My little boys had a great time here! We even fit in some ninja training on the Warrior Course!

Have been here a couple times and its awesome each time. My daughter loves going and absolutely hates leaving even after hours of jumping around. A great place to have bday parties, staff has always been helpful and pleasant to interact with.

First let me say this is a fun place for kids of all ages. Lots to do and tins of fun to be had. Be aware, be careful as bouncing on a trampoline can come with danger, its important to watch and not exceed your limits.Finally, it would be great if those running this Urban Air ensured that a clean up is done either after it closes or before it opens. We arrive at the opening and we always find empty drink cups, lids, half empty bottles of drink, wrappers for food in the maze area. Kind of unacceptable considering the age of children playing in this area and the price to do so.

I went with my daughters the other day and once again today. it is crazy on how clean and neat everything is. One of the head male workers today his name was black was very sweet and helped me and my daughters pick what kind of snack they wanted. i had questions and had asked about the party packages and the workers know what they are talking about. I can see great business here at urban air.

Not very organized for my granddaughters birthday but they tried to make it right. Should have more dependable help!

Clean equipment. Impressive, Professional staff that pays constant attention to all of the areas and children. My granddaughter and I had a great time! Will certainly be back!

Great place to take the kids and have a wonderful time just letting them jump around. Food is a little bit expensive. The staff members were friendly and constantly cleaning, which is nice during all of the pandemic going on right now.Children and adults over ten need to wear a mask to be there, it is posted on the door.

The place is constantly dirty, the tubes are filthy. Some employees are nice, but most of them barley even smile. My toddler tries to say hi but they completely ignore him. I can not wait for my membership to end, I would not recommend this location to anyone

Love Urban Air Wichita Falls! I drove by a few weeks ago and looked like they were busy bees sprucing up the place! Can’t wait to get back in!

My wife, two young sons and myself just left this place. It was a good time. We got two hours for all four of us for 24 dollars. It was definitely worth the price. My kids were worn out after we left and when we got home they immediately went to bed. While we were there we also got a large pepperoni pizza, two cokes and a water for 16 dollars. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. There was one guy at the food counter who was pretty unprofessional, but outside of that the staff was great. I highly recommend this place.

I love the fact that you can entertain your children with this place but I do wish they had more options with games and activities they have to choose from there.

Have a ton of fun jumping, playing dodgeball, doing epic slam dunks on the basketball goal, right after being an American Ninja warrior without even realizing the hardcore workout youre getting in. But then you realize that youve been jumping past your jump time, therefore you basically get to commit theft in the mix

Tubes area needs maintenance, and the flipping section was closed. My little ones still had fun, but the owner needs to put some into this place if its going to stay around. Even the sound system is showing signs of wear and tear.

Have been to quite a few Urban Air locations & by far the Wichita Falls location is the WORST one. All the employees are youngsters. Not a single employee-incl manager-enforces the posted safety rules, employees watch bullying happening and do nothing say nothing just keep walking back n forth. Very few attractions-esp since pillow one has been taped off for over 3 months, only one basket ball available for goals, and very few dodgeballs-not even enough for both courts. If you have a little one in the tubes- do not leave thier site! The teenagers are allowed in it and will plow down your little with no care! And dont bother telling a manager the problem-he will just go to the back and not re-appear! Gave two stars cuz my son does ultimately love jumping on trampolines.

Great place for 3 years old and up. 10-15 years old own the whole floor and run and jumb wherever they want. I had to carry my 2 years old all the time so he doesnt get run over by others. This place can use a toddler with balls pit or cube shaped sponge blocks .

The Boys love this place but don’t go hungry because if they have to cook it you can’t have it. They have to many pizzas for party’s to make. And no time or room for any other orders and you can not bring out side food in. So candy or ice cream will have to tide you over till you can go somewhere else to eat !

August 12: Hours said they open at 10 today, I was there at 10:45. All the lights were off, doors locked and no sign saying that they were closed for the day. Tried calling, no special message saying that they would be closed.August 14: Came back during their school hours where they open at 4 pm. We came in at 4:10 and looking through the childrens play area it was not cleaned from the night before. Had to pay the rate for a 5+ child for my 3 year old because the cashier assumed my small toddler was too old, but we didnt know until we already paid and got the receipt.

I took my 12 year old son there and he had a great time. I am sure we will be going back for another visit. They also give discounts to the military which is great.

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star when they began requiring socks to participate. Socks and shoes are scientifically proven to be harmful to your feet. ESPECIALLY children. I will never come here again because of this. (edit: this was many months ago)

Urban air was a nice place and the kids (3 and 5 yo) had a fun time. The jungle gym was in need of repair with some of the sections closed or not working.

This place is a bit pricey for me but the kids loved it! Best of all they left here tired, having exercised for hours and didnt even realize it! Im one happy mom! They do offer birthday parties, however we didnt pay for that. We only added this visit on to the tail end of a fun filled birthday where we partied at home and then came here. There is also a snack bar with similar food items like a skating rink or arcade. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back on special occasions!

Good price and a blast for the kids. Not too fond of the super young employees that let their buddies do whatever they want instead of following the rules though. My kids were older so they were fine, but felt bad for the younger kids trying to have a good time.

Horrible place to have a kids birthday party. After 10 kids you have to pay almost $18 for each extra kid. They took forever getting the pizzas ready. Plus it took forever getting food that individuals ordered on their own. Save your money on a party bundle and just pay individually its cheaper.

Attended a birthday party here and as a parent I have to say this has been the best place yet to have kids parties. The staff is friendly and attentive, pizza was made when we wanted it (not sitting getting cold), the party host cut the cake and attended to the guests every need. I will be booking my own kids party here in a few months.

Staff not very friendly, the food is overpriced $1.50 for tap water. If youre not part of a party youll be removed from seating. For the money the Texoma Fun House off of Missile is not only cheaper but beats this place hands down. Save your money and go there instead for a cheaper and friendlier experience.

There are chairs that beep loudly when people sit in them without paying. There was someone in the chair the entire time.

Really enjoy facility and employees. Very satisfied. I do have concerns over future attendance tho. We are members but because of age restrictions half of the facility is cut off for 2 of my 3 kiss, 10 and 13 year old. Would appreciate it if ownership would consider changing these restrictions. Ty

Great place to go play when its too cold or too hot to play outside at the park. My little people enjoy climbing around in the tubes, going down the slides, and playing with the ball shooters. If you plan on going often I suggest investing in an annual pass.

Kids had fun but the customer service is terrible. The staff is not friendly at all. We waited 30 minutes to get in the door. Then there was another 30 minute wait for 4 mozzarella sticks and fries. We were told we could not use our own socks and had to purchase their socks or go barefoot but there were a number of people who had their own socks. Total chaos from the beginning but the kids really wanted to stay so we did but we will not be returning - this is our first and last trip.

We had a wonderful experience taking St Theresa of Olney’s youth group here for an end of the year party. Megha Patel was so friendly and helpful. She was able to check us all in and with socks very quickly. We look forward to having more parties here.

My kids had a blast! The didnt want to leave. They really enjoyed the new play ground area. I would recommend it for all kids 3 years old and older for physical activity. It will wear them out.

We had our daughters 4th birthday at Urban Air today. I picked the location because the age group spanned from almost newborn to nearly 50 and I was hoping there was something for everyone. The party was a blast. The little kids had so much fun. The young adults loved dodge ball and absolutely no one left disappointed. Our hostess Lauren was right on top of everything and a great help with serving the pizza and cake and even helped load up presents. If youre thinking about going here, just do it!

The best place ever

Our group had a great time and thats the main thing, but a little heads up. If you book a group, get the details VERY ironed out before you go. My wife booked a group of kids and took them and paid, had receipt. Im assuming the manager called her cell phone at 9:30 at night to tell us she had not paid. Insinuated that she made up how the booking happened, and refused to acknowledge his staffs actions that we have in black and white in an email from Urban Air. Ultimately he apologized and all is well, just get clear confirmation when booking a group. Rant over- we will take kids again because they loved it and 99% of the staff was great!

This is my first experience at a trampoline park... 2 things that I believe have effected our experience. The bright light shines in your face when trying to sit on the lower floor sitting area to watch my granddaughter at the tubes. Adults or anyone over the age of 9 arent allowed to go into the tubes anymore because of wear and tear. Thats part of running a business of this nature. Wear and tear. More importantly safety in the tubes. If you cant go inside to supervise what good is it going to do when they get hung up in the straps part of the jungle gym. There is not any staff at the tube area. For my 3 year old granddaughter, this is a little dangerous to play on without someone older within reach to get her out if she gets stuck especially if shes hung upside down or the strap is around her neck.

Probably one of the best places to take the kiddos in town! Cant wait to make another visit!

We had purchased a family membership and have paid monthly for near a year. My son is the only one who uses the member ship. Since football season has ended he has been going almost everyday to stay in shape. This evening he calls me and tells me to come get him that they had advised him that he cannot jump unless he purchases their socks, in which this had never been a issue before. Upon arrival to pick him up, I spoke with the manager on duty which was very unprofessional & rude. She advised me he could jump barefooted or purchase their socks they offer. That it is not their duty to notify all members of the new policy! This does not seem sanitary to me. I believe if you purchase a membership the socks should be supplied if mandatory.

Urban Air is awesome. The dodgeball and the courses are super fun. Unlike other parks, Urban Air lets you wear your socks while you participate! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly! What a great indoor activity for families to participate in!

Not as good as other trampoline parks Ive been to. It lacks larger trampolines and they havent managed their space very well. Minus 2 stars.New Update: Seems to be geared toward smaller children (7 and younger) now. The party zone and the tubes take up half the establishment. Minus 1 star.Old Update: Tried to take my kid on a Saturday night and was told it was Teen night so he couldnt jump. Such BS especially seeing other kids there that were smaller than him. Minus 1 star.

Brought my kids here to attend a birthday party and I cannot wait to book my own with them! The staff was so attentive and everyone was willing to help out.

Great place for the kids!

This place is great for small kids and thats about it. Might as well be a bunch of bounce houses. Ive been to other tramp parks and they have stuff for older kids and adults as well. Hopefully theyll expand. I was waiting for one of the only things I could actually do up there, the Air Bag and had to sit there and watch the same two kids keep jumping into it over and over because the employee running it didnt want to say anything to them even though there were 6 of us waiting in line. I had to finally say something to him. Which helped...once.

This was a great lovely place to go and I had a blasts except for one of the workers . Merissa . She was very rude and blunt and ruined our fun multiple times. Would not even let us sit down to take a break from jumping. This a great place but this lady is a reason I would not come.

Fantastic fun for the whole family

The owner is the most obnoxious man Ive come across and his overweight wife was just as rude. We came to let our children play & they refused to honor our coupon on the basis that they were no longer running that special. The bigger than life wife was staring down my husband & was clearly envious. This place is a shame & sham. She muttered that if we didnt like it, we didnt have to come & were now doing just that. Our family will not support a place where the owners disrespect their community.

I only had to pay for my toddler and I could jump with her, great value for toddler Time, plus I didnt feel like I had to hover because there werent any big kids during this time period.

Staff is rude kids that cant even look after their self much less watch kids of all ages. Changes the rules all the time,they now want you to purchase their socks or you have to jump with no socks. I feel that is very dirty and can get a fungus on your feet. We will be cancelling our membership asap

This place doesnt even have a local phone number published. The toll free number says its not available to be called in my area. I was gonna take my grandkids but Ive changed my mind without even talking to anyone. The bad reviews and lack of local phone number are enough to be a deal breaker. If you cant even provide a working phone number why would I expect anything above that from you? Like a good time?

Bought a Groupon for my sons birthday party and had to pay and extra $75 even though we bought the any day deal.They lie about availability so youre forced to pay extra. Its obviously not in the Groupon fine print, if not we would of skipped out & spent that kind of money at Chuck E. Cheese.Just come & jump.Dont have a party. A party pack costing $139 on Groupon totaled $214 which is $11 off the regular non Groupon price. Plus $12 each pizza.

Perfection is the most important thing at this park.

Kids had fun

Tons of fun for the family! We were tuckered out after 2 hours; kids slept like rocks that night. Great break from the monotony of kids attractions previously available in WF, and a great work out!My only wish is that it was one price for all the attractions (jump, tunnels, and warrior course) instead of al la carte.
