Horrible attitudes in this place. Yall need knocked down a peg.

We bought the satisfyer pro 2 next generation. Well all i can say is do your research before walking into this place its highway robbery. Me and my girlfriend paid $140 for a toy that is listed on amazon for $39.99 with free one day shipping? Called the lady back to let her know thats not right.. if you work hard for your money like i do you would know charging 3x the price is not right. Wont ever go here again even to piss on it

My wife and I went in and as soon as we got in a worker hollered at us from across the store we both needed IDs. My wife is in a wheelchair and doesnt drive so she rarely brings her ID with her anywhere. I highly reccomend avoiding this store and going to the north rock one on the east side where the workers are much more professional and seem to care about their customers.

This store on West Kellogg in Wichita Kansas told me when I entered that I needed to have a face mask I told her politely that I have a medical exemption she ask for paperwork I told her that is a HIPAA violation which it is completely its against federal law nobody needs to have that information other than doctors that will use it for certain reasons so she kicked me out of her store that being said I will never return there and waste my money there ever again plus most of the product I buy their broken shortly thereafter

Erica was the one who helped me and my sister today. She was such a delight! So funny and helpful. I’ve been coming here for years and she just made the experience so much better!

This wasnt like other shopping experiences as I walked in she said how is your day going right from the get go I knew exactly what she wanted I said My days going well how about yours? *Without breaking eye contact* she said I really cant complain with a smirk. so I said where are your condoms and I smirked back *thinking shes so into me* she said whats your size? I said thats kinda personal she needs to know because they seperate by size she said. so I said Extra large *cough cough. she said follow me to the condom section. I was like well things sure are escalating quickly and I asked her if its getting hot in here and she said no. Upon entering the condom section I said is there a place to try these on she assumed I should know my size and said drop those pants big boy I begin to blush and said Ill just take the condoms good lord thats enough excitement for one day. So I bought the condoms and left and I havent been back since I am rating this a great experience!

I really liked the cashiers when I go into the store, if I have a question about any type of product, lube, toy, clothing or movie just anything in the store.... the two ladies have always been kind, sweet, informative and so very helpful in everything. The very best experience for someone who had never been inside an Adult Store before.

I went to the patricias on West Kellogg today and a manager/Employee named Desiree that works there was completely rude. Me and one of my friends and my sister when there tonight and we knew that children were not allowed in the store but I thought it would be fine if my sister brought her four month old baby. Right as we walked in Desiree shouted at my sister and us that children were not allowed in the store. Thats not the reason why Im making this complaint. Im making this because she could have just walked or have came closer to my sister to tell her children and infants are not allowed but she did not do that. She shouted so loud that everyone look at us and I did not appreciate that.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to not only ensure that we were looking at products that were to our taste but also had excellent customer care when we had an issue.

Staff was super nice in helping me find non latex condoms but... They only had one brand. This is an adult store. They need more than just one kind of non latex condom.

Came here from out of town with my conservative fiancé, thought itd be fun and more comfortable in a foreign place. The girl at the register was rude, hateful, and uncomfortable. We went in happy and ready to experience adult Disneyland and got what was like yard time in a prison. Felt like we were trouble and putting her out. NEVER VISIT HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD EVENING. SHE SUCKED THE FUN OUT OF OUR NIGHT. 3/18/2017

Staff here when we visited was just rude. Not helpful. We didnt feel like we were welcome, so we just walked out, even though this was the only shop in wichita that had the toy we wanted. I urge you to visit the rock road location. We went there and the two employees were super sweet, helpful, and full of personality.

Its so fun and spicy. Really exciting and so much to see and look at.

Went in for couple items 30 mins before closing and the staff was very rude in letting me know the close in fifteen mins. Upon that she acted like I wasted her time upon checkout. I will not be going there again. Rock Road is alot better.

Bad staff or not they still have a good selection adult novelties toys games and Exedra I give it three star

The lady working tonight was beyond rude, wanted to buy some stuff but they dont deserve my money, rock road is way better go to that one !
