West Park

Very clean, safe, quiet and relaxed beach with clean bathrooms and plenty of space to park and walk around. There are very large older trees in the park across the street that you can sit and read a book. BEAUTIFUL park/beach.

Great park overlooking White Bear Lake! Nice place for a picnic or a family get together. Restrooms were locked though so a bit of an inconvenience there.

Quiet beach with shallow water, perfect for a beach day.

My son had a blast playing on this playground with its zipline and climbing structure.

The zip line was so fun! Great swings that parent and child can share. Nice options for climbing and sliding.

Sand surface, most kids love playing with Tahoe’s! Zip line is amazing! There are things for every age here. This park also has our favorite swings!

Lovely shaded park by White Bear Lake, with a large playground. Not sure how well it drains, as the snow was melting and there were many deep puddles. Wear boots if it has rained recently! Looks like theres a mini zip line that can be made operable when someone is there to monitor it.

Nice play area for younger kids. Lots of stuff to climb on and slide on. Will be back!

Nice park in White Bear lake. Has a nice play area for children that includes slides, climbing arrangements, swings and a zip line.

It was a really fun piece me and my daughter both enjoyed playing there she had so much fun that she wants to visit it again.

Kids really enjoy the zip line, and its in great proximity to the beach. Not a lot of parking for busy days.

Very nice area, the number of photo views on this location were very high.

Spacious. Lush. Shaded. Tall ceiling of oaks. Play area updated in the last year. Zip line. Great for infant through grade school. Separated from beach. Close to walking path around white bear lake. Toilets and water fountain. Losing one star because its very difficult to navigate to or in the play area in a wheelchair. Great place for family portraits.

Located close to downtown White Bear Lake, West Park is a nice, open park with plenty of tree cover, picnic tables and a pavilion for rent. It is located just across the street from Memorial Beach and is right on the exercise path that runs along Lake Avenue in White Bear Lake. It is also a short walk from the Ramsey County Beach on Hwy 96. Just this year (2016), they renovated the playground and it has a very nice, new playground for kids. One corner of the park also has a backstop for impromptu baseball or softball games. Parking is somewhat limited, but there is some parallel parking available on both 10th and 11th Streets.

Has a playground walking path and a beach down the hill.

Decent playground, be prepared for the sand which will get in your kids shoes. There is a zipline at this Park which is the best part about it.
