The kids always have fun when we come to jump. Jah was great with our kids when no one else was there jumping and he played with them almost the entire time we were there. They loved it and we really appreciated it!

A wonderful environment, and lots of different things for my little girl to do and keep her occupied. The Rockin Tots promotion is a great value and worth twice the price of admission. On top of ALL of that, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and down right cool. Cant say enough (is that a real thing? :-) positive things, just go!

I bought a birthday party package and I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. But what really made it for me was our party host Parker. She was amazing, patient, helpful and on top of it all. Thanks Parker for helping my son and I have a great day!

We come here pretty much every Sunday morning. Love the fact that theyre open at this early time for the 6 and under crowd. The staff is always very nice. I will say though, the place could be more clean. It clearly wasnt vacuumed after yesterday. The floor is covered in filth, leftover and smashed food, etc. Running a vacuum at night, every night, seems to be at least the minimum that could and should be done.

We were visiting Winston Salem and found this spot - clean, easy, and a great way to get some kids who didnt know each other to quickly bond. My daughter left her beloved sweatshirt there and the owner actually mailed it back to our house for us! Overall a great experience.

Just spent a wonderful day here and I could not be happier. From the first phone call yesterday with Jake to our entire visit here today the staff could not be more helpful or kind. Mia was on the floor supervising and she helped my grands in several different ways. They had a great time and in turn I was a wonderful Nana for bringing them here for a fun afternoon! I would highly recommend you visiting here!

We love the tot time. It is such a great deal and it is nice for my toddler to jump in a safe environment. The place in clean and the staff is great.

Safe atmosphere for kids to play and you can sit in the parents seats and see them from all angles while they a jumping and having fun. This was our second time going and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and aware of the kids safety.

The only issue we have is that there is a special area for 6 and under and special times during the day, yet the six and under can go anywhere at anytime. Its a little dangerous for the little ones that arent watching and get ran into by the bigger kids. No fault of the big kids, they should have their own area and times.. or maybe a family time where everyone can jump anywhere.

Very cool place. Different things to do in each area kids will have a blast and sleep good after you leave!

My children love this place. Its reasonable and not too crowded. I dont like the arcade set up. 20$ worth of games only lasted about 30 min. They are very expensive to play and offer very few tickets for prizes.

It took us 1 hour to check in. The sign at the waiver station says to fill out a waiver if it’s your 1st time and this wasn’t our first time so we get in line wait 20 min only to be told to get out of line, and fill out another waiver bc ours has expired...we get back in line for another 20 min, get to check in, and their at capacity (there has to be at least another 50 people behind me in line) so we get in another line and wait another 20 min to pay. Most os the staff was overwhelmed and unhappy to be there. Also there wasn’t really any staff in the floor to watch the jumpers, at one point there were three kids stuck in between one of the cracks piled on top of each other. We usually have a good time here but if they’re going to put on an event like the paw patrol coming for rocking tots they should plan better

Me and my 4 year old daughter went for the first time today to check out their rockin tots special. We had a blast! She was all over the place jumping on all of the trampolines she could. Her favorite was the one in the back where you could jump off into that little inflatable back floor area thing. They have lots of little blocks you can throw to play with too. Definitely plan on going back sometime. We may consider this place for a birthday party! Its a lot of fun for the whole family

We have visited Rockin Jump a few times over the years and have had positive experiences, until today. Took my daughter for something fun to do on a day off from school. My daughter was playing dodge ball and was made to get out without being hit by the ball. The staff, who was supposed to be working was playing on their phones, not watching the children. The young lady admitted to me that she didnt even see my daughter, that the kids said she was out and so she made her out. She even wanted to argue with me about the situation after it was already established that she didnt even see what happened. My issue is not with the game or her getting out its the fact that these children bullied my daughter and the staff encouraged it. My daughter didnt even want stay the rest of her time after that because of feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I also had planned on throwing her birthday party there with the Gold package. My daughter has been begging me for weeks. Ended up getting a refund, after paying the deposit before we left because she was so traumatized and humiliated that she no longer wanted to have her party there. Something needs to be done about this. Bullying should not be tolerated and its inappropriate, unprofessional and unsafe to be using your cell phone when you are supposed to be watching the children.

Its a nice place to take the kids and get them tuckered out. Love all that they have to offer.

Rockin Jump, formerly Airbound, is a great place for kids. Weve gone many times for birthday parties and church groups. The crowd is generally under 12 years old, but youll see older kids (and sometimes adults) jumping, too. In addition to the many trampolines on the left side of the building, theres a dodge ball area, a couple of basketball hoops, and a rock climbing wall. There are arcade games and there is a small play place for those 6 and under. There are several party rooms and a special party check-in. Lots of seating for parents. A release is required (if youve previously completely a release Airbound, another one needs to be done). You will also need to purchase jumping socks (no shoes allowed) but if you can keep up with them you only have to buy them once and just wear them each time you come.

My grandchildren had a great time there although I was not to impressed.

Rockin Jump is an adventurous amusement park to take your kids for safe and exciting fun. They have great deals and pricing! Birthday parties are always fun and leave kids with amazing memories.Their staff is super nice and they interact greatly with the parents and kids. Most definitely plan on going to Rockin Jump as often as possible.

My son love it

My two girls attended parents night out this evening, drop off was very disorganised and pick up just as much so, staff were clueless and couldn’t answer simple questions. Our girls were starving at the end staying they had not been fed, and staff could not find their belongings. There were lots of people walking around, open to the public so anyone can walk out with your kid and there’s no one stopping your kid from walking out the front door. Really disappointed for our first experience.

Took the kids here for an Easter Egg hunt over the weekend. They had a great time! The employees were great with the kids and did a nice job making sure there were plenty of eggs for everyone. Free coffee and donuts for the parents! Got some great pictures of the kids with the Easter Bunny. Good value too. We plan on coming back.

This is a fun place for the Family! It gives your kids a way to burn off lots of energy, and in doing so they get a workout. 2 hours of jumping around will tame even the rowdiest of your kids. This place is very well priced, and beats competitors in that respect. Birthday parties? Well heck ya! There are arcade games too. Coming here is money well spent. My only improvement suggestion is for Counter Staff to learn about their specials and standard offerings more completely because they caused a bit of confusion when we were selecting our options. This is a minor issue, relatively to the huge value you will get in return. Take your Kids and yourself and unleash your wild side!

My 12 year old had his birthday party here today. All I can say is WOW. 17 people showed up and they the staff was just amazing. Jalisa (Lisa) was was our party host and she was perfect! Absolutely will be booking another party here again. Everything was taken care of and my wife and I were able to just sit back, relax and enjoy watching our son and his friends have fun. Parents even get a free 15 minutes in the massage chairs as well as free drinks. Definitely recommended!!

We had a really good time! My kids are 7 and 11 and they loved it too. Great workout, lots of fun.I cant say the staff were really on top of safety stuff, there were rules posted everywhere but people were breaking them all over and nobody said anything. So be sure and keep an eye on your kids if you go! But overall it was well designed and clean, not super expensive and great fun!

Rockin Jump is a awesome place. I had my son 5th birthday party there, and he had suck a wonderful time. Zack was our party host and he did such a great job working with me, and my son, and his guest. I will return to do another party for my daughter. I highly recommend this place for all ages of children.

Visited Rockin Jump for the first time, I first looked online at their prices and saw that we could jump for an hour for the price of $11.95 per person. When we get there at 6:05pm they said since it was Friday we have to pay $19 something but we would have to wait 55 minutes to jump or pay $25 and jump now and as much as we want. We ended up paying $25 because we drove 30 minutes and were not going to have the kids waiting for an hour just so they could jump. These prices should be advertised on the website and it should say that on the weekend its way more expensive... Went in wanting only one hour of jumping for $11.95 and ended up paying double the price for four kids even though we still only stayed for an hour.

This is my favorite indoor trampoline park. During the summer its a lovely cool clean place for the kids to play to get out of the heat. Also, they have great promotions and its not as loud and crowded as some other places.

I bought the 90 day special for six great nieces and nephews. They live going to the trampoline park!

We went for the kids jump time, and enjoyed that they had Disney music playing. I wasnt afraid of my kids getting hurt by larger children and the facility was very clean. The young man at the front was very polite and shared my daughters excitement with her. We will return soon!

Took my daughter an her friend to the Easter egg hunt that was advertised. The event was from 12pm-1:30pm we arrive at 11:30 at 12:20 I ask two employees when the egg hunt will be? I was told manger didnt buy eggs an get back until just then, it would be little longer also had a line at the door an was told all them wanted to do egg hunt too. At 12:45 ask again about the egg hunt. I was told they put some eggs out but kids pick em all up sorry. Yes, I seen (1) employee putting eggs out an (1) little girl literally walking behind him putting an her bag. The employee was laughing an smiling while this was going on. Oh lets not forget the free donuts an coffee that was advertised. That got there at 1pm to run out of doughnuts. The visit from the Easter bunny if you call it that, was the worst Easter bunny costume ever an he wasnt friendly at all with the kids. The one heavy set manger was very friendly was kids an adults, the other employees couldnt answer your question then was rude. I go to do my waiver the computer wasnt working I tell the employee she says oh yeah that computer is tripping just use another one. Only two computers working. I had to buy socks for the girls no one ask me or offered me socks. I had to get back in the long line for socks. I had the same girl an she said oh I thought you had socks since you didnt ask. Its your job to ask. Its been years since weve been now I know why. I had to give it one star I didnt want too.

I was very impressed with this facility. It is clean, well-run, and definitely fun. There are employees around the trampolines to make sure everyone stays safe, but they didnt really have to intervene while I was there. We will be coming back for sure.

This this is a good place for younger people to come burn off some excess energy. The dodgeball area seems to be the most fun. After being in there with my 2 young boys, I find myself working up a good sweat. The prices are pretty reasonable and if you find a Groupon, theyre even better. The weekdays during the school season are really slow and the kids get bored kind of quick. Over the summer the are lots of people playing and before you know it your hour is up.

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The music is upbeat. The children had a pretty good time. They were tired before an hour had passed and I paid for 90 minutes. It was a great workout for the kids. They were sweating by the time they were finished lol. There is an arcade and there are a few designated areas for children 6 and under. There are massage chairs throughout the building(you have to pay). Of course, they have snacks. There is no reason to not love this place!!!

This is a great spot for the kids to come and release energy. Kind of pricey, but if they get a good night sleep who cares!?! We went tonight to the after 7 p.m. blacklight jump in the dark they have...it was neat! $20 per kid to jump 2 hours and they get a shirt and a glow necklace. Not bad, but nothing to do for the adults unless you sit in the massage chair for $20 per hour. Lol

Teenagers are running this place? All the workers were playing and when I asked who was monitoring the dodgeball area I was told we all are, there are no games during the day. Really???? The workers are jumping by themselves and there is really no reason to have such workers if they are only here to jump and not watch each station. The 2 stars given are for the cheaper price to come jump compared to the other places. Guess you get what you pay for. Since parents have to follow kids to each station get rid of the workers and make the prices cheaper.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! My kids attended the 1/2 day camp this week to give them something fun to do this summer. Ages 5 and 8. The camp is for ages rising K to 12 years. They do some games and arts and crafts and have free time to jump and climb. I also have two younger children and today we stayed from 9-11 for the rockin tots. I was able to see what free time looked like for my older kids. The first hour of camp, 9-10 was free time. There wasnt a single employee in the jump area. they all stayed behind the desk literally the entire time. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPERVISION. Its a good thing no one tried to climb the rock wall during that time. Or walk out the back doors. I already had some questions as to how the camp was ran simply because checking my kids in and out was kind of a joke. All of the employees are hanging out behind the desk when you get there and sometimes they speak to you. you write your kids name and time they come in. The first day my kids ran up to me as soon as I was at the door and we left. No one else was around. I asked them where everyone was and they said they were kind of everywhere because it was free time. Anyone could have left with an unattended kid and no one would have known. After today I decided we would definitely not return for the camp the final day (tomorrow) and asked an employee where they kept my daughters epi pens so we could get them back. She said she didnt know and would have to ask someone. awesome.I like that there is a sign that says everyone MUST wear shoes to enter the bathroom...well when the camp kids get there, their shoes AND LUNCH BOXES, are all thrown into the same bin. Super gross and also makes it hard to retrieve the shoes underneath for bathroom breaks. Can they not just put their shoes in the cubbies like everyone else?Im super disappointed in this camp mainly because of the security factor. My daughter was also disappointed that we were told on the website and by the employees that the rock wall would be open during free time but each time she asked it was not.So NO, I would definitely not recommend this place. Ive been before and had an fine time but after experiencing the camp, we wont be back.

Had an amazing experience. Went here for my last date before my boyfriend went off to college in New York. We stayed for an hour and had a fantastic time!The only negative experience was at the end. We tried to use the photo both and it wouldnt print the photos. However, the store was happy to refund the money.

The pricing on the website under pricing section doesnt tell you Friday nights after 7 its $20 a person. Very deceptive. Plus its not clear on the sight you have to pay an extra $2.50 for socks which should be included in the price. I still paid it just to experience this place with my kids. They pretty much enjoyed but its definitely not worth the money. I dont recommend. Id rather go Get Air in Greensboro, same experience a whole lot cheaper.

Great place for gaming, trampoline-the best, rock climbing and it has sections for all ages. Great place to visit especially for kids.

A pretty good time for 8 and up. Any younger and there are to many chances to get run over by bigger kids. You have to buy their socks which at $2 isnt bad, but why??? You can however wear them again, but we have found out that after 2 washes they fall apart. The staff is nice and works well with the kids. The customer base is clean cut. No trashy people of any race. Music is perfect for the environment, hip, clean, and up beat. Overall, I will give it 4/5 stars. The only reason not 5/5, the snack bar is outrageously expensive.

Rockin Tots is a great time for my 5 year old. Its never crowded, the Disney music is a great age-appropriate touch, and there isnt a better deal for entertainment for his age!!

As first time visitors, we were unsure of what to expect. We stood inside the entrance and looked at the large tv facing the entrance. It showed children in the trampoline park doing various things such as landing in the foam pit. We bought socks and paid for two hours of jumping but after getting ready to jump we realized that the tv was showing a different trampoline park! This one did not have some of the things pictured that we had come specifically for. That said, staff politely refunded what we had paid (except for socks we already had on which was acceptable with us).That said, we left and went to another park that has what we wanted. However, if you want a less crowded, quieter environment this is the trampoline park to pick. Younger children will have a blast and won’t miss the extras.We did our waiver online, showed the barcode at check in, and was taken care of promptly. We went at noon on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all.Despite it not being what we wanted, we really can’t complain. The smaller trampolines and smaller park overall will be worth the trade off for the smaller crowds and quieter environment.

Good birthday party experience, a bit expensive for extra drinks ($4) for a 2 liter but thats to be expected with birthday party prices I suppose. The additions since it changed from Airbound were good: a private birthday room, private dodge ball game, and the party host was very helpful. I had to reschedule at the last minute because of illness the week before and they allowed me to do so without penalty. I would recommend this place for an all inclusive hassle free party.

First visit here under this management with the grandkids. Has changed a little by adding more video games. You jump by the hour or whatever package you choose. You purchase jumping socks for $2.00 and you get to keep them. The socks have rubber on the bottom which gives more control while jumping. They have a special area for under 6 years old. Kids jump, climb a rock wall of battle each other with pugil sticks...like giant q-tips. There is plenty of chairs for parents to sit near whatever the kid is doing. They have snacks but I dont know anything about them.

Had my 8 year old grandsons birthday party here in May and he loved it. Great variety of trampolines for all ages. They have spaces for babies to adults to enjoy. The two complaints I had was we had to wait an hour to get our party room which was inconvenient and we couldnt order extra pizzas after our guests arrived. You have to tell them ahead of time. So order an extra pizza to be on the safe side.

You might as well not bother. So I got to pay for my kids twice! Thanks!You also have to buy the $3 socks to play.Staff was unhelpful, slow and rude. Manager was more concerned about getting people out of the play area the second their hour was up and not that customers were feeling welcome or having fun.In summary, its expensive, the kids didnt have that much fun, it takes 20 minutes to get checked in, staff is hostile and never around when you need them.Not recommended.

I bring my daughter here at least 2 to 3 times a week. Staff is friendly and membership deal is a bargain.

Great place to spend an hour with your toddlers. Wears them out and isn’t too pricey. Everything seemed clean and the staff seems fairly attentive.

I would like to personally thank the Rockin Jump team for hosting the AFJROTC group, it was a fun and rememberable experience for us all. The employees where really friendly and involved with the jumpers, not only keeping them safe but also hosting a few competitions between jumpers. For example, the slam dunk and the X beam. Definitely going to visit in the near future
