So happy to be in a theater again. Its one of my favorite hobbies and I dont want that to ever change. Very happy with the new covid policies as far as implementation. Definitely get there a bit earlier than usual but everyone I saw was wearing a mask throughout the movie, minus a few in the lobby who dont know you breath through your nose but thats not the theatres fault. Ill be back every week!

So happy the Movie Theaters have reopened. It may be a New Normal, but at least its open.

I was so happy to go back to an actual movie, but what a disappointment! We were in Theater 22 seats G1 and G2.Before we went, we preordered snacks. We arrived on time but our large popcorn tasted old and dry, even with 2 containers of butter on it. Instead of refilling it, we actually threw the remainders away!! We NEVER do that! They first tried to give us only 2 small napkins for a large tub of popcorn. We also had a large pop. The 1st machine just stopped 1/4 of the way filling. The 2nd machine worked, but when we drank it the pop was watered down to about half taste. Again we threw it away. (We are seniors and the concessions were as far from our theater as possible).Inside the theater was no better. When we got to our seats they were both broken! They both felt like we were on bucking broncos as they reclined. The gears were obviously broken. The backs did not recline at the same rate as the bottoms. When I went to take of my drink, the cup holder in G1 actually came out of the seat! I had to fight with that through the whole time we were there.During the previews I was excited to see the one for the upcoming Jackie Chan movie. The problem was, there was absolutely no sound during the preview! I thought at first it was a trick about something in the movie, but I was wrong. It was just a bad theater sound machine.The movie was the only saving grace, but even it seemed to have an abrupt ending. The filmmaker could have tied up a couple of loose ends.Overall it was the worst movie outing we have had in years. What a sad return amid COVID.

This AMC has always been my second home so you can only imagine how happy I was when the re-opened! I felt very safe and clean and the staff was on top of everything. Can’t wait to go back.

Went to a couple movies tonight & had a fantastic time in the comfort of reclining seats!!That is whats got me going back to the movies again too.Everywhere including the restrooms were nice & cleaned. The employees were friendly & helpful.Theres also alcohol served at a bar for adults. Our online food/snack order never processed through, but other than that it was a seamless time at the movies. I wish more big movies were coming out, as I still quite enjoy going to the theaters. Maybe 2021? Maybe?

Me and my 8 year old grandson where the only 2 people in our movie. It was great!!! I didnt miss the people at all we had a great time and the staff there is very kind and friendly.

Great theaters. Love Imax, Prime, Dolby. Super convenient. Felt safe with their Covid measures. Cant go wrong. Support our theaters!

The quality of the Dolby sound systems is nice, but they go insanely overboard with the volume to the point where it gave me a migraine. The movie was louder than any concert Ive been to my whole life. Also they have no understanding of what social distancing is because they did not close off seats to keep people separated

Ive always enjoyed coming here to see the latest movie. But because of the pandemic and the changes that had to be made, the whole getting your movie snacks experience just wasnt the same. Their menu is limited and no drink refills. I just hope things can go back to somewhat normal after the pandemic.

Saw Tenet. Great audio. They have gone overboard to make patrons feel safe and expect mask use, bandanas are unacceptable and will provide a mask if needed

I still love going. They clean very well and have sanitizing wipes. 5 buck movies specials.

I know that due to this pandemic things have changed but I have been a stubs member for a long time and came today to find out that you can not get any refills after paying over 50.00 dollars for drinks and popcorn to find out there are no refills that is terrible if you can not allow us refills then at least let us bring our own snacks and drinks. I mean you are cross contaminating by having people hand us our snacks and drinks anyway! So why not let us bring our own?

Our showing started late and post-special features got cut short as a result. I understand that since it was a special-event showing, things were slightly different but I was still let down...

It was nice to go back to the movies but it felt like they werent ready for people yet. Everyone who worked there seemed a little lost and it took a long time to get our popcorn and drinks. My wifes drink was flat and she had to go back and get a replacement. The soda machines were out of a lot of flavors which seems strange. I figured they would have replaced all the flavors after being closed for so long but apparently not. Once we sat down to our movie the people on our row complained that their seats wouldnt recline. After 6 months of being closed you would think that all of the maintenance would be taken care of. Halfway through the movie the overhead lights turned on and my wife had to get up and tell someone before the lights were turned off. Overall, I think they needed some extra time to train their staff and get the theater taken care of before opening to the public. Im not sure what they will do when things actually get busy.

...so good to be back at the movies! And yes, they are open. Movies and popcorn...

This is an amazing movie theater! My roommates and I signed up for the 3 movies per week unlimited plan ($22/month) with this theater about a year ago and its been great so far. There are a few different types of theaters, some have reclinable chairs and others have regular ones (both are comfortable), some are 3D screens and others have reverberating seats with AMC Prime. This theater is always clean, staff is friendly, they serve food and alcohol, as well as sell many other toys / items. All in all, one of my favorite theaters. Keep it up AMC!

Good movie but it was way to loud they didn’t fix the sound of the movie after we complained don’t go for your ears sake

Excellent job on the new remodel! We came to the AMC Westminster Promenade for years, overtime its years began to show and we ended up switching to another more modern theatre. We were in the neighborhood and went to AMC Westminster Promenade out of nostalgia, boy were we surprised. Top to bottom this place has gone through a great remodel. Streamlined concessions, comfy chairs, booming sound system... yep I’m a fan, and will definitely be coming back. (Not to be picky... you still need to fix your lights in the back of your building...)

Fantastic Theater. My mates and I all have the AMC A-List, and out of all the AMC theaters weve been to in the area, this is by far the best. The place is always well cleaned and comfortable. My only complaint is that the staff can be rude sometimes, now this is rarely the case (once in a blue moon) but it does hinder the experience for me sometime. Other than that, I say its a wonderful theater!

The theater was empty so we got to watch all by ourselves so that was awesome. It was really freezing cold in there so that wasnt as awesome.

This theater has been here for a while now but is still in pretty good shape. Pretty comfortable chairs. Staff is friendly, and my girls liked the movie.

Fun place for the afternoon! Tuesday is $6.00 so we often go here. If youre early enough, the parking is close. Stopping at Rock Bottom for a beer or a quick bite before the show makes for a good date.

Glad to see AMC offers sensory films. However for todays visit, either they forgot to play the movie in sensory mode or it was still too loud for my son with Autism. Regardless of that issue, the staff was wonderful about getting me a refund and the cleaning crew was so understanding when my son accidentally spilled his pop. We will try again in the future, AMC is an awesome theater with GREAT staff.

They do a great job with handling this craziness, but I still yearn for the day when they can get back up to speed

It was a new cool theater set up. The food line was a tad confusing at first but after we figured it out we grabbed our popcorn quickly and checked out. they have lots of grab and go snacks & different options from healthy to not and i even saw KETO CHIPS, Freestyle Coke machines and reclining chairs best date spot theater we have found.

I always watch movies here and i love it

Good food, clean... Theres not much else to say. There is also booze for those that want or need it. The staff are professional and Ive had no complaints.

Great movie theater.

Their Dolby theaters sounds are incredible. Easily the best sound system Ive heard in my life. The rumbling it causes for certain movies makes the extra cost totally worth it. Besides the weird way the concessions are set up, the chairs are comfy and this theatre is great.

Surrounded by many restaurants, and parking is an ease. This theater also has a nice bar and the auditoriums are kept pretty clean. My only negative are the kids with short attention spans employed as cashiers.

The theater has become really nice with nice seats, sights and sounds. Unfortunately AMC has raised their prices so much that its hard to want to go. For snacks and a movie with a family of 4 sometimes its $100+. Absolutely ridiculous prices to see a movie.Staff is generous and seem to keep the place very clean.

Recent changes have opened up more parking up front, added a permanent structure over the ticket line, and some interior upgrades. Always quick and easy to see a movie, theatres are nice and cleanish, recliners work. Only issue is the price for a movie!! For 2 adults it was $40! And with drink and popcorn, almost $60. We ate breakfast that day for $30, with our child. Just crazy anymore. Once in a while its nice, but I wont come here to see every movie. Pick and choose.

Wow I havent been to the movies in a while .. they are super impressive these days! Prime theater... Amazing! Reclining chairs that vibrate to the movie, super awesome experience. Do it!

Unbelievably bad experience here!2 drunk people next to us talked, laughed & told loud jokes to each other for the ENTIRE showing of Uncut Gems!! Because the action in the movie was so fast-paced and I was seated in the top row of their IMAX theater with a badly sprained ankle, I didnt want to spend 20 minutes hobbling out to find a manager and tell them what was going on. The people were impossible to ignore, though, and never stopped even though we asked them to please be quiet several times. They were just drunk... Maybe DONT serve alcohol here?!Immediately after the show, I tried to find a manager (or anyone) to tell them about the experience. I literally could not find a single employee in the entire building! People were leaving the various movies and there wasnt a single employee to be found. I knocked loudly on all of the doors marked private (twice, actually) and hobbled around, calling hello? into the concession area, bathrooms, etc.Nobody. Finally, we just left. My ankle hurt like heck. It was completely nuts. That experience, coupled with the *insane* parking situation (it is always full & you have to walk [or hobble] a LONG way to finally get into the theater) has ensured that well never come here again.

They have stopped doing refills and increased the cost of concessions.

Good experience overall. The Promenade lost some of its appeal a few years ago, but the recent updates have brought some of that back. The only negative really is how dirty the soda machines were. It would be nice to know that they are cleaned routinely, but that doesnt seem to be the case.

Always a great experience here. Never a line for the entry, or check-in. Clean restrooms. Amazing upgraded recliners. Watched the Midway movie in Prime viewing, definitely worth going to this AMC.

Nice movie theater. most of the rooms have reclining seats ( with the exception of imax movies) usually there are no lines to get in if you use the kiosk or buy tickets online and to get popcorn/snacks there can be a short wait.

Went to the movie with my daughter. The seats in the theater recline and are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The food was fresh.

Clearly AMCS Denver Metro crown jewel. The Dolby Screen is incredible, and the recently renovated (read: more comfortable) IMAX screen equipped theater is fantastic. I go out of my way to see a movie here a movie here every week.

Theater is nice, but not very clean. The theater seats were greasy and the bathroom was gross. If it was cleaner I would give more stars.

Went here for the first time a couple days ago and it was AMAZING!!!! the seats are super comfortable and vibrate with the movie. Love it!!

Visited here with my daughter and I can say that this theater is clean. Staffs were nice and had a pleasing personality. The movie was good and the sound systems were good.

Overall never a bad experience, staff and special events are great. The only thing I could ask for improvement on would be the cleanliness of equipment and work stations. See photo of soda machine, black buildup from constant moisture and most likely a lack of maintenance. Lines probably need a clean.

We loved the theatre, my kids and us enjoyed the movie. We look forward to seeing more movies next time we are up there

This is a nice AMC to go to. It has many great premium formats and friendly employees. While Ive had issues with some auditoriums before, the theater has improved since. I would recommend checking out the new IMAX with Laser as it is one of the best ways to experience IMAX

I have been here twice in the last couple of months. The first time we went to see the Lion King. A server went down and several theaters went blank. They gave us tickets to see something at a later date. We gave those away. This time we went a paid a little more for reclining seats. Half of us were in seats that were broken and did not recline. Ill probably go somewhere else to see a movie next time.

I really enjoyed the set up and flow of this AMC Theater! Every employee was friendly! And gentlemen at the guest services desk was extremely helpful!!

Lots is screens and they all have recliners. Well staffed and friendly. Easy to order online. The reason for the 3 stars is the filth. Its always unbelievably dirty. From the entrance, to the snack bar, to the theaters, filthy. Theres so much staff, hours is it this dirty?

It was very busy and staffing was low, the lines where out the doors to get in. And only one person checking tickets, staff seems very very stressed out but always smiling. Please take better care of your staff especially on opening weekends!!! There was nobody at customer service as I had questions about my membership before I entered my movie or after. We didnt even bother going to get snacks due to long lines of people.

This is an awesome theatre! Very clean and the seats are very comfortable. My wife and I love to go here since it has the recliner seats! The staff are nice I had made a mistake when purchasing tickets, forgetting to use a gift card, and the manager came to help and made it very simple to fix and also made me feel like I wasn’t be a pain. (I know it was a pain and it was my fault) but the manager was very patient and respectful. That goes a long way and now my wife and I specifically go to this location!! Definitely recommend here!

Always love it here

I go to this theater all the time with my husband. I never had any issues. Unfortunately when we went to go see It Chapter 2 towards the middle of the movie the sound cut off. Luckily within a few minutes the staff was able to fix the sound and we were able to continue to enjoy the movie.

Beautiful theater, comfy seats, those are the pluses. It was SO HOT in our theater, when a member of our party went and told the staff, they said that other people have already come out to tell them. They said there was nothing they could do, and for $15/ticket, you’d think you could watch a movie and be comfortable

Movie was great, but we went to this theater for the reclining seats and three out of the five seats we reserved were nonfunctional. They were not very comfortable. It has been my experience from past experience that AMC is slow to repair such problems. We were in theater 5 seats E 5-9, 7-9 were nonfunctional.

I remember going to this AMC for more than half of my life. This AMC has always been one of the busiest theaters I have been to. So many great movies, and this location keeps up with the changes. This AMC has a BAR, IMAX, 3D, and love the leather furniture they have in some of the theaters. The service has been good every time I have came, never had a bad experience at this location. I will come see a movie here anytime I get a chance.

Its usually really clean some nights a couple of the theaters get missed, but all in all a pretty good place

First to start off, movies are way too expensive . Over $40 for out of the blue tickets and concessions. While the facilities are wonderful and the full bar was an entertaining piece. ( yes for some reason a full bar ) the small theatres are a good touch so that it feels a bit more private and gives you plenty of room to yourself. The theatre is clean throughout and was a treat. Just not something I could do on a regular basis. They offer paid memberships but unless you live close Im unsure of the overall value of them.

The sears are pretty nice and recline, there is a lot of food options (chicken strips are cheaper than popcorn) and the bathrooms are roomy. Obviously nice screens, sometimes too loud (and I tend to like loud over soft). A List is worth it if you see 2 or 3 movies a month. You will end up saving money. And concessions line is shorter.

The teenagers that work there are pretty chill. Its super expensive for the tickets because the seats are fancy shmancy and recline. Better elbow room than a normal theater and.much more comfortable seats compared to the Elvis.

Come here often close to house. Area where get popcorn butter is always a hot mess. Tonight I realized I bought tickets for another AMC, the let me in to the movie and let me select seats for FREE! That is a truly positive customer experience. Thanks

Honestly the best theater I have ever been to. From someone who has seen about 1 movie a year, to seeing three in the last two weeks, half the reason is because this theater is so good. No waits for anything except for drinks from the bar, but even that was minimal. We had three different experiences, one 3D, one IMAX, and one prime which were all different experiences which made it so entertaining.

Do not get popcorn here it is not fresh by any means tastes like it was 2 days old

Excellent staff and accomodations, and all the newest theatre tech. Having four IMax size screens, I know I can always see the movies I want in the best possible way. AMC also offers a membership, making movie going very affordable for my wife and I. Other theatres cant compete with the convenience of reserving tickets together in the app, and seeing up to three movies a week for a set low price.Concessions are good too. All priced like you would expect from a theatre, but they have a larger offering that many theatres, including a full bar. This is the best theatre in the area by no small margin.

I love this place, it’s clean and very family friendly and family oriented. This is a cozy place and makes you feel like everything else around is taken care of as good as this place. The people are diverse and is minutes away from a lot of other businesses. I highly recommend this place it’s clean and very comfortable. I think this is top 5 in all of the front range! Way to go !!! Keep up the good work!

We havent been here in a decade and the automation sucks. No staff and 3 of 4 people were having issues at the kiosks to get tickets. You need to prepick seats based on a tiny square depiction. Concessions likewise automated primarily. For 2 of us seniors, popcorn and one drink=$48. Ridiculous. We wont go back and will stick to Elvis theaters where we get better service for $12.

Love the new chairs! They lean back with the push of a button. Always clean, decent food and snacks.

One of the best parts about this theater is the elevator and ADA seating at the top of the theater so folks in wheelchairs and those with them arent forced to sit up close like in other theaters.

Good sound. Clear picture. Adjacent theaters were easily heard and the crowds in the halls which was very distracting

Always a great experience. Usually have to plan ahead though, as its all assigned seating with recliners... shows sell put frequently in my experience.

One of the best movie theaters in Westminster. Lots of movies to choose from. Parking is like Chuys since it is in Promenade Center as well. Which on weekend can be a challenge, but worth the effort to find a perking spot. Just takes a little patience.

After you have seen a movie in a reclining red leather seat in a theatre that isnt packed to the vein because it only has thirty seats, its really hard to see movies anywhere else. Get your tickets online and they can just scan your phone, shipping the ticket line entirely. The soda machines are those big fancy ones that let you add all the crazy flavors. Oh, and theres a bar. I started going here a month ago, and even though its farther away from my house than three other theaters, I havent gone anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough

A treat compliments of my daughter! Friendly staff, clean lobby and floor. My assigned seats was wet from what appeared to be a soda pop spill. Luckily the theater was fairly empty, we just moved down a seat. Always enjoy this theater!

Best AMC in the area. Staff tends to disappear at night, which sucks if you loose your phone in between the seats (which can happen to ANYBODY lol). But the facility itself is well maintained and the movie subscription service offers a nice chance to have a couple of easy date nights and stay up to date on all the new movies. Would recommend for anybody, especially the movies in the DOLBY theater. Its an experience you dont get to have anywhere else, and its $20 a month.
