We had good time. Public entered in mask but were good at social distancing. Upon arrival manager was putting teens out not sure why but the action of the teen girls were disrespectful and words were inappropriate to come from their mouth or in front of the children and elders entering. The manager apologized but the teens needed to. The party was excellent although $$$

We called ahead to make sure they were open and to see what was available. When we arrived, due to Covid they no longer sold wrist bands. Which I guess is understandable, But they also changed height requirements to the rides. Our daughter who was able to get on a year ago, no longer met the requirements this time. It would have been nice to have been given this information when we spoke to the employee before driving an hour into town.

We visited the skating rink on Friday when they opened and as soon as I walked in I could smell how clean it was, I was amazed. The staff was friendly and helpful (mostly young kids so I was surprised). We stayed for about an hour till we got too tired to skate anymore and the entire time I saw the staff wiping everything down and keeping it as clean as possible! We will definitely be back!

Its good. The inside with the arcade is nice, the boats are fun but the reason we go is because my son loves the mini golf course. I only wish they would maintain it a bit better. Dont look at the water weaving under bridges throughout the course... Itll make you queazy!

My friends and I had a great time there today, we rode the go karts and they were awesome and super fast! Everyone was super friendly and it wasn’t super busy so we didn’t have to wait long to get our tickets!

We had our son’s birthday there and they were incredible! Alexis and the manager had impeccable customer service and went out of their way to make my son’s birthday super special. They were even flexible when I needed to add to a couple extra guests to the party list. Thank you for being so amazing! Y’all made the day enjoyable and much less stressful on the planning side.

My daughter planned a birthday party for my granddaughter recently for a birthday party with skating. Normally there was several packages to choose from but the owners had changed the party packages. Now you don’t have a choice. There is now only one package. Take it or leave it. The kids have always had fun at the Plex, so my daughter went ahead and reserved a party and paid a deposit of $118 for 12 kids. This party was supposed to have included: skating, 3 one topping pizzas, 3 pitchers of drinks and party favors for each child. Also we were supposed to have had an employee taking care of all aspects of the party. Well it didn’t happen the way it was supposed to. The pizza and drinks were brought out after several minutes and placed on the table then the employee moved on to take care of another party. During this time three additional kids showed up and was added to the ticket at a charge of $$16.99 for each additional kid, which was ok except the fact that no addition pizza or drinks were provided for those kids. We could have paid for them separately just to skate for $10 each. Plus, not all the kids skated but was charged anyway. My daughters had to take care of getting extra plates for the 3 extra kids. We were given plain plates and cups instead of the party plates and cups that went with the party We also had to go get the cake plates and forks. We also had to cut and served the cake. The kids didn’t receive the party favors which was supposed to be included. The favors weren’t offered until 90% of the kids left during the time. We spoke to the so called manager about our displeasure of the party. He stated there wasn’t anything he could do about it. He said only the owner could credit any part of the party and the owner is only there Monday through Friday. I thought taking care of issues were the managers responsibility. Also there wasn’t a happy birthday song for my granddaughter on the rink. Plus we were charged a 20% mandatory gratuity for the employee who didn’t take care of the party. So needless to say the bill was $319 for the family to get supplies and serve the cake and wasn’t able to enjoy the party for having to perform the duties that were paid for. So think twice before reserving a party for your loved one. You may have to take care of everything and be overcharged for the services you don’t receive!! Displeased customer.

Went Here For The First Time A Month Ago, Awesome Place! The Miniature Golf was One Of The Best Attractions There!

Went skating, the skate floor is nice, food was actual good and hot, staff was friendly and very hopeful. The skate rentals could use some replacing and the games could be updated on the skate side, but overall, extremely enjoyable.

I understand that this is no longer the plex. I also understand family fun zone is the new name with new management. What I fail to understand is why half of the games are out of order here. I brought my 9 year old to celebrate her birthday by playing games and winning tickets to get some cool prizes but she’s been on one game this entire time because all the others don’t work or they are a rip off. She’s gotten a total of 600 and the best she has to choose from is a ring pop for 250 tickets. Guess she’ll blow the rest on smarties and blow pops since the larger items you’d have to literally buy off the shelf. Plus no walk in parties. Reservation only. Well it’s 7 on a Friday night and nobody is here. Says A LOT about this place. Hopefully something new is built. Get on your “A” game Wichita cause this is a waste of space.

Im starting not to like this place half the machines the kids play on for the tickets still dont work correctly and its been a couple of years. Ugh The price for a pizza and a drink is about two separate orders of chic-fil-A meals, when it come to a birthday party you cant even bring any outside food in you have to buy their food thats including the birthday cake The only reason I gave this place three stars because its the only really fun place I know of in town.

The family Fun Zone was a great place to visit. I came here with a group of airman and we had a blast. It was well kept and had many options for all ages to experience. We went to the skating ring here and also played a few arcade games and enjoyed some pizza. Food was good. They offer laser tag, skating ring, arcade games, and go kart track. Im sure many other things aswell that havent been able to experience yet. I would definitely return here to have a day or night of fun.

This place would probably be great to spend a few hours with kids, but its not a very great arcade otherwise. The games are old and worn out. There was at least 3 or 4 that just didnt work at all. The ones that did work just didnt offer many choices in the different games. I really wish theyd invest in newer and more updated equipment. Held my attention for almost 30 minutes.

My kids and I loved this place! There is so much to do, we stayed all day. Food & drinks were reasonably priced & refills are free. If the opportunity presents itself, we will be back.

This place was a dump, half the arcade games didnt work, the prizes were crazy over priced (250 tickets for a ring pop candy) and yet to play the ticket games are 2 tokens per play . 10$ for 40 tokens but each play is 2 tokens so youre basically paying $10 for 20 . Read the fine print. Its a hustle rite under your nose .

The one game far to the right of the ticket/toycandy booth, me and my friend played it most time. And we had gotten around 10 jackpots, each time it only gave 4 tickets, when we showed the worker, she only told us each time that if it happens again all they could do is give you your coins back.

The Putt-Putt course is in the process of being remodeled. Some of the holes do not have turf and the waterfall isnt running. Once this place has been upgraded the course will be great again.

This was fun I had fun and the overall atmosphere is fun. Ten times better than Chuck E. Cheese 10/10 would do it again. Jacob Nordeen is a god worker and probably deserves a raise. The water boats were good and the pizza was fun. The roller skating was good

Roller Skating Review Only: Very nice rink, staff friendly. Only complaint is the music. Unfortunately, the teenagers control the music-which is dreadful. Since the adults are the ones bringing the kids, play 70s, 80s, and 90s mega hits. Then we will come back. Also, they need an 18+ only skate night. Hopping music to get it going. Check out the Texas adult skate style (i.e., slow walk), JB Chicago style, etc. and get local adults to skate.

Went to check out the variety of activities. First in the door looked like a Chuck e cheese without the mouse. Very nice. Miniature golf course scenery at the ends of the putting greens was the best Ive ever seen, except that the water was off and stagnant. Course would have been worth the trip itself if it had been flowing. They have skating inside for 10 a kid and it was like a separate rink would have been with food and video games. (Latter needed serious upkeep). With bumper boats, laser tag, race cars, and batting cages there was something for everyone. Be prepared to drop some dough. Cars require covered toe shoes to drive. No exceptions.

For the price you should expect that when you play a game of putt putt that the greens are free and clear of debris. However it looked like the course had not been maintained in quite some time. I have a large family and each individual activity here cost 5-6 dollars per person. If you have one child this might be a good place to go. With a large family get ready to spend your weeks pay check if you really want t to go all out and enjoy the activities.

Purchased $100 in tokens. Air hockey was about the only game that worked properly. We asked for refund. Mgr on duty said she couldnt refund; but offered to let us do the putt putt instead and told us to keep tokens. We ended up passing our tokens out to other parents w/ kids.

Very clean place and nice workers! The mini golf course did have some lack of attention though lots of spiders with big spider webs and a lot of tree debris on the course that directed the ball other ways !

Man this place has gone down the toilet lol.Batting cages are obviously not kept in any sort of upkeep. Paid five dollars for what used to be five tokens of 15 balls. Now they have to start it at the register for you. Which is no big deal. But the machine only spits out maybe one ball out of every ten throws. Bringing this issue to the counter only results in them smirking like dumb kids as if youre a complete jerk for bringing this issue up to them. No customer service whatsoever. If you accept my money for this service then you should be able to provide this service. Not act like a child whenever someone wants you to do the job you get paid for.

I love the skating and go carts because I had a really fun time my favorite go cart was number 7.

We had our 9 year old’s birthday party at the Skate Zone. Our host Tyler was very attentive, helping serve the kids food/drinks and even cleaning up! Music, staff, skating - everything was great! Easiest party I’ve done in a while bc everything (except bringing the cake) was done for us. Would definitely recommend for a kid birthday party!

Ive never written a review but Id like people to know about what I witnessed today. I went to the family fun zone today to enjoy a little family time with my children and Im so glad I did. It was super sunny and hot outside the majority of the day and all a sudden it started pouring down rain. my kids and I were standing inside near the counter when everyone was running inside as it started pouring rain and slightly hailing. I was looking out the window to watch the rain and I saw a little boy probably no older than 3 years old by himself on the golf course in the middle of the pouring rain struggling to walk and didnt seem to know where to go. The manager must have seen him at the same time I did because she ran outside (in a tank top and in the rain!) and grabbed the little boy and ran him inside to get him out of the rain and brought him inside. Her and the little boy were both soaked and her hair was dripping wet and her makeup was running but she proceeded to dry the little boy off and talk to him and calm him down before even attempting to dry herself off. I am disgusted with the boys parents!!! What parent doesnt notice their son out there alone in the rain?! but I am extremely impressed with how quickly and selflessly the manager reacted. God is real and he is good. By far the best customer service I have ever Witnessed she was so sweet I wish I had gotten her name. Ill definitely be coming back to this place again!! Id rate my experience 10 stars if I could!!!

We took our church youth group here and had a blast! Great facilities, friendly staff, and all the students enjoyed everything - go karts, Putt-Putt, Lazer tag, roller rink, and arcade. We will be coming back!

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because my kids lost their tokens in a few games that werent working & had no out of order Signs posted on them. The young lady working was very nice & refunded my kids tokens right away. We have a great time here everytime!! My kids had lots of fun on the bumper boats today!!

Absolutely love this place, we had our daughters birthday here and it was so great! Our host Joseph was wonderful and helped with our every need. The calzone was very good and the kids enjoyed the pizza. We will definitely be back for our sons birthday in a few months!

Came here with my son and his friends last week, it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in the blonde girl up front greeted us with a welcoming smile. I ordered pizza for the boys and a sandwich for me, the boys loved the pizza and the sandwich was very delicious! After we ate the boys went to ride go-karts and play laser tag, they loved it! The worker in the back was very helpful with all the packages. We will definitely be back!

Our family went to The Family Fun Zone for the first time last night. The staff was so friendly, the facility had reasonable prices & so much to offer. We will definitely be going back soon!

Stupid thing came here for a birthday party and do games.I didn’t come here to have no games and horrible service. They opened everything after the party was over this is the most worthless place ever and no one should ever go here again. The people who work there are very rude and mean and care about absolutely no one and don’t want anyone to have any fun at all. The game machines didn’t work they wouldn’t take the coins or give us the tickets. The coins got stuck the tickets wouldn’t come out.

Everything about this place was fun! Took me back to my childhood days of loving putt-putt golf. Was exciting to see the kids having fun! We only had one game take our coins but they were super nice and replaced it. The pizza was delicious! Fun place for day out.

A total rip off we paid for unlimited go carts and laser tag but laser tag didnt work and they refused to let us ride go carts because they said it would rain when there was only a 20% chance of rain! Then after the unlimited expired they opened everything back up and refused to let us play for free and also refused to give a full refund. And the pizza is too over priced! Please dont go there!

The family fun zone is the best place to go in wichita falls to have fun! food is awesome and everything they have is so fun at an affordable price! definitely recommend you go there if you live in wichita falls!

BEST family entertainment in town by far! the go karts and laser tag are some of the coolest things to do the batting cages are super fun with a lot of variations of speed for everyone and when all the place is ungraded i can’t wait to see the finished product!! highly recommend for family and a great place to have a birthday party for the little ones!!

My lazer tag gun didnt work but I think that it is getting fixed. At the race race carts you cant bump people so thats boring but the batting cages and the arcade are really nice

The staff is super friendly, but not really fair. We waited in line for close to 30 minutes, because they let people repeat their turn about 4 or 5 times. The tables are nasty. And the overall atmosphere of this place is basically a run down Chuck E. Cheese. Go Karts and the Mini Golf course was fun. Other than that, the basic people who come here are rude as hell and always cut in front. Not coming back unfortunately.

We loved a race car here. It’s kind of pricy but popular for the customer.The only one thing. A few years ago, we read the local news article saying that they kicked out a child out of the facility while they were under tornado warning. They told a child “we have to close this facility, so you have to leave”. The poor child frantically ran to the McDonald’s and they sheltered him.Since that article, I don’t feel like using this facility. Because we see what kind of owner and staff they are.

Poorly lit and maintained putt putt course. Lights turned off on us while walking thru the building with wet floors. Outside lights also turned off before we could walk down stairs resulting in a fall.Had fun regardless of conditions because it was a family event.

Horrible expierance. staff are a bunch of children that only cater to the antix of their friends. people running around behind the counters that didnt work there, music went between Disney show tunes to the wonderful sounds to sleep to. if the lady that appeared to br the manager actuall was the manager i can see why her staff acted the way they did. been skating at the plex since it opened but 8t was never like this. if these issues arent fixed my family wont be back.

While the games were fun and all, the service was awful, every other thing we tried to use was broken or out of order. To make things worse, the service was awful.We had booked a party and when we got there, eveything was out of order. The gokart tracks were too wet for us to use and the laser tag was down due to a power surge. They only opened the track minutes before our party was over. They refused to give us a refund and wouldnt let us do laser tag once it was functional because our party was over.

Poor establishment- They only had 2 bumper boats working, the course was very messy when it could easily be cleaned by the five workers just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Every time we go out to the course our golf balls get stuck in the holes and we have to walk in to request more. The workers never bother telling you when the course closes and they turn off the lights while youre still playing. Also our pizzas took 45 minutes to be made and the workers were very unfriendly at the front. I do not recommend this place!!!

The Plex was such an awesome experience for our family. There is not a lot to do in Wichita Falls. At the Plex, there are so many choices both indoor and outdoors. It is like a mini amusement park!! The laser tag is fun for the whole family. Little ones enjoy the games and the roller rink will definitely bring you back. This is a fun place with great food and thrills for all ages. We cant wait to go back again!

Took my 2 grandkids to Family Fun Zone for a day of fun. There was a lot of things to do. We played mini-golf and went on the go-carts. They played a game of laser tag and played the arcade games and got some prizes. They had a blast and want to go rolling skating next time we come.we had a pleasant time.

Very Fun! The place is well kept and i really enjoyed it. I ordered the calzone and it was delightful! The putt putt course was amazing and the water boats were so much fun! My favorite part is that the workers are very nice, the small blond boy was so helpful and the two ladies at the front desk were so nice! I recommend Family Funzone to anyone in the Wichita Falls area and rate it a 10/10 for experience. The only complaint I would have is that although the blonde boy was very nice it seemed as if he had a dip in his lip! I would look into that but #FamilyFunzoneIsFun

Go carting is a lot of fun. #16 and 26 are the two best carts. Laser tag and mini golf are some of the best I have seen.

Wife and I went at night. Worst mini golf course Ive ever been to. Some Greens were of different colors, carpet at holes damaged to the point where u could not get ball in hole. Loose brick edging at many holes, making them safety hazards. Broken surface lights along the course. Poor lighting. Some holes were not identified. Wife and I will not return unless remodeled.In general poorly maintained. Mosquitos were out of control due to water not being properly treated. I would give this course a zero star if I could.

This place is a wonderful place to take your family! The staff there was very helpful and courteous. We had so much fun playing laser tag as a family. Love the pizza! This is a family friendly place that we will go back to again and again!

Loved it so much. Met the manager at a class (game design) field trip, and he was so nice. He also shared so much amazing info. Place was kept well clean.

Karts are pretty bad. Too slow for an adult to enjoy anything other than bumper karts, so you end up with people just smashing one another, which makes it pretty unfriendly for kids.Arcade games have a decently high percent of machines that are broken or eat coins.Pretty decent little putt putt course.Overall, 3 stars. Probably worth taking your kids to, just be wary of the machines.

The roller ring is well kept. The skate rentals are in great shape. The workers are very helpful. On the game side, is another story. A bunch of games dont work. They were short handed so we didnt way to redeem our tickets.

I have been taking my kids here for years. Our church has had events as well. EVERY experience has met or exceeded expectations. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and good food. There isnt a better value for entertainment in Wichita Falls. I highly recommend The Plex!

Took the wifey couple weeks ago we had fun with the goal karts even tho couple machines wasnt working right but we enjoyed ourselves thats what counts..will be back again to act like a kid n have fun with the wife.
