We had a group come here and it was a very good time. The staff is all very chill and help you with all the extra attractions. Obviously the main feature here is the trampolines, but there is so much more to it as well. Theres obstacle courses, rock climbing, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, slam dunk basketball, a zip line, spinning wipe out, go carts, food, slides, and VR games. Theres something for everyone (unless you have children under 6 years of age). You also get some socks that have grips on the bottom to help you znavigate the park. Theres lots of areas to sit and watch your kids as well. I recommend it

We took our three children to Urban Air and had SO MUCH FUN!!! The adults enjoyed participating in the activities just as much as the kids! We found the facility to be very clean with great care being taken to prevent the spread of Covid. The employees we encountered were most welcoming, and the wait time was only a couple of minutes or less. I would definitely recommend that both adults and children go give this place a try. It is truly AWESOME!!!

Excellent! A good amount of activities to do. Lights are dimmed, there is a place for adults (or whoever) to sit and relax, massage chairs, concessions-arcade type stuff (candy machine), and typical concession food (we did not eat there). Its super clean, staff are very friendly and laid back. It was the perfect escape from the madness outside their walls! Super easy to find as well. We hope to be back soon! Kids LOVED it!

My family and I went last Saturday and we had a blast. It was a relief to see that they were checking temperatures, making sure you had a mask on and capacity check. The young lady told us we made it just in time because they were at capacity. When you get there you must do a waiver at the station. Next time I will do mines online. Also at the station you can purchase your tickets there with a card. So once we got to the desk, they put on the bands and gave us the socks. You must wear their socks which were $2.99 each and they are yours. If you are jumping with your child(s), you get a parent pass for $4.50 or if you’re only spectating it’s Free but you will need a band. My family didn’t know the bumper cars wasn’t including in the deluxe so we had to upgrade. From Deluxe package to Platinum it’s $10 also our time was upgraded to another hour. They have so much there, they we didn’t get on everything cause my son and his cousins wanted to play in certain areas. They are only four so they once i showed them the trampolines we headed to the back. Now it’s much darker near the dodgeball trampolines and regular trampolines I wish I had a little lights cause the only thing that had a lot of was the ninja course. Which caught the kids eyes because they also saw the balls. I wish they the plastic balls near the kiddie area but me and cousin had a hard time getting them off the ninja course.So I recommend Urban Air have a small pit with plastic balls only for the kids under 6 years. They loved jumping into the pit but also put it in the kiddie area.I’m glad the kids got enjoy it so the next time I’m in town we will be going again. I wish Richmond, Va had an Urban Air because I wanted to get on the sky rider and do the leap of faith.

Just went there for the first time with a friend and I got to say: IT WAS THE FUNNEST TIME OF OUR LIVES! I haven’t had so much fun in ages, and this park was packed with absolutely refreshing experiences for my friend and I! If you go, at least get the deluxe pass so that you can try out the high jump on the platform spot, and bring a friend with you so you can have just much more fun of an experience! The memberships are really affordable, so I’m definitely going to get a platinum membership! The staff are really friendly, even when they’re stern in enforcing their rules, they’re really nice about it.

This is a destination every family with children MUST go to! Soooo much fun for every age. I was very impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness! Urban Air has an upbeat atmosphere with a friendly staff. We had so many laughs and so much fun here. It’s a kid’s paradise!

This is the best place for a kids birthday party! We didnt have to do anything except bring a cake and our children had an amazing time playing with their friends. I didnt mind the beverages either!

Just left this place. And let me tell you. We will be coming back. After tonight we will be getting a membership because my daughter had a blast. Plenty to do for her and a lot of stuff for the adults as well. I don’t know who had more fun. Her or her father. The staff were unbelievably friendly. I honestly felt at home. I can’t express enough how much I love this place. We will be back!!!!

I had such a great time. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are so clean. Its a great place for kids and adults. I cant recommend it enough.

The place was great when I first came during the soft opening. Friendly staff, short wait times, clean. But I decided to bring more friends with me, so from 2 to 5, and its awful. Now the staff are mean mugging us, the wait time for rides is practically 20 minutes, thats even if the workers are operating it. At one point only the bumper cars and obstacle course had people supervising them. I would highly suggest looking into another place if you have a group over 3 people. Both times we bought platinum passes.

My two children love Urban Air. They have clean facilities and their employees are friendly and wear the proper PPE. The attractions are awesome and they have a chill zone for parents with TVs. They also have a nice selection of food and snacks. Its by far the best trampoline park in the area.

I had such a great time. This place has something fun for all ages. They have a very clean and friendly environment, and the food is great too!

Took my son and his 2 friends this place is a lot of fun plenty of things to do, super friendly staff especially the guy working the VR station he was so good with the kids. We will return 5 star experience.

Urban Air, you impressed on so many levels. Covid 19 precautions are paramount in todays new norm and you checked every box. Temperature checks were completed on our family before we entered the park. Once inside, transactions from check in to food purchases were all touchless and completed with a smile.The staff were wearing PPE, courteous, knowledgeable and more importantly, focused on cleaniness.The attractions, tables and even the bathrooms were constantly being cleaned. This made our family feel safe and confident in returning. We know we will be cared for.Our family has visited indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks but Urban Air Adventure Park takes it to the next level. They actually have something for the whole family not just the kiddos. It is truly a park where an adventure is waiting for everyone. Our family of 8 had a wonderful time and will definitely be purchasing memberships.Totally Impressed!

Great fun add to winston. Although they dont have a changing table in the restroom which is crazy considering its a kid place.

It was fun but the one thing that made us made is that we put $10 into the photo booth machine and it didn’t work, so we told the manager and he said we couldn’t get our money back like that’s bs and it just ruined the night and it didn’t say to put exact change

I took my daughter and her friend place was clean a order of wings took a hour and I left in a ambulance because I broke my ankle because of lack of staff this place have yet to reach out to me to check on me and my well being I had one surgery already and another to go I will have to be out of work 8 months and the doctor said I will not walk the same this place caused alot of damage in my life

Today I hurt my leg because it is so dark at the top of the play place they need to add lights up there my leg is really hurt

Booked a birthday party online a month ago. Paid deposit and were set..?? We havent heard from anyone about how many pizzas and its 2 days before the party, guess we need to follow up. Make the call and while talking to their staff we are told the online prices arent right and it will be more. What??? We set a budget, invites are out and now your telling us your raising the prices? Contracts been signed and deposit paid. Pretty sure thats not legal. Parties in a few days, well see if they do the right thing or not. Rating may go up or down even more.***update***New business and just some confusion.. met and exceeded our expectations. Owner and staff did a great job and fixed the confusion! Go visit them and lets keep this place open. Kids had a blast!!

This is the best birthday party weve ever had. They have the best customer service in the area. We were so happy that we signed up for an annual membership, which is the best deal Ive ever seen. Book a party here! You will not be disappointed and your kids and guests will have a blast!! Its the best entertainment in the city!

My son lost his phone in the ball pit...ok his fault but when asked an employee about getting his phone, the manager, think his name is Frank, was over heard saying me or my staff is not going to look for it, he shouldn’t have brought it in here. I got into an argument with him because I told him could they check to see if my sons phone is here because the tracker is saying it’s here...he called me babygirl and was throwing his hands around like he crazy....he said he didn’t want to deal with me anymore so he asked another employee to help me and walked away...this employee proceeds to tell me he’s from Philly and that’s how he is...huh?? This place is ghetto, don’t go here!!!! All I wanted was my son’s phone...
