Love the park nice walking trails gravel and off the beaten path. Awesome play ground for kids of all ages. Nice covered picnic tables with barbecue grills. We came from wichita and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend!

Stopped on road trip to let kids out and stretch. Nicest municipal park I have seen in a long time. Winfield should be proud. Cleanest bathrooms i have ever seen in a public park.

Id go here every day with my fiance for lunch during the work week. Years later, he proposed to me there. This place will always have a special place in my heart. Its beautiful and well taken care of.

We came here at night, and it was quiet and still. Even the ducks and geese seem to have retired early. But come in daylight to see the peace garden, story walk and playground.

Such a great hidden place! The kids loved it and didnt want to leave. We cant wait to go back!

I always love seeing the Isle of Lights at Christmas.

The play ground had rubber stuff all over to make it soft. Lots of play equipment for the kids, nice walking trails, a lake to fish in, and clean restrooms.

This is a nice spot to bring the kids. Youll definitely see a million Canada gooses, and the occasional trash panda.

Went to the last free concert of the summer. Was a great venue, lots of room for seating, the stage was set up in a great place with lots of shade and a nice breeze. Music and sound system was great! Cant wait until next summer!!!

Great place for the kids of all ages. Have small kids area separated from older kids. Have a water mister area, picnic tables, fishing allowed, read a book area where walk around a path and read the pages of the story. The kids bike here, skate and play on the equipment. Rest rooms are open (except for during island of lights exhibit around Christmas) and warm in the winter too. A new concert area. Park is right next to the swimming pool.

This place is usually a fun place to play! It is also an amazing area for pokemon go! The only downside is I wished there was more fish in the pond.

Amazing castle structure and swings with soft landing for the children to play on. Fishing available in the surrounding water. Ducks and geese always there and they enjoy being fed. During Christmas time they close it down to put up an amazing light display. Wonderful park! Also a public pool at the entrance, open during summertime.

We love the park for the kids, the nice picnic areas, and the Isle of Lights every year at Christmas.

Isle of lights at Christmas is a must see!!! I have loved this place since I was a child, but never had been to it during Christmas. It is gorgeous and magical.

Great park for kids, feed the ducks, play on the playground, even do some light fishing. You can also walk the paths in the nature trail or have a picnic in the shade on the benches.

Winfield has a true treasure in Island Park. There is a great playground for the kids, ample picnicking areas and performing areas. My kids loved watching the ducks and geese that live there. There are lots of community events that take place in the park. My familys favorite time of the year is in December when the Christmas lights are up. We visit several times between Thanksgiving and New Years to take in the beautiful displays. Definitely worth a visit at any time of the year.

Fun for kids, dogs, and anyone who wants to get outside and explore. Great place to feed the ducks and geese too!

I have been to many city parks in my lifetime. Island Park is my favorite. I have recommended it to many people from out of town.

Island park is a wonderful place. It is always maintained well and manicured. The new amphitheater is awesome! The playground is super cool. It is a thing for this town to be proud of.

The new performance stage is fantastic, and the monthly Duck Jam concert series is another great reason to get out and enjoy this space. The playground equipment is quite elaborate and well maintained. Covered picnic spaces are great for group activities. Ive never fished there, but plenty of people do.

This is the best park Ive ever been too, good for all ages (even the parents). There is a castle, a farm for the little kids, viking ship, and lots of fun things to climb on.

The Lights and scenes were fantastic, I would recommend it for everyone next year, but dont forget to check out the Christmas Lights This Year because theyre even Better.

Not bad park not a whole lot off shade like one would expect with the surroundings. Could use more water fountains around the place with cold water the one i tried it was almost hot water ugh...

Took retired veteran fishing at Island Park. Unfortunately did not catch anything. Nice place and they were setting up for a concert so this is the place to be. Enjoy

Nice place to stop & potty ur dog. They only have a johnny on the spot but it was clean.

A great hangout for the every human being on this planet. Every small town in America should have this one type of play park, it should be a Federal Law to have it in each small town so adults and children would bond.

I dont recommend it for people who fish to get away. It will have cars passing through till 11 PM closing time. But, there are many small channel cats that seem to bite. I had one that was keeper size and 10 to 15 others. Likely bigger ones in there but none that were hungry for my bait where I was fishing at.
