I like their Christmas floral options but I almost missed out on some stuff. This is a store that must be explored to find all the great options and sales. Good quality products with many options and good sales. Sometimes it can be expensive if the stuff is not on sale. Overall, I enjoy it.

Shocked to see they were only letting 10 people in such a good sized store..waited in line a long time only to see that really didnt seem to be the case laterwhen I was leaving. But its great theyre still open to get stuff for projects Im trying to finish while I have plenty ..of timeSlow progress.

This is my play store: Arts and crafts, all my beading supplies and tools. They always have decorations for the holidays, and great do it yourself projects. I make a lot of my own bracelets and necklaces. I do adult coloring and get my Art pencils here too. They also do picture frames. A fantastic location as well.

Its a classic Michaels. The workers were good. Now Michaels isnt my usual hobby stop but this one seemed a little barren. It could just be a season change thing but it was just weird to me. And the floral and fall items didnt have the variety I was expecting.

Went yarn shopping and picture frame shopping with my lady today. They had a great selection of both. Very friendly, and helpful staff. This was the second stop on our yarn adventure for the day, and I was very pleased.

I visited the location in Winter Park because they had the item I needed in stock. I like the website with the ability to view items and know if they are in stock at my desired location. If not, I can select other locations close by and make the drive if I wish.

My wife loves this place I just swipe my card.

Great! I ordered an art desk from this location because it was the only store that had it in stock. They require masks and the store is well sanitized and kept. Friendly staff and professional, most importantly helpful. Great location.

Went for a few fall picks.. all gone.. started to buy a few small Christmas items.. but just left instead.. when I saw the check out line was about 20 people long...

I went in there specifically to look for Fourth of July decorations. They had a good selection and most of the things were on sale.

Its nice. It has less stuff than Hobby Lobby (but i mean is open everyday) but it always has what I need. It changed some time ago but I still need help finding stuff but the staff is very helpful. The cashiers are very nice, every once in a while they give me coupons (a.k.a discounts) even when I dont ask for them.

Always clean and I actually liked that they required masks for everyone. This is not a made-up virus

I love Michaels but some fall items were priced tooo high even with a coupon.. example $14 for one Garland? I couldnt do it

I so want to like Micheals. They stand as a monument to creativity and crafting. But they never really have what I need. I suppose its not fair to expect them to be something they arent (like a Jo-Anns or a hobby lobby or something) but I still cant shake the frustration of going in in time after time to find they dont carry the thing I need for whatever craft Im working on next.

Great place to for arts and crafts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their planner selection and planner accessories are awesome. They have a variety of art storage solutions as well. They have everything you need in one place for most of your crafting projects.

The store is well stocked and very clean. The aisles have been clear at each if my visits and easy to navigate with a cart. Both times I have popped in they even had grab bags. Which I havent seen at other Michaels in a long time. I enjoy this location every visit

They were out of two of the things I was looking for, a burlap cloth for my table and resin for a project I was working on. But if you can look online for coupons its well worth it for most of the things. I definitely like looking at some of the things they have on sale and its a good place to stop for craft projects.

Store is ridiculously over priced.But i expect that, the bad star rating was earned for a completely different reason.So as she was walking by me I asked a woman, who i am 99.9% positive is a member of management there (due to the fact that just moments before this i witnessed her directing other employees on how/where to display & stock new items on shelves) if she worked there because i had a question. Even though i knew she did, i asked to be polite, when i asked she stopped, turned around annoyed & with a snide smile responded no, i dont. & then couldnt walk away from me fast enough it seemed. I was appalled.The only reason they even got 2 stars was because after that the next employee i finally found was more than helpful in directing to the aisle i was looking for & bc the guy who rang me up was nice.

Social Distancing is absolutely a necessary. But holding customers outside your door for 27 minutes to spend money in your store is not good business. Every other store has it figured out. You fokes have failed.

Great sale on Fall decor!

The store was very dirty. Trash on the floor under storage boxes. The yarn sollection wasnt anything to brag about. The colors were like second colors something they would put in the basement. Nothing to brag about.

Its got a lot of variety for pretty much almost any time of crafts or project you your into. Unfortunately I was looking for some specific types of pencils that I couldnt find there so Ill have to check an art supply store but was still impressed by this store. I keep it in mind and have shopped here before. Definitely worth checking out.

Some of the items we chose for purchase were in the wrong bins & we expected to pay a BOGOprice but it wasnt so.

The staff at this location was wonderful. I originally spoke to Kelly about finding a specific sticker set and she said she would keep an eye out for me and for me to call back to see if she found them. When I called back, I spoke to the manager Tiffany who was extremely helpful in also keeping her eyes open for me for these particular stickers. I ended up being able to find them faster at another location but was very grateful for their help as they were great.

First visit...framing a piece of art. First they had it sideways, but got it corrected on the computer.

I always have a pleasant experience at Michaels!The place is just full of so many different things, which really gets my creative side into another time zone.The friendly staff will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you came for or offer other suggestions that may accommodate your needs.Each time I go to Michaels, the store is always well stocked and neatly organized, which makes finding what you are looking for much easier.They often have sale items discounted to an almost ridiculously cheap price and they also have a little clearance section, where you might get lucky with a steal of a deal.Overall, if you need a frame, some oil paints, fabric or anything else to complete or jazz up your next crafty project, then Michaels is where you need to go!

I really like this particular Michaels, because it seems like they have more to offer than the other Michaels in the central Florida area. And this one has the best parking as opposed to all others.

Sales arent always a good value unless seasonal, but lots of interesting finds

Once you step foot in Michaels you immediately start to think of family fun time ideas, crafts and hobbies that can bring family time together. I love that they have kids craft events a few times a month, my kiddo has so much fun getting a little messy and making something creative.

Michaels in WP employees are very friendly & helpful. Good customerservice. Sometimes now a days, its hard to fit. Kudos to their HR (human resource) department. Finding the best quality of people to represent your store & organization. Good job!

I used to go to Michaels to buy photo frames when I was working as a photographer. They have an excellent selection! These days, a person can to Michaels for anything related to crafts, art and a nice variety of miscellaneous items. This store is clean and organized. Friendly employees! Im glad I live nearby! Highly Recommend!

I liked this Michaels. The employees there were nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is there set up for planners and stuff was a mess and a lot was either damaged or in the wrong location.

A great date when your significant other is a craft fanatic

I just moved into an apartment and went here looking for spray paint to use on some of my furniture. The store was dirty and unorganized.. They only had one can that had a lid and that wasnt already sprayed out of.. But the worst part of all was the help!!! Not only was it hard to find someone that worked there.. But when we did my sister asked her for help LOUD AND CLEAR.. and got completely ignored! She even asked twice!! Never giving them any of my time or money

This place has all the craft, and holiday decors I need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly..The items are organized and the place is well kept.

Good but excessively busy durinh Christmas time. I left without buying something because the checkout line was too big.

The staff was really friendly and helped me find the items I needed and answer my questions, but I had to ask a few different people before getting the answer. I wanted to know how many of an item was in stock (I needed about 8, but I know they usually only carry 4-5), and all that they needed to do was scan their iPhone scanners to check the inventory, but I had to ask 3 people before someone finally mentioned that to the other 2. Other than that, the store is kept pretty organized and I was able to find everything I needed. I had to take a star away because the first 2 employees just seemed like they didnt really know how to answer some of my questions, with the exception of finding things in the store; everyone seemed to know where different items were located.

They really do have everything you need. If you go in the right frame of mind, the place is very empowering. You can purchase enough pieces and parts to make many things from scratch. They also offer a great selection of ready-made goods. I would like a little different organization. Kids pens with adult pens, etc.
