I had a friend that stayed here at one time. It looks like a small ghetto trailer park She’s probably because it is. The landlord was very uncaring and it sometimes rude. If you’re visiting somebody that lives here there are zero places for you to park. You will probably end up on what was once grass but is now just a bunch of dead foliage. That’s your designated parking area for visiting

My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. We have very nice neighbors. There are several children in the park and kids will be kids, but we have had no trouble with any of them. The highlight of my day is watching the kids wait for the bus! Donna and Jack have been nothing but professional in all of our dealings. I have lived in other trailer parks in the county and this one is a nice place to live.

Ive lived here for over a year. Donna and Jack are the management and are some of the best Kind of people. They take pride in keeping the park clean and keeping out all the riff raft which gives us all a safe place to live and raise our children. Its a very nice, quiet place to live and I would recommend it to good people looking for just that.

I have lived here for 8 years now. Own my place and have not had any problems with management. I live on end lot with nice size back private yard. Only issue I have had is with a neighbor. Overall nice place to live.

Only lived here since June and cant say anything but good things about Donna and Jack. Super friendly folks and always ready to help if a problem arises or you you just want to visit. Also the park is quiet and well maintained so all in all I am very satisfied living here.

Paid the manager Donna to move in # 44 on January 12, 2017. Paid to have electric put in my name. Was given my keys and was told I could start moving in. On the following Monday I arrived home from work to find a handwritten note on my door saying she had decided to sell my unit and I had 2 DAYS TO BE OUT!!!! I am now fighting with her over my money and she shut the power off to our home that is in my name. I am now homeless!!! Please, please, dont rent from this awful woman!

Things are kept nice, good maintenance. nice Neighbours nice landlord wheelchair accessible except for the office also reasonable rent or you can buy or rent no soliciting

Me and my wife and kids have lived here for 8 years and love it here!!! very quiet place and very friendly and reliable landlords. if something breaks or wears out landlord is very fast at fixing it .

You may own or rent mobile homes. The park is kept clean. Managers are friendly and easy to deal with.

Very quiet and clean place to live and most people take pride in their outside and inside of their homes would recommend !!

Terrible Owner and Manager Donna Gilkey. They will lie just to get their money and evict you when they can. They pocket what money you do give them for the water bill, which adds up to $28,800 a year. We lived in the trailer park for a year and she was constantly in our business and trying to find things wrong with us. Then had made a deal with us for a contract for deed trailer and we hadnt even lived in it for a week before she served us with eviction papers. Now remind you, we were never behind on our rent the entire year. We told her we could not afford both trailers and she said she would get rid of the past due payments on the contract for deed trailer and hit us with $2,000 payment, that we had to come up with within two weeks. I would not rent from her shes a scum lord and a scam artist.

So glad we moved out of there. Management is awful! My kids were afraid to go outside and play in our lot because they thought shed yell at them. Maintenance takes forever to get done, if at all or its done very poorly. So glad weve moved on to bigger and better!!

On October 6, 2016 we were approved to move into the trailer at lot #6 with move in date of October 20th. We put the electric in our names as requested and when I called to just touch base with management on the 13th, Donna told me she had gotten an offer to purchase our rental and had sold it! We were never advised it was for sale and she did NOT attempt to tell us about this when it happened. Had I not contacted her, we would have shown up on moving day with all of our belongings and MAYBE been told not to move in, or worse yet been allowed to move in just to be evicted when the buyer came along. Sad we were unable to live in such a convenient location and FURIOUS at the dishonesty and deceptive ways of the Manager Donna

I own my place there. Manager is very mean and in your business all the time and trys to tell you what to do . now just cant. Wait till I can move my trailer out of this God forsaken place.

I hope a meteor hits this park. The park manager straight up stole from me. siphoned my power, and claimed enough was broken when I left to give no refund on the security deposit. also somehow kept the power in my name and I got billed for a month after I moved out.

The manager is a scam artists and a liar. This is a horrible place to live. The owner is a liar and scam artists also. Do not trust them they are sheeps in wolves clothing. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

BUD BUGS, mantinace sell drugs to kids, manager is very mean, everyone is is your bussness, play area has broken glass and crackheads living in it.
