Winterset Farms

I never heard of winterset farms until recently it is a very nice area

This is a lovely quiet place to live. My grandparents have lived here since I was 6! Im 35 now!

Dont move here, its infested with bugs. Road construction going on for 11 months and they gave us no heads up. My neighbors were method heads or child abusers. Cops there every day its trash you are better off in the projects

I live here, no dynamics to clamour about. Living okay.

Nice quiet development, they have Security patrols in there development added plus.

Very courteous office staff who always make you feel welcome.

4 stars for my friend who lives here. Nice park. No problems or concerns.

Price is reasonable quiet neighborhood two playgrounds for the kids Open Fields for activities

Terrible place to live. They raise the rent every year and yet dont take care of the roads or anything else, for that matter. They throw stone down and it gets all over your car and in your yard. The woman in the office plays favorites with certain residents. Youre in like Flynn if you kiss her butt!!!!
