Went for the first time and it will not be my last time! Very open atmosphere. Clean, large, and inviting layout. Enjoyed talking to some of the game tech the most! Spent quite a while playing a few classic video games and had a ball on air hockey! Food was surprisingly unique. A world of fun. What really stood out to me is how knowledgeable, in-depth and precise the senior game tech was. Truly a one of a kind fella!

I went in today with my two son and the experience was amazing! From first walking in we felt welcomed, our food was delicious no complaints there, shout out to the cook that was working tonight ! Our Server Charlene was amazing she was a 10 made sure we had everything we needed and more. And the manger was also very sweet come by and had a conversation with us before our food got there! This store is amazing definitely coming back!

So the Dave and Busters in Concord NC has trivia night on Wednesday hosted by The Trivia Factory. Any chance this location might host one as a trial? The Triad has a fair bit of inquisitive and trivia hungry minds. I believe it would be a perfect pair. A clean and fun location filled with amazing minds!

My coworkers and I went out. We had so much fun. If anybody needs to release some stress this definitely should be where you go.

Had the time of my life here. The senior tech carried himself with such fine motor skill and expertise, even though the place was lively he made sure he took care of us. As the previous review have mentioned, the game variety is lacking, but the staff is definitely A1. Super clean, super fire!

I heard the DnB in Houston TX off Richmond was permanently closed. Please dont let it be the case to my baby. Phase 3 cant come soon enough. I miss the fun nights here. The staff was always lively and the tech team were quite lovely.

I took my grandson and family to celebrate his birthday on Thursday 3/12/2020. I purchased the highest online deal for $52.00 for 550 tickets including another player for $10.00. I went in and the greeter was awesome! She and I confirmed my online purchase, I thought. Even transferred the tickets to a card for me from my cellphone. Unbeniuced to me 220 tickets was not transferred. If my daughter hadnt checked the card then I wouldve been out those tickets. Summing up the journey the waitress and the food was terrible! I ordered beef nachos, BURNT AND SALTY!!!!! My grandson ordered hot wings with fries, which was cold! The food LOOKED good! Now the waitress, we specifically expressed to Brian, the manager, that we DID NOT WANT but was stuck with anyway. We had come in earlier on Monday for my grandsons birthday and experienced her special treatment. She was very rude and very short temper before and on this day as well! We tried to ask questions concerning drinks that we wanted to purchase. She acted as if she thought we could not afford them. If being able to pay was an issue then the facts speaks for itself. I spent more than a $150 on this one visit, not including our Mondays visit and purchase adding to, my daughters tab. This waitress, we had previous on our visit earlier in the week needs to be more diverse and people oriented. My daughter had spoken to Brian, concerning an issue with the tickets, in which he accommodated us but afterwards he seemed so irritated and watched us relentlessly the entire visit. I have more tickets to use but because Brian continued to watch us and the waitress actions, as if we were going to run out without securing payment! Adding the terrible food, I probably want go back! GOOD LUCK AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We have been to D&B in Miami, and the food was good and the overall experience was excellent. I dont know what happened here at the one in Hanes Mall, but it was horrible! The service was abismal, but the restaurant manager seemed to be the cause of such lousy service. The food was pure garbage!! We were a party of 7, so I regret not eating somewhere else before coming here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. One exception, our waitress was very good.I was going to stop at the food, but the prizes in the game area, wow, what a disappointment. Its a shame, my previous experience at D&B were always so good. what a shame

Great place for family fun. Clean game area and table settings in restaurant. However the service is super slow and the food is just thrown together. We typically dont eat there anyways but when we have it wasnt great which is why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, our family loves to go play here and the staff is always friendly.

Came in on Thursday to take my son for his birthday and Dave and busters in our home state is big and always provide great service. As soon as I came in we were not greeted we had to go to the host station they told us we could just sit where ever. Every table was dirty. We got someone to clean it but out table was given To someone else. We divided to wait for another table because really do enjoy D&B. We finally got a smaller table and waited 15minutes and no one came to. We decided to leave and go to Texas Roadhouse who is always extremely busy but was able to sit us in 10 minutes and get our food out in 15 andthey never disappoint. They provide great service every time. If you have a host station why aren’t you using it to have more organization?? This would eliminate a lot of these issues. This was out first visit and it was disappointing.

Not organized at all. The cook needs to be fired or go back to cooking school to learn basic how to cook to the order. I had to send my food back more than 2 times. Food came out before the appetizers. Waited an hour just to be seated. And hostess just kept smacking her teeth and rolling her eyes every time I ask a question. And the list goes on. Coming here was the worst experience with Dave & Buster.

Ive had a lot of fun here, since it opened, I love this location. The Dave and Busters is big and new, very pretty, its super fun. Expect to spend a good amount of money if you plan to stay here for a while. You can enter through the main entrance or through the mall. Theres a dinning / restaurant area. Very neat.

Fun place but the food needs some serious help. Server was friendly slow due to serving too many tables. Steak overcooked and ribs were tough and dried out. Wouldnt recommend getting anything other than a sandwich or burger and fries.

Very excited Dave and Busters is in town....the mall really needed a boost. Everything runs off of credits, and the math is definitely kept fuzzy on purpose. A few things to know:SECRET INSIDERY TIP YOU SHOULD KNOW:Every Wednesday is half price games, all day. You cant use coupons or promos at all on Wednesday, though, so make sure you load up your card by Tuesday if youre planning on taking advantage! And yes, the half-price games extend to the ticket-earning games.STUFF ABOUT BUYING AND CREDITS:An initial game card costs $3. Its your standard gift card-esque plastic card with a swipe stripe. You can load it with various denominations - the ones they most readily offer to you are $20, $25, $50, etc, but you can do $1, $3, $5, etc at the kiosks, if you just want to top up or only play something once.While exponentially higher card-loading will, unsurprisingly, net you additional credits, to give you a basic idea, $20 gets you 100 credits.Games do not have even credit costs - everything in the place, rather than being an even number, is a decimal number like 10.8 credits (the price of the coin pusher games and the higher ticket-redemption style games). When you consider that each credit runs roughly .20 cents if you dont use any promos or coupons, that works out to a staggering $2.16 a play...so, you can see, money can go *very* quickly if you dont know that going in!No matter how low your credit balance gets on a card (and youll always have a fraction kicking around at the end, due to their decimal credit costs) you can always play a game of skeeball at one of their two classic lanes. (Sadface that they turned an arcade classic into the poverty game, lol!!)Tickets won go directly to the card, except in the case of plastic tokens and trading cards won at the coin pushers. Be aware that the *silver* metal coins in the Elaut-brand coin pushers dont give you squat, just the stuff like the plastic tokens and cards that come out. I can give enthusiastic and genuine recommendations for the churro dessert (it was honestly amazing and looked exactly like the picture), but the food-food was very poky about getting to our table and was a notch below TGIFridays at closing time - overdone, dried out, oversalted, and generally meh. But lets be real - ya dont come here for the food.

Yesterday (New Years Eve) was my first time visiting this location and I would have to say, it wasnt the greatest experience. My party and I arrived around 11:30 and we were really hungry. The hostess told us to find a table and a waitress/waiter will be right with us so we did. The vibe was great, music was playing and the dj was playing great music. The restaurant was giving out champagne so we got some champagne. Midnight came and we still havent seen our waitress/waiter. In fact, most of the staff was on the dance floor by the time. After a few more minutes, I find a waitress to take our complete order just because there was no telling when she would be back if we just put in a drink order. Our food came around 12:40, I asked for another drink during the wait but when the waitress finally got around to put in my drink order, the bar was closed. The waitress brings me the check and starting acting a little shading as if she didnt want my to really study the check. After I paid, I found out why; she overcharged me. I hate when servers stand over you when youre doing the tip which she did, and Im glad she saw that I didnt give her a tip. I guess she fixed her mistake but the whole time, she was trying to take the check from me so who knows what else she overcharged me for. Avoid the waitress with the burnett hair and glasses! I paid for the eat and play but because we received service so late, we didnt get to play before they closed at 1am. I asked for a refund for the game card because based on my experience that night, I wasnt planning on coming back. Unfortunately, their whole system shuts down at closing and no one could give me a refund. The manager turned around and said they dont do refunds anyway because the cards never expire. I never received the pleasure of speaking to the manager. Im on my way back tonight, to play games, so hopefully Dave and Busters will not disappoint and I can edit this review.

My schedule allows me to spend (and, need to waste) quite a bit of time around Hanes Mall.Dave and Busters has been an awesome addition to the neighborhood & it employs some of the nicer people in Winston-Salem.Ive become a regular & happen to have gotten pretty good at a few games offered there. Ive cashed in so many Tastes-For-Tickets coupons, Ive lost count of them. The staff has always been wonderfully helpful and pleasant to be around. Ive gotten to know several of the bartenders well, and they are all great people.The food is always good. The service is always awesome.I asked Dean, a manager at this location, to help me gather food for my Super Bowl party (which I also paid for using tickets!) and he and his team did a phenomenal job getting everything together and presented for us... we had ~70 dishes prepared for take-out, and everything was perfect & exactly how we wanted it served. I was blown away by everyones willingness to help us out, especially on one of their busiest days of the year.We appreciate everybody that makes this location special. Thank you all!

Giving my experience a 1 out of 5. Took my little sister here for her birthday. The service was extremely awful! No organizations once so ever when it comes to their dining area. We waiting 30 minutes just to get someone to clean our table.. another 30 minutes for a server just to acknowledge us. We ordered our food and beyond this point we had been waiting about an hour already just to wait another hour for our food. The food was actually really good just wished our dining experience would of been better.

Well, some of my co workers wanted to come here for some down time. I have never been there before. We met here on a Thursday night. We all agreed that we would eat first. The waitress came to our booth and she was so very nice. She took our orders. I ordered the triple bacon burger and it was so good. Afterwards we all went into the play zone. I havent had fun like that in a very long time!!!

Limited craft beer selection on draft. Food was ok. There are lots of unique menu items to try, just tasted like average bar food. Kids loved the funky drinks with flashing ice cubes and color-changing straws. Biggest game room I have ever seen, hands down. Dont expect to get any significant prizes from the game tickets, unless you have a couple thousand. All in all, it was our first time going, and we had a lot of fun. Great service. We will be going back regularly.

First time going to this place for a work function. Catered food was great, environment pretty decent, clean bathrooms, and the arcades state of the art. Ive gamed since I was a child, and they have come a long way to say the least. Fun times. I also like the point cards system versus loading up on tokens.

Please get more and cooler game, this location deserves it!

I was surprised by the great food. I would have given a 5 star, but the music was really loud and the waitress was practically having to scream to be heard. Food was good and the games were fun.

It was pretty great, the food tastes good, staff are generally friendly, and the games were fun. Ive been there about 3 times, its location is very good if you wanna have a fun day out, I feel like the food could be a little bit better, as well as the game selection, I gave it 4 stars because it was great, but there were little bits that can be frustrating.

Cheese burger was a bit dry, fries were good and hot, beer was cold. Kids had a great time, wasnt too crowded on a early Friday night. Would go again!

Was invited here to celebrate a birthday... Party started at 1p ordered food at 2p did not get order until 3:30p... Games are really funn... My only issue with them was that for the Basketball game the kids were playing with the basketballs away from the game...

Im from Greensboro so Round1 was typically my go to place for my arcade fix, but their service has rapidly gone downhill. I heard one of their main mechanic works here now too. This place gets 5 stars just out of virtue of having all the games in fresh and functional conditions. Also, the RFID feature is super neat!

Had fun at Dave and Busters need better games in Winston-Salem

Well, of course my husband, son and his girlfriend all enjoyed the games, there is something for everyone!! I ordered the Buster cheeseburger in a lettuce wraps, it was very good, just a bit too greasy. My husband enjoyed his pretzel dogs and my sons girlfriend enjoyed her Philly cheese steak, but my son was not as thrilled with his boneless wings, he got them plain, as he prefers just ranch dressing, but he didnt even finish them. We didnt have the best service, we never got any silverware and we ended up going to the bar and getting our own napkins. It also took quite awhile to get our check. Everyone else left me there to wait on it while they took off so I could wait for the bill. The other issue was our drinks, we always had to ask for more drink and when she would take it for more she would never think to ask anyone else if they needed a refill. Finally, I went to the ladies restroom, oh my goodness, every stall was a mess, I am not sure why women go out in public and think it is ok to do things like that, but in the bathroom lotta of complaints, I ended up finding someone and letting them know about the conditions, hopefully they took care of it.

Very beautiful inside with lots to do. I ordered the bistro steak & shrimp with lobster alfredo linguine. The picture was very different from what I received.

Took my 10 yo for her birthday. She had a great time, although some games were too hard for her. She crushed it on the driving game. We only went in to play games. We will come back for the full experience.

Having been to the Dave & Busters in both Cary and Concord I can say without a doubt this has been the most passionately dynamic and tidy! The Senior Game Tech was especially conscientious and engaging. Only complaint is the game variety seemed a bit more plain, nothing a DDR A cab or some ball drop games wouldnt fix.

This was the worst dining experience of my life. Our waitress was so horrible. We had to get up to get our own utensils, napkins, plates, water, a spoon for my mom with Alzheimers. The waitress could not specifically tell us the price of drinks on the menu instead told us what the prices would be if we were in Vegas. It was my daughters birthday and she left in tears. We will NEVER go back again. Did I mention overpriced and poor quality of food as well?

I get Chuck E Cheese vibes with this D&B. Just like most situations involving Hanes Mall nobody watches their children and there are always kids everywhere, which is fine but I have seen many with no adults near by.This location also only has the arcade, no pool tables or bowling and one bar in the restaurant. Staff has been helpful every time I have been and food was good. I will of course return because it is still Dave and Busters.

If you want a small bite, a few drinks with friends and play some games, this may feel the need but not as well as other local options. Anything more than just a small sampling of what they offer is asking too much from this group as it stands currently.We had some issues, and the manager did their best to make up for it. Im grateful for the attempt. Nearly every employee looks ill_equipped to handle their responsibilities. When you cant even fix an error without compounding it with more flaws, I dont know if its worth the revisit.

What a fun place! Totally brought me back to my youth but with a grown up spin. From all the commercials I was a bit skeptical of bringing our kids, but they had as good of a time as I did.

My husband and l go here to watch our college football games. Its awesome and their food is really good. They are a couple of servers that need more practice on their customer service but overall, I love it.

My reason for 1 Star is due to service I booked and had a party there for my son who turned 10 on 02/22/20 and the event space were just a few tables off to the side which I was told was a room. My biggest problem was the service I ordered food prior to start of party 1hr ahead of time and didn’t receive until 45 mins into the party a party that was 3hrs. It took over 30 mins for drink refills I had to get plates from neighboring parties due to the service so slow that when requested it was near an hour before getting anything. For the money I spent to book the party I would have expected better service I suggest the have to hostess to serve large gatherings. Won’t book another party here every again. But may return for the games.

Fun place to spend a few hours and a great place for kids of all ages! The bar is nice and the seats are very comfortable but the games are what its all about and we were not disappointed on our first visit! The restaurant looks nice but we had already eaten before we got there. Maybe well try it next time because we will be returning! (besides we have leftover games on our Dave and Busters game card!)

Went there Sunday afternoon, the kids absolutely loved the arcade!! Did not get a chance to sit at the restaurant but looks very nice, and food I saw looked good. I wanted to give a shout out to Mallory k for her awesome help. She was super friendly and let me know everything about pricing and even offered me a few options, she also told me about coming back on Wednesday’s for half price games. Place was amazing, will definitely be back.

Came with my girlfriend. We sat in the dining area, right next to the bar. Had several employees walk right pass us and some even look at us. No one ever asked if we were attended or needed anything. Gave it a about 10 minutes until finally we just got up and left. If I could give zero stars I would.
