Old Orchard Mobile Home Park

Lori Ellen DeanIs the manager of Old Orchard Mobil Home. She has been acting in this capacity for at least four years, that I know of. She is a very sarcastic rude un caring individual.

The Park is Older and most of the Homes are a little run down But the Manager is a very nice Person and seems to really care about the People Who live there..Its a very affordable place to lay Your head at Night..Some People Cant afford the ridiculus Rental rates in Michigan..I dont have anything bad to say

Dirty unkept

Manager will not foz any problemp in park .Will blame it on tennets .Drugs run rampid, manager is known for hard drug use and alcohol.They encourage unsafe temporary foxesSuch as use a Keresine heater for your trailer rather than fix a furnaceVERY BLITE trailer park

I just called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone was very rude

The road going through it get some better trailers it really looks bad

Its decently kept up, not highly recommended, but there is a good pizza place nearby that I highly recommend

Management sucks!Ive had electrical problems for yrs and no gas line and my windows leaks and causes the floor to flood!!

Its Frozen and cold the sewer is screwed up the time and gets blamed on all the tenants

Unorganized manager she always smells like marijuana pipes freeze in the winter all the time kids are not very welcomed there.
