Jeanette and Dan have done wonders with this community over the past few months, not only cleaning the place up, but also the addition of many new ongoing community activities for all ages, making Autumn Oaks a great place to live. Keep up the great work Autumn Oaks!

This is a well kept gated mobile home park, but the trailers are very close together. Very good rent-to-own options and the property manager was very informative and personable.

Its a beautifully maintained park and a joy to drive through.

Very pleasant and quiet community. Far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet but not so far as to take an unreasonable amount of time to reach the major attractions of Winston. Gated community is a plus as well as the pool.

Lived here for 3 years and in that time we have had over 4 managers. And only one manager actually addressed issues within the park. They evicted a family this morning after they paid them $1740.00. Literally put them out in the cold. They had 4 babies outside crying. Not to mention that they overdrew this families account, without conesent. The agreeded amount was 645.00. That is what actually put them behind on their rent Leading to this mornings horrible events.Last summer the pool was closed for over a month cause they wouldnt clean it. The Gate is always broken, and there is always a line of people who cannot get in. And every time they move a mobile home out roaches infest the park. They do not cover the cost if extermination. Just some food for thought about this place before you give them a dime of your money.

***Ive spoke to the new lady running the community and she says she has been dealing with all the baggage from the previous lady and company. She is trying to do right and understands our frustrations. I will give it a few months and update my review depending on how it goes.***So I just spoke to some other lady there & she seemed to have an attitude for no reason and I tried to be nice but she kept having an attitude. Cindy has been the only helpful one so far & dealing with all of this mess but a job is a job. You dont have to be overly nice but at least dont act like you dont have time to take a complaint when youre sitting on your desk probably on Facebook. Were all customers somewhere so remember that before acting rude at your JOB.

If i could give this place a zero stars i would lot rent is $400 a month and they dont even let u park your cars around ur place or you will get a green paper saying that it will be towed, i dont know who came up with this idea but this place is not even worth your time or money, no wonder they have so many mobile homes empty, i will be leaving this place asap! P.S. every year they add 15$ to the lot rent, why? Idk bc everything is the same.... this is stealing!

What is a community with no maintaince.

This place was really nice! It seems to fill up fast and the community atmosphere was very pleasant. This is also a gated community with a pool.

Beautiful trailer parking. Its so clean and the neighbors seem so friendly and its usually always quiet.

Gated community but my home still broken in to. On top of no sympathy from the office. Don’t be a day late on rent or you’ll find yourself paying absorbent fees. There’s no compromising

The lady who works in the office is unprofessional. She doesnt send out invoices of monthly rent to residents but harasses everyone by LITERALLY WALKING around and going on each property trying to charge over ridiculous things. She trys to call animal control on everyones pets. The workers who USE to work there quit bc shes a pain in the ass and didnt like how she would try to get them to harass the residents too LITERALLY. Majority of the residents dont LIKE HER. Management needs to fire her bc she doesnt do her job at all.

Not a good place to live. Its a gated community and my stuff still got stolen in little mexico.

Wife and I had a 3pm viewing scheduled for Saturday, March 3rd 2018. After driving 4 hours one way to make this appointment and viewing there was no one there and we waited an hour. No answer to the after hours line and no response or email or any type of cancellation from them. 4 hour drive one way guys...very disappointed
