They make fresh dough daily and use fresh ingredients. The pizza is amazing and so are the hot wings! Help support these guys in this hard time. Our kids need Chuck E Cheese!!! Cant wait until the game room re-opens.

Pretty cool place. Its nice, on the smaller end, but it has a lot of games once you start walking around. All of the games take between one and three tokens. Only one game is 3 tokens. You get a free piece of candy for recycling your play card in the end. Security was great and so was the customer service of those that work there. Food was great. Salad bar and bathrooms were clean. Will go here again.

This may be a place to take your children which is great but half of the machines were down and I as a father wanted a beer and the tap was one-year-old so it was horribly flat and possibly fermented? It made me sick

They didnt check to make sure you leave with the same kids like they use to amd not that many games or interesting

Did my sons 12th birthday party here at our host was wonderful. She kept the children entertained and happy. It wasnt crowded it was just right. Absolutely loved it.

Amazing.....!!!!! I havent took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheeses in several years. But they have improved a lot since the last time I have been. I enjoyed every time I went before, but this time it was much more enjoyable with the new games that they have and the cool little giraffe thing that they have my youngest son loved it. We had his birthday party there and of course Chucky the mouse was there and he loved that. A little pricey but its worth it for sure because the kids always remember special little things like that. They didnt want to leave we was there all the way up until closing time thanks you guys

Fun place to take the kids. Probably best to go during the week when its not busy. My son loves it. Food is rather expensive but the pizza is quite good. Also, you get free pictures to take home.

Safe fun place for kids to seriosly play. Expensive because everything is wrapped up into the price of the pizza really. But they usually have coupons online that you can use to make your visit a little more economical. There were even games the adults had fun playing.

Its not bad when its not crowded and the games are working. The rewards coupon is good but they dont ask you if your a member at the register. Or let you know you didnt spend 20 to get credit. They are really nice however and good with the points. Its a fun time for my son to go around and play games. Earn tickets for prizes. Food and such can be expensive for small sized pizza etc so use coupons from the app or site. A good place for quick and fun family time.

Theyre customer service was pretty good per usual its just been awhile since Ive been, now they have cards instead of tokens which is way more convenient and theyre keeping up with the times. The staff was super helpful....

As a family We decided this year instead of going trick-or-treating, or trunk or treating, we would take our little boy whos for to Chuck-E-Cheese for Halloween! Im so glad we did it was a blast, & I had so much fun!! Will definitely try and do that again next year & make it a tradition! Its a little pricey but better than getting hit by a car, or a razor in our candy. Nevertheless I will do this again

Upon walking in I was nervous because it was smaller than the one I used to go to in New Jersey. I feared my son would get bored fast and wasn’t sure if it was really worth it. However, Melanie’s customer service skills are AMAZING. I love how clean the facility is kept and the pizza is pretty good too. Melanie was very kind and helpful to me. She helped me find the best deal. I also had issues with the play card and she assisted me with that no problem. Chuck E. Cheese can be a bit overwhelming for a mom coming alone with a 5 year old and and 5 month old but this establishment was well worth the time and money.

My kids always enjoy themselves and love going to birthday parties there. There were two rides that did not work after swiping the card and there was no out of order sign. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

We had so much fun. It was crowded but thats to be expected in a place like this. The pizza was delicious and the staff was great. Most of the games give you alot of tickets. The prizes are cool if you get enough tickets but kids always love candy in case you only get a few tickets for a couple games.

Always fun for the kids. New pricing on games so its more affordable.

This place is like a casino for children, however I find myself having fun with some of their games. Awesome place for birthday parties and such. You get a decent amount of playtime when purchasing points. The lady at the door had a good grip on making sure children did not leave with the wrong parent/by themselves as well, which was fantastic! Their did is not too bad either, though I think some of their choice become a little pricey, even for a place like this. The exception is the salad bar, which was priced similarly to other local places and had a decent amount of ingredients to pick. I recommend

Okay place! But if a parent is paying for daughters party I think they should be entitled to a big cup and not have to pay $4 for a cup! The ticket blaster loose tickets I personally for over an hour fed in machine I ended up giving them away! Maybe count them out at the desk or something! Too time consuming and especially if party is on time limit! Other than those 2 thing nice place

My kids loved it you could get a coupon on the internet for them and we got two large pizza one topping and 4 drink and then two cards with 30 mins a piece on each card and added a few extra did ps3 and the survivor cups all for about 68 dollars my kids loved it soo much.

We went on New Years eve at like 7pm. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. There was a nice assortment of games for both adults/older kids and little ones. The ticket payouts were great and the prizes were decent and you can pay the difference if you dont have enough tickets so that your kid doesnt leave in tears. I honestly have not been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years because typically it is not a great experience. This trip changed my mind and I am looking forward to going back.

Great place for kids. Price for birthday parties are a little extreme $300 for 12 babies they played games got pizza and goody bags. Now worth the money. Then they rush u to move so they can do next party.

Really like going here for an hour one-on-one with my daughter. We just play all the games she wants and we are out!

Love this place...we come here at least once a year to be kids again for a couple hours..and for a family of 5-6 for 100 is worth every penny and the memories are priceless here year after year.

Since I hadnt been in awhile, I was pleasantly surprised at some of the upgrades. The facilities were nice and they used individually numbered hand stamps to make sure that the right kids left with the right adults. It was a nice extra but if security for a family and kids environment. The food was as good as I expected. Not great but ok. My only real complaint is that when we left our table to play games, one of the staff must have thought we were leaving because they threw away or drinks and leftover food. Overall it was a fun experience for my five year old

We dont have one in our hometown so, I never had a chance to go as a kid. We were out of town and found one and thought it would be fun for our Toddler. He had a great time and so did we.

Had a birthday party there today for my 5 year old. Everyone had a blast! Special tha is to Melanie, Jade and Essence for there excellent service. Everything went perfectly. From the unlimited play cards, pizza, Chuck and all the way to the the ice cream. Definitly recommend!!!

We love the all-you-can-play deal. It makes our trip affordable. Restaurant and game area are clean, restrooms smell unusual and musty. Convenient location to I-40.

Good place machines worked quite a few didnt have tickets and someone stole the play cards from our table so guard your stuff.

Fantastic experience! The Waitresses or attendees were very pleasant and very attentive to our needs. The pizza was extremely fresh and probably the best pizza that I have had in a long time. If I were to complain about anything, and this is a very small complaint, I wish that the waitresses or ten days that sing along with the children need to appear just a little bit more excited than normal. I can definitely understand that they are going through the motions and trying to earn a living. No question about that. However, since this is an atmosphere that involves children, a certain energy level is certainly expected. Still, a fantastic time was had by all !

Chuck E Cheese is one of my kids favorite places. The pizza is surprisingly good for a chain. The only beef I have with CEC is they really need to lose the old ticket system and just apply the tickets you earn to the card you use. It would make things a lot faster when it comes time to collect the kids prizes. But thats not a big deal, and the kids like the ticket muncher. :)

My grandkids love Chuck E Cheese! I love taking all three ages 3 to 10. Pizza is good but the prizes available are ridiculous. You end up paying $25 for a prize worth about fifty cents.
