Perfect having a family here. My neighbors are friendly. They will give out a helping hand or an advice. During the holidays or weekends, SOME neighbors will have loud celebrations going on at night. Lol! The manager is descent. I love it when the elotero comes at the weekends. Not only he sells elotes but also sells tamales, chicharrones, fruits in a cup, aguas frescas, esquites, etc. In winter, he sells champurrado. The food is good and so is the prices. In summer time, the ice cream man will come almost every day. :)
