Actually, a great mobile home park, and as the name suggest, a lot of trees. I was there to clean up debris from storm damage, when the owner of the park came by and sent some of his crew. Apparently, owner managed, which is usually the best kind.

Very well maintained

This is a great place to live, very quiet. It is a community, not a trailer park everyone is friendly and neighborly. People keep their yards nice and everything clean and trimmed. The owners can be a little unreasonable at times but I guess that is what keep a the place nice. The only reason I wouldnt give it 5 stars is because of the owners. Yes the trees are lovely, but a few of them are dying and have dead limbs falling on our roofs. Now the owners say trimming is OUR RESPONSIBILITY but they WONT APPROVE ANYONE to come and trim the trees down. And we all own our trailers so any damage done is on us

Park is Ran by a Dictator or Nazi. No Kids after dark, No Parking, No Car Washing, Rules, and Dictatorship Plus Utility Hikes. Moved on Up and Out.

Only stopped here because my car was overheating. Bled air from system refilled and left. Later replaced head gaskets.

I would’ve gave this park a 4 if they kept same providers associated with utilities. Brs management is your sewage provider basically 65 a month. We was told ku doesn’t do electric this way you have to go with Clark energy (high) during winter. Management is great will help you with up keep or general labor needs. Neighbors don’t speak if your a young couple they act like your out to rob them.

My Mother and Father in law live there.Its clean.The property manager is good.I did a small remodel for him, after i set the trailer up for my in laws.there happy,2years.

This Park is very well kept and maintenanced, The neighborhood association is non existant but for the simple common courtesy residents extend each other and display with pride in their efforts to maintain a well groomed, clean, quiet, space so that a feeling of commeradery pervades the park from paid residents to on-site management.

Danny works with all residents to ensure a clean and safe environment.
