1st time playing this course. Challenging but plays great with the right shots. Very well taken care of. Staff was phenomenal. Fred met us on the 1st tee and gave us a great rundown, super friendly guy! Great food and pro shop. Already planning the next trip to this club. 5 stars.

Had our wedding ceremony and reception here. Honestly, the main person here who made our day so special was Corey Polluck! He will do anything and everything he can to make the bride or groom happy. It was super rainy on our wedding day, but they seemlessly moved things inside and still made the ceremony beautiful.

Let me begin by saying I have no complaints about the course, it was in great shape and played pretty difficult. I was on a golf trip as one of 12 golfers it was our last day of our tournament and we were scheduled for 36 holes. My complaint is with the starter Joel, we had a 9 am first tee time and of course he had to get everyone in our group together at 8:55 so he could do his pre round speech, that being said we teed off around 9:10 am. All is going well until hole 12, Im in the trees on the right and I see Joel pull up and Im getting ready to punch out and I say may I help you and he says go ahead and then Ill yell at you and I said excuse me and he said it again, I proceeded to duff my shot then said whats going on. He then said we needed to pick up our pace as we were on a 5 hour 20 minute round and the group ahead of us was on 18 tee and we were holding up the whole course, now this is a blatant lie as we never had anyone in front of us and our two groups behind us we hardly ever saw they might of been 5-8 minutes behind us, I said whatever and he went and told our other groups to speed up. All that being said my first group finished at 1:40 pm exactly which by my math is 4 hours and 30 minutes and the standard playing time for 18 holes!!!! I complained to some young guy in the clubhouse but it didnt seem like it mattered too much to him, so we are getting food and waiting for our two other groups and here comes Joel as we are just starting to eat and he says we need to tee off because our tee time is 2 pm and we already took 5 and a half hours on the first 18 and I said you are crazy sir we got done at 1:40 pm and thats 4 and a half hours and we just got our food and we are waiting for our two other groups, he then tells me Ive been here 7 years and I can tell time and I said obviously you cant and to do the math, he was gonna send out a 2:30 and a 2:40 time ahead of us but decided not to because he must of realized that wasnt going to work. This guy was totally unprofesssional and basically confrontational and he will run business away and cost your fine golf course and establishment money and customers. We love the Williamsburg area and its fine courses, but this Joel put a sour taste in my mouth, he needs disciplined and talked to about how he interacts with customers, if not you will continue to lose golfers(customers)

Went for a wedding! Gorgeous venue!! All the staff was awesome!! Very nice!!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The omelette chefs are top notch.

I cant remember what it was called but it was delicious. French fries smothered in cheese curds, gravy, and onions. Cold beer and attentive service.

The clubhouse has a very nice restaurant with a large fireplace. You can also get a great meal with a great selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks in the Bistro sports bar. Enjoy a meal or drink on the beautiful veranda.

These guys have a lot learn when it comes to handling special events. Ive been there for two weddings. Both events dragged on and could have been run better. Yesterday, my steak was chewy and didnt have great taste. As a former wedding photographer, certain banquet facilities ran their weddings like clockwork. And having a coffee station is a cop out on service.

Attended a meeting here and parking was easy, staff was friendly, coffee was hot with cups and saucers. The room was comfortable.

Went to a dinner event and it was very nice. Surprisingly good food, attentive staff and nice facility.

I was so disappointed with the service my bestfriend received for her wedding. She was supposed to have an outside wedding and it rained all weekend and the organizers appeared to not have a good back up plan resulting in chaos with the family and wedding party and ultimately her having the wedding in the reception hall with her guests sitting at their dinner tables. Apparently they did not have a divider so the tables could be pushed back and the front of the room used for the wedding. The room that she got dressed in was not a bridal suite it was a half kitchen with a sink and cupboards and a table in it and not even a couch for her to sit while getting dressed or take pictures. Some of our dresses had wrinkles during travel and they did not even have an iron for us to use. What kind of place plans events and dont have the basic necessities to offer their clients in a pinch. I made so many trips to Walmart that day it was not funny. For the money that she paid I believe she deserved better.
