Staff is okay.. they do what they can and I appreciate it.
We showed up with 5 kids aged 3-14 and all of them had an absolute blast! Moms even got some jump and play time connecting with the kids. During the snow we were able to jump, rock climb, play laser tag, eat pizza, and burn all of the kiddos energy out. Ron was so helpful and kind to all of our gang. Bonus was Mamma time in the massage chair. Definitely recommend this place...cost is worth the fun!
Great place to spend time with kids. Went there with our 2 year old. Charged for him only, as we didnt want to jump.Pros: many sitting areas for parents to wait.Separate areas for younger and older kids (under 5 and over)For under 5 there is bouncy castle +slide, Dodge ball area with soft balls, and trampoline. One hour is plenty unless you are coming for group/birthday fun.Cons: no staff around at all, there were old kids (7-10 y o) at the bouncy castle and should be under five only and no one supervises that. The bouncy castle has steps to go to the slide and they are too tall for 2-3 y o, they need a boost.Biggest concern is that most of arcade games were not working and didnt have out of order signs, so we kept losing our tokens and not able to ride the cars/bikes, or play other games. On the exist we told to the front desk about the issues and they were able to give us refund in tokens but not cash since apparently the arcades are owned by another company. Wish they had signs on so we didnt waste out time and didnt get disappointed. So now we have bunch of tokens that I hope well be able to use next time
Place is old, I checked the website for prices, hours and whatever else I may need to know before coming. For what they have they cost a bit more than other better places nearby. The thing that annoyed me the most was when we got there, they made us buy a pair of grip socks just to jump in, but their website didnt mention needing them anywhere that I looked, so for the price of a pack of socks I had to buy one pair just so that my son could jump at the already slightly overpriced for what they have to offer and older indoor trampoline place. Anyway, we will go to one of the other indoor jump spots in the future.
My 2 year old had a great time. Lots of fun for all of us.
Wow this place was busy... we took our grandkids here and they went crazy. Hard to keep an eye on them as kids are everywhere having fun. Lots of different ages and you can tell the children that have been in gymnastics. They have vending machines with water and other drinks. Price wasn’t bad for the fun the kids have.
The elasticity on the trampolines was worn out. No foam pits and that was a bummer. The bumper cars were broken. We kept trying to play the free laser tag but the employees didnt count each time so I never got to play with my sons and nieces because there were not enough vests and this after sending us through the training video. Many of the vests were broken entirely or had broken or missing buckles. We drove down 70 to miles do this as a family for a as Christmas present. Just a bummer.
Lots of new additions, such as American Ninja area, Wipeout, bumper cars, and lots more.
This is an update to a review I left a year ago. My kids love this jump place, they love the layout. This place is now under new ownership, which was desperately needed. It’s much cleaner, and employees are much friendlier! BRING GRIP SOCKS if you already own them, this place now requires them. The employees mentioned it’s now state law. They gave us some socks for free because we didn’t know about the change in rules, which was very nice of them. No more duct tape all over and fresh coat of paint. Pricing is competitive and fair. Very pleased with our experience this time!
Very fun for families and kids of all ages!!! I do recommend if its your first time you only do an hour because you get tired like 20 minutes in!
My kids love it. Nice and clean people are friendly
This place is fun for kids and adults, especially if you like jumping on trampolines. Besides the trampolines, the place is a disaster and very dirty! There is plenty of staff which is great. Im tempted not to go back because of the filth. Grime, food particles, small plastic spoons etc. were in the gaps of the trampolines no matter if you were in the little kid or big kid area. Stickers on the walls that were used for decoration (especially by the restrooms) were half off. This place needs a makeover and bad. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like urine so bad you wanted to hold your breath. Duct tape is everywhere. Maybe the owners are struggling and if so we could all tell.
Kids love it. Also tires them out. Bonus.
My kids had so much fun!! This place was so much fun!
I love doing flips and whatnot here. It is so much fun!
Don’t let the “Temporarily Closed” Signs fool you, the owner still operates Jump City with his family but he only does Private parties now. We were on the VIP list for birthday parties and we received the call on Sept 8th that our Sept 11th party was a go. About half of the trampolines have been replaced with new springs so they Launch you! The laser tag has been revamped with all new laser harnesses and the snack bar was full service with full grill items and even salads/coffee drinks for the adults. The other half of the building you could tell needed some TLC but the owner assured us it was being done little by little every night and that the best thing to do was just stop by during the daytime and give a knock on the door and he would be happy to let customers in on a small party basis. I’m definitely going back when it’s at full operations capacity and having another birthday party there just for the hell of it!
Very clean. My son loves it
Great time was had by all, bring socks with grip
The Kids will Love as the facility is spacious with lots of area. Great for older children. If you have little children, it is a lot of work for caretakers as they can get lost easily due to space and avoid on school days off: extremely busy (easy to lose little ones in crowds plus sections include all ages so potentially dangerous for little ones). Great for teenagers!
It is a absolutely wonderful place to go for zkids to get energy out
Its a great place. A little pricey. $12 for the first hour, $6 for each hour thereafter. Theres quite a few different areas for the kids to play, with a designated area for the younger kids, and one area is for Dodgeball. The staff is great.
So much fun. My nephew had a blast and made friends. I had fun jumping around like a big kid too!
Everything seemed to be well kept. Staff was awesome. 5D ride was broke and Laser Tag wasnt operating so kids were a little bummed about that. Would be 5 stars otherwise. We will be coming back, pricing was reasonable.
$19 for two hours..$180 for a bday table but pay extra for food or to bring food. Why?. Best thing to do is take 4 people an pay the $45 family package.
Amazing staff. My son with special needs loves this place and they are so accommodating and kind to him. We feel welcome here because they remember us and don’t judge us. Also it’s in great condition.
Expensive, very strict which is a good and bad thing...almost taken the fun out
We had my grandsons 5th birthday there. The kids had so much fun and the staff was so helpful. The only issue is the people working at the main counter. They are rude and treat you as though YOU are bothering them
Very very amusing to be at. Laser tag has 2 floors to play on. Sister had a birthday here, they provided candles and a lighter which we forgot. Thanks Jump City.
I love this place. It’s really fun but it takes along time to get a sit. I love the trampolines. We went there for my brother’s birthday. The party room was big and fun we had friends over to celebrate.
I took my child there over a year ago and he had a great time. We chose an early afternoon time on a Sunday and it was not crowded. Overall a decent place.I recently bought a Groupon and when I arrived on Sunday Aug. 11th, signs were posted stating they were temporarily closed. No mention of when they will re-open and no information found online.Groupon is still selling deals for Jump City. The situation is odd. I would advise not to purchase their Groupon deal.
It was relatively inexpensive via Groupon but pretty ghetto and rundown inside. Chairs falling apart and duct taped. Basic trampolines, no bells and whistles. I bought a two hour pass, my three kids were bored after an hour.
I like the cheaper prices and the laid back environment but I wish they had more options for older kids. The laser tag broke while we were in it which is a bummer. Apparently, that happens a bunch.
Yes there is a smell, but why wouldnt there be when you have tour patrons take their shoes off when entering the building!!! place was pretty clean for how many kids where there that day!! Kids went home.tired as poop yessssss!
Socks are required. My 10 year sol says, It is big and my favorite part is the large amount of trampolines. My favorite part is where you can slide down to the trampolines. The laser tag was fun also.
Great place. Fun for people in any age.
Place is ok. Needs a good cleaning and feels really dirty and outdated. Always offer Groupons and my son likes it. Try to go during non peak times to avoid getting trampled by rowdy children.
Separate areas for toddlers. My almost 3 year old daughter can play independently without being in the way of the old kids and getting knocked over. We buy Groupons and save quite a bit.
If youre looking for a clean fun place to take your kids. Look no further! This place has it all.
Not well maintained. We visited midday on the weekend. The cafe counter wasnt open, and all of the vending machines were either not working or empty. The trampoline experience was ok, but disappointing on all other fronts for the kids.
Good for days when older kids are in school. If the older kids are there be careful. Staff tries, but sometimes the monitors in the jumping area are too busy taking to see things going on. Could be a little cleaner, but it has improved from a year or so ago.
Bought a groupon for my kids and drove all the way to Westminster 2 weeks ago only to find out they were temporarily closed the website didnt mention this and neither did groupn. Waste of time, gas, and money.
Got a really good deal for 4 kids for 2 hrs.Kids had a blast!!
It was ok... not the best, jumpstreet is better. Really empty. It was clean though, tramps are really old and worn out also. We specifically came here because it also has laser tag but my son and I were the only two playing!
There is a reason why this place is so cheap. Small in comparison to Defy and the quality of the attractions is carnival at best with duck tape on the mats, railings, walls and even the ceiling. I’m not sure this place will pass any sort on inspection.
They assigned one large table for a party of two right under a vent that blew cold air right on top of us. Expiernce for the kids I guess were fine they said they had fun!!
My daughter had a great time. Left with no bumps and bruises this time.
Me and my camp went here for a field trip it was AWFUL there is tape all over the ceiling and is worn down the trampolines are worn out and not bouncy there is tape on the water fountain!!! And tape on the chairs and nobody at the food area to serve there customers either! It may look nice on the outside but on the inside this place is a total NIGHTMARE!! The only thing I would say is ok is the lazar tag it cost money but it’s worth it. This place has been here for a LONG TIME and still have the trampolines since the place opened! That explains why it is so cheap I would not go to this place for kids and adults to play it is totally boring which is the reason we only stayed their for 2 hours!! After that my school went to king soopers that was right next to the building and ended up staying at Starbucks and exploring the store until the bus picked us up at 3:00 also I left at 10:00 but it takes an hour from my camp to get to the place this place is totally BORING and doesn’t even have a big arcade not even like an arcade that you get enough tokens to get a prize. The best thing there was the claw machine in my opinion people say they like it but in my opinion they just feel bad how they don’t maintain this place I would not go here!
Worst place ever. The staff wont help you unless you interrupt the conversations they have with each other. You better not plan to eat while youre there. Non of the food advertised is actually available to buy. The nachos dont have cheese, no pretzels in the machine and no there arent full size pizzas. Do not plan on having a good experience. Not worth the money.....
We didnt have time to order any food but the time spent there was fun the whole family had a good time they werent too busy it was very enjoyable
Showed up after purchasing a groupon and jump city is closed for business. No internet warning... no notification from.groupon so I spent 50 dollars on a drive to a closed business
My grandkids love this place! Lots of fun
Always have fun here! The equipment takes a beating and it shows in places, but it is still good.
It’s a great place to have fun, but the employees there (including the young lady who’s the manager) are incompetent when it comes to accidents. It’s completely illogical that in a place where there is a huge sign at the entrance about how the risks include paralysis and fractures, none of the employees know how to respond when somebody’s shoulder pops out of place and is in severe pain. They even hesitated to call the ambulance. Please, please train your employees, starting with the manager.
Pretty cool. Its pricey, but whats your sanity worth. Beware all of the Basic Beckys that crowd the place during school break.
Staff was rude to me when I asked a simple question about the waiver form. Nobody is helpful and all the employees are teenagers, they werent helpful friendly or nice. Super disappointed in this place.
First visit since new ownership. Very friendly check-in. Clean floors and trampolines. Well be back!
We had a great time! We enjoyed a birthday party there and they took care of all the details for us. Only thing could have been better is if they wouldnt have surcharged us $70 for not having enough people in the room. Still cant figure that out?
It is nice! But not super nice... They need more attractions
This place is a lot of fun for the kids. I think jump street in golden or defy in Thornton are better though.
Staff is okay, the place can use a makeover, fun for familys and cheap birthday parties.
Laurie the general manager booked our party that same day and made our party organized so that we could focus on the birthday party, no extras stress, she was able to even able to find any package deals to make it more affordable. our kids had fun and we recommend this place for birthday parties. i would recommend allowing the parents who have to stay close to the younger aged kids free admission since were not there to jump but to watch for our kid not to be trampled.
We attended a birthday party for my 5 year old nephew. Lots of activities - jumping, dodge ball, video games - but definitely best for younger children.
Great with groupon. But needs to be a little cleaner and needs better help besides kids that dont know what they are doing.
They open at noon but nobody is here at 12:05? I drove my child across town to come here for this kind of unprofessionalism. They should just close this place down.
My wife took me and daughter to a jumping palace in Arvada, and it was amazing—lots of activities, everything in good repair. Then I took the boys to Jump City: there is a reason this place is so cheap. Duct tape plasters the walls, the slides, the trampolines. The dodge balls are disintegrating half-spheres of old foam. There are brown stains on the trampolines. We were even commanded to NOT JUMP on a piece of equipment—and the rules for that piece has instructions on how to jump properly!I was unimpressed. Very unimpressed. Spend a bit more money on a better place; it is WORTH IT.
As it appears, they focus warning black women of any infarction and follow them around the place in order to ensure the safety of their white customers, I mean, what could scare the sensitive white people of West Westminster more than a mother of a 2 year old? Ironically they did not bother bringing up identical issues to the white customers until it was pointed out to them. I didnt record the video as I dont blame the 16 year old worker but the manager who sent her. So it appears racism is well and alive here (which is not a surprise really, as we do have neighbours with confederate flags) . I mean, we wouldnt want the black mother to steal a trampoline, would we now?
Nice spot where adults can enjoy with the kids.
Little bit pricey for what you get
Its a great place to let the kids go crazy and jump till they pass out, alot of the mats have tape on them but but I know its the kids that tear them up and abuse them so I cant hold that against them but other than that its a good family fun place and Ill definitely be back.
Fun place for my toddler to burn off energy. My husband can come and supervise while i shop. Its always clean and the price is so reasonable.
Great for energetic young kids! Well organized staff, they make it fun. We have been several times and my three boys love it!
Cool I wish there was more thing to do
Awesome place for the kids to let loose. I love this place. They have the best Laser Tag. You can see all the kids have a great time while the parents are relaxing... SO COOL!!!
My family and I love this place!
We only paid $9 each for a Groupon deal. The place was filled with young kids on a Saturday. The tramps were somewhat worn out and didnt have quite as much spring as they could. There are some sloped tramp walls that are fun. One is roughly 12 of slope. Paying $20 or more for the worn tramps makes it 2 stars but if you get a good deal go for it.
Took the kids to get out wiggles yesterday. Everyone had a great time. It was very busy, but the staff was great. The ticket machine was not working in the arcade section, but they did what they could to make it right, including giving the kids more tickets and prizes. Great experience.
Had a lot of fun with my two nephews, Alosha was very helpful making sure we had water.
Ive had a few birthday parties here and have spent close to $600 each time and since I have more than 15 kids jumping everytime they give me the big room upstairs for free $25 to bring outside food is a fair price to me since I dislike pizza hut staff is young but every party specialist Ive dealt with took care of my party needs and received a $50 tip I will say before they recently renovated the equipment was getting rather worn out but Im glad to see the life come back to the place hopefully they make it a yearly thing so people can still enjoy the place and for the users complaining about the Dodge ball pit back in my day if you couldnt handle the pit you got out plain and simple and if your not ready for your kid to get hurt then dont come IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK
My kids and I love going here!
Its was a fun place to take the kids. But there were a few rides and game not working.
Place is pretty run down and prices are too high for how the facility is. Our kids were ready to leave after 30 min of being there. Place had very few arcade games and the ones they did have were broken. Not a place my family will ever visit again.
It really has gone downhill. It was fun when it first opened but now its just bleh. On the ramps they added this blue coverage and I am like what are they for now. In the old version of this place the tramps were amazing. You could go sky high! But now I cant even get two feet off the ground. I wouldnt recommend this place anymore.
Place was run down bathrooms were not clean, the seating for adults was ridiculous, and cant even bring coffee inside. Have been too far better cheaper jump facilities!
I have a 3 and 5 year old. The kids always have fun when we go. We try to avoid weekends because of how busy it gets but ended up there about 2 weeks ago. The older kid dodgeball area is really not monitored. There we guys in there that were maybe in their 20s and teens just wailing on kids and I think its for seven and up. My friends 10 year old son finally wouldnt go in. When we said something to the staff they didnt address it because there isnt a max for the age. We ended up leaving before our time limit was up.
There was a big fight going on the trampolines. I was at a 6 year olds birthday party. My friend was getting pushed over and over again by a older kid. Before a parent had to come stop him, he was pushing his face against the trampoline. And a employee was right in front of us and couldn’t notice.
The smell of sweat and socks is the first thing that greets you here. Check in and waiver process was quick and efficient. The staff seems friendly, and not on top of calling out the time expiration for the various wristbands. We got extra time to stay, and the kids were exhausted when we left! For the price on Groupon it was a steal!
Pricey for sure. Fun for the little ones though.
I think this place is great fun for the children, but can be torture for people trying to find a place to sit. There is one seating area in the front where you can watch your children. Unfortunately, I had to stand the whole time at nine months pregnant because the section smelled like an ash tray and there was no other place to sit. Granted, it could have been some of the people sitting next to me, but it was impossible to tell since the whole section reeked of cheap cigarettes and adults that don’t bathe. It was also extremely dirty. When the staff was asked to maybe spray some febreze or clean it up there was nothing done about it. Also, I came in with a couple of presents for my daughter’s birthday and was asked in disbelief three times if I was a part of a party to which I had to answer no multiple times by some girl with blue hair. I would have loved to have thrown a party for the three children I brought, but settled for food and cake outside your facility because in no way was I about to reserve an overpriced party for eight when there was no need. I would have liked to bring in a cake, but apparently you have to at least pay around $50 for a table to do that. Nope.
Our party organizer was sweet as was the manager. However the gals at the front register were VERY UNFRIENDLY!
Good fun! Also recommend the laser tag room!
Didnt have the pizza order told us nothing they could do then wouldnt let us bring in any the manager on duty was very rude she could have cared less the hostes was really nice most of the arcade didnt work also dont recomend it
