This little trailer park is cool, a real lazy dude I know stays here, hes the laziest of laziest

The on-site managers very helpful and informative. And they keep the place very very clean especially theyre always working on the gardens in the plant life there the transformation Ive seen over the last couple years has been tremendous hard-working managers only if more people were like the gentleman I spoke with. A really nice guy both him and his wife. I only wish that the place was bigger so they would have more available spaces for rent.

Everything about this place is great especially at 11 a.m. when they open up, food is fresh atmosphere is good waitress are friendly

Wow is all that I can say about this place. The manager here is less than desirable and treats the tenants like ... if you ever meet him you will know what I mean and the property owners dont care about it either. They let him do whatever he wants regardless of if it is right or not !!

I only drove through. 55+ community, cramped spaces and driveways with limited access. Got a few ugly looks as we drove through.
