limited seating for adults as well. The staff is nice but has their hands tied and they also don’t supervise at all.

OK. Pros is it has entertainment that fit both big kids and small kids. Cons that there are not enough for either big kids or small kids (because it has both). In summary, it lacks its identity.

Great for kids and birthday parties. Recently went for a party and there was a nice variety for kids to play around in. There isnt much space for parents to sit or gather so you mostly just stand around.I would have like the gym host to have introduced some of the objects or encourage use or games for the kids during the party. If you have kids who are anxious, sensory sensitive or in general take time to warm up to a place you may want to do a preview visit to make sure it works for your child.

Cool little indoor inflatable park. I have been there twice for birthday parties and the staff keep things moving and if you stop to notice what is happening you will see this is a well oiled operation, that is processing multiple parties and avoiding overlap or delays. Kids love it and it reduces the complications and logistics involved with planning a party.

We were at Jump On In for a party, its a perfect place for kiddos no older than 10, I think older kids would get a little bored. As for parties, very well organized. Kids would move to one unique room to another and then finally transition into a party room for cake and pizza. It was very smooth and well orchestrated.

I was there for a party and I liked how organized the place is, but at the same time it feels almost like a factory: play on gym 1, now its time to play on gym 2, now lets take a picture, now lets eat, moving the kids from place to place and activity to activity. The kids love it though and my son was talking about the party and how much fun he had for a while. The playground/gyms are nice and adult friendly so you can help your kids if they dont feel comfortable/safe to play by themselves.

We visit here for a Saturday open jump and had a good time. They had two rooms open with two big slides, an inflatable obstacle course, a large bouncy house and a lot of random yet interesting sports-related stuff. They had something like a zip line and an interesting sort of climbing wall. The staff was really laid-back, which is nice at this kind of place. I would agree with some of the other reviewers that some of the inflatables look a little old, but nothing to the point that it looked unsafe or notably dirty. We will crtainly visit again.

The staff was nice but definitely not enough time for the kids to play. For the amount of money spent - I wouldve been better off going to Bonkers or Chuckie Cheese. At least there when my party was over the kids couldve continued to play.Would I recommend this place to someone - no! Youll be better off renting a bouncy house for your backyard & let the kids jump until they cant jump anymore.

I dread party invitations at this place. The stuff my kid likes to play with are in disrepair, taped together or disappearing. In our most recent visit there was 1 air hockey table with huge gouges in the surface. When we first came here there were 2 air hockey tables and 2 foosball tables. The next visit 1 of the foosball tables was gone, and then none on the next and again with the air hockey tables. Seems they throw out and never replace anything.
