As a parent I wasnt too happy about the high prices or the fact that the live shows are no more.What can you do during a pandemic ? Just the look of joy and happiness from my 5 year olds eyes made it all worth it.Sometimes you cant pay for joy or happiness.But for 12 bucks my son played all the games for 30 minutes and left with a Chucky Cheese doll.Not a bad investment on happiness.

The only place to take younger kids in Wichita... very friendly and patient staff. Always a good time!

Actually I was really surprised, I didnt feel like I was surrounded by germs like I normally feel there were just a few families there it wasnt packed to the gills like Im used to in CA .

First time visit after Chuck E Cheese had been shut down due to COVID-19 and also had some recent remodeling done. They have removed all animatronics and the “stage” is all gone. They have also removed quite a few games. It looks like a large building with only 1 quarter of the building having anything for the children. The pizza is decent, nothing to brag about. Salad bar was closed on our visit on a Sunday at 5pm. Pepsi products are your only option for soda. Severely disappointed in the route that Chuck E Cheese took in this remodel. I would recommend not wasting your time or money with this place any longer. You are better off going to the Roller Plex just down the road.

Gave it a three star bc of how expensive it was $57 and thats only two children 1 adult. Pizza was just ok, way too pricey. The staff on the other hand were superb. Very helpful and pleasant. Kids had lots of fun but just too expensive to be able to go very often.

Clean environment. Tickets are always given. Quick in the kitchen 3 pizzas plus. Roughly twenty dollars to play for an HOUR!

My little step sisters had alot of fun for their birthday but the prices are really harsh and you barely get any tickets from the games. The food is way better than it used to be. The guy thats in the Chuck E costume smelled terrible.

Nearly unaffordable. Do not like the timed concept. Have to choose between having fun or eating during a party. Way too expensive, even for the average family of 4. I could not imagine having 5 kids. Used to enjoy dropping in with a few bucks and playing games without a hassle. With the timer, you have to play as much as you can before it goes out, which is less relaxing and enjoyable. 30 minutes is overpriced. Try staying 2 hours.

This Chuck E Cheese is one of the best! Always clean, all the games always work and the staff is very friendly. We go here all the time. Definitely a step above most Chuck E Cheese places you may have been.

They installed new games last year which keeps it fresh for my boys. The place is clean considering the amount of kids present. It can get very busy on Friday and Saturday, weekday nights seem to be the best time to come.

Food was good and majority of the staff was very nice and helpful. Except Tlthe lady running the cash register tonight, she was not very friendly or helpful. She also seemed annoyed with my questions. Food was a bit over priced, would NOT recommend the pretzel bites. Overall was a good experience, not dying to go back.

I love the new Play Passes - you pay for time, not tokens. This particular location was actually very clean as well & we visit Chuck E. Cheese locations everywhere.

Most employees are super nice and helpful. They always recommend the rewards app and help you find coupons in the website. Environment as clean as possible with the number of kids they host. The tunnel is not the cleanest, though. Thats its own nasty habitat. The food is surprisingly delicious, especially the stuffed crust pizzas.

Crowded!!!! Bad place to go if you have anxiety!! But the kids loved it! They need to bring the ball pit back. And they now serve beer and wine again! Big plus for annoyed adults that arent afraid to be judged for drinking at a kids place.

It is very clean. Booked a birthday party there, and the staff was great. The only complaint I had was not having the game cards ready when we arrived. Since they call before the party to confirm the details, this would have been a nice touch so the kids wouldnt have to wait around. Otherwise, everything was fine. Typical Chuck E Cheese.

Very successful stop. Won over 2,000 tkts snd the atmosphere and food were wonderful.

There were a couple things about it we didnt like. the 1st thing is we had 2 of my grandbabies birthday parties...my son, Jerrod Johnson, paid $400 for the parties. however there was 3 of us that wanted salads. we already had our plates served and an employee told us that salad was a additional fee. They should have allowed us to have the salad since we had already served our plates but instead they had us put the plates in the trash. I feel that was pretty sorry on their part especially after my son paid $400. The 2nd thing was it so dang hot in there the sweat was pouring off all of us.

I love the safety and that the children can run around and you dont have to worry about somebody taking them with the stamps they put on the children other than that its really expensive, but what the smile that it puts on your childrens face.

Kids had a blast but some games were not fairly accurate. They didnt know it but I do not like kids being exploited this way. Theyre just reflect modern commerce standards.

My oldest son had fun here. The place wasnt very big, but it held his attention. I didnt realize it was so expensive these days. It cost us forty dollars for a medium pizza with 4 drinks and we got 80 tokens along with that deal. Some of the games cost 2 tokens there, so we were out of tokens fairly quickly. We ended up buying more, which is probably exactly why they have deals like that. Lastly, this place could be much cleaner. There were only 5 different employees that I saw and none of them were cleaning. The bathrooms were pretty atrocious to be honest.

We only take the kids here to have some play time. I cant stand the pizza - it has a frozen food taste to me. Actually I dont think its frozen but has that artificial taste I just dont like. Im really picky about pizza. Once you have grown up eating REAL pizza and knowing what its really supposed to be like then is hard to like anything else. It is about the same quality as cicis or one of the other chain style wana-be pizza places.So we will purchase the token/cards and let the kids play games and just have fun. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. lots of games the kids can play and be safe.

Its Chuck E. Cheese. Looks like theyve recently overhauled the games. Now you use a cars instead of tokens. Makes it super easy to spend a hundred dollars for ten dollars worth of crappy toys. My kids love it.
