PETS AND ROOMMATES ALLOWED but no kids. Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, no hoarders allowed. Spaces dont come often but if one does, grab it. There is also a 3 story House that are, each level, except the basement are rentable but not find of Extreme Acts Of God. Landlords babe is Lanny. Be sure to use me, j, as a reference.

Been staying here part-time for the past 6 months for my work. The place is kept up and maintained well by the landlord. The residents are very nice and friendly. Many restaurants, stores, bus-stop, etc are nearby so it is a convenient location. The only drawback is it can be noisy at times because of the traffic. Do not understand why the low ratings, especially the most recent one. I recommend this place.

I left a review on Yelp too. My husband stayed here in this park about 3-4 years ago, 2014-2015 when he was working in the area. He must have been there for 8 months. The older gentleman that owns that has had it for over 50 years. Nice Man. And hes maintained it and kept it up as well from what we remember. Many of the residents there have been their long-term and very nice folks. Just like another reviewer said because youre right on the blvd it can get kind of noisy, but nothing that white noise cant fix. You must have a smaller trailer(under 25ft) if youre going to stay here and its a mth to mth basis, if theres any availability as theres only maybe 9 trailer spots if that. Theres also a duplex as well. Its very convenient to all kinds of shopping with a mall around the corner and Sprouts across the street.

If you are eastbound on Whittier and drive right for the billboard, youll find it.
