If i could give them zero stars i would. There is absolutely no reason to ever move here. Do not do it. I have lived here for over ten years and it has been a living hell. Management is nothing but busy bodies who will harass you for anything they possibly can. Lot rent goes up every year, and the quality of the neighborhood goes down every year. They will tow your car with no warning and will not say anything to you after they tow it. They do an abysmal job maintaining the neighborhood. Ownership of the neighborhood changes every couple years and with it the rules always change. They will threaten to evict you for any reason they can find. Dont move here, its not worth it.

Homes arent bad but its full of disrspectful people.

Very clean and nice place. There’s a basketball court, a public pool and hot tub, parking. It’s very nice place and kept clean. They allow pets and there’s always kids being nice. No issues with anyone. I wish I lived there lol

Beautiful place, very clean, nice people and safe. We absolutely love it here. Our kids can play and plenty of other families and children, feels so safe and everyone has been so nice.

This is a community of modular homes / trailers.

Poorly managed. No one obeys the speed limit, no parking signs. They park right in front of the no parking signs, and on the grass, and no one does anything about it. Snow plowing is done half heartedly, if at all. Terrible that grounds crews change with the weather and some have severely damaged the siding on sheds and homes. Lakes are often scum covered. Lame place. Exorbitant lot rent fees, constantly being raised, but with fewer services, and removal of on site management. Awful. Nice neighborhood in certain sections, though, and some friendly people.

Because I live here and its a nice community and it is a short distance from a variety of different stores.

The lot fee is ridiculous. It’s a mobile home not anything else.

Stop towing peoples car just because they are parked outside of their house! we pay rent and we need transportation to make a living. If you dont like it then pay to widen everyones drive ways! You guys are crooks!

Grate place to live. Alot of old war paths throw there from the 23rd battle of winchester. Absolutely stunning ponds.amazeing just amazeing

Great rec room for family occasions

We are in the process of selling our house and moving away from here. The neighbors are obnoxious, they have strict parking rules but dont enforce them. They have attempted to take us to court 3 times within 3 months for not being able to pay exactly on time and we have had to clear out both of our retirement funds just to avoid court. They raised the rent several times without warning.

WARNING:Regency Lakes is planning on selling their land for development. Dont buy here or you will be forced to move your home in the near future. Bad investment ! ! !

Dont live here. Had to move out cause rent was going up year after year. One really small playground, dirty pool, one volleyball court, one cracked and broken basketball court, two cracked tennis courts with no nets. Place is a mess.
