Great place to ride. Connection with the Southwick Rail Trail allows you to ride down into Connecticut.

Great place to ride your bike or walk/run. Westfield has done an amazing job of expanding this trail. You can go south and connect to the Southwick trail or go north and soon will be able to get through town an over the Westfield river. Parking is available behind Shaker Farms country club

Very beautiful and serene, im out of shape and it was a long walk but it was so beautiful and that made it worth it!

This is an awesome paved flat bike trail that is also good for walking, running, and rollerblading. It goes for miles and miles and is well maintained.

It goes from Westfield to CT so theres literally miles of paved, clean and spacious trail for walking, bike riding, skateboarding, etc

Beautiful location for a bike trail. Walking, longboarding, biking, scootering, hoverboarding, you name it. Only one WARNING: my bike was stolen a couple years back by the bridge with the river running underneath so dont leave anything on the bike trail unattended, but otherwise everyone is very friendly and its safe.

Its very clean and the pavement is fairly new. I enjoyed my ride. Only wish there were mileage markers like on the Northampton trail. Thank you guys

The Greenway is an amazing asset in our city that connects to southwick and through Connecticut. Its beautifully scenic, well maintained and a great trail to ride, run or walk. I’m very excited for the final phase of construction where the trail will extend through downtown and end at the twin bridges.

Great trail, just be careful where the trail crosses the road, had a couple cars not stop almost got hit

Excellent local place to walk and bike.

I left my house in Easthampton and biked all the way to Drakes Hill Bridge of Flowers in Simsbury. It was an excellent ride, this is a beautiful expanse of bike trail. I wish the bike trail connected Southampton and the rest of Westfield. It was great to get on the bike trail again, having biked through Westfield.

Beautiful walking/biking way. Also know as the Columbia Greenway rail trail. It is a slice of old New England cut through modern day suburban sprawl. Originally built as a canal in the 1820s. Then in the mid 1850s converted to the New Haven & Northampton railroad. By the 1990s most of the line was all but abandoned. When the 2000s arrived talk of repurposing the property for a rail trail began. It retains much the original preserved beauty because development never touched the property. Work began in New Haven CT. And various towns in between ending now in Westfield Ma and Easthampton Ma. This trail is a great way to see the New England countryside.,
