Since I have been coming here for many years the amenities have consistently been on the decline. On this visit as last years visit I could smell mold. I showed the staff and asked for it to be cleaned up. Last year it was. This year it was not. I dont like breathing mold. Its not healthy for us. It makes us have difficulty breathing. So I am not happy with my stay here. I notified the help they called the manager Jim and he said to them to clean the tub out with their soap theyre all purpose cleaner. They handed me a bottle of Tilex as I requested so I could spray under the tub and the dark patch of mold at the ceiling. I am considering calling the Board of Health.

My family and I have been coming here since I was about 9-10 years old, we LOVE IT. The pool is always the perfect temperature, the bathrooms are always clean, the outdoor showers are amazing. The private beach is amazing as well! I have zero complaints and highly recommend this place to families.

It was a very short walk to the beach. The inside was clean, well furnished and well stocked in the kitchen. It was disappointing that there was no hot tub, but thats okay as there was a jetted tub in the bedroom upstairs.. Its proximity to the ocean and all the great little towns in South county was perfect. There were a few tiny little issues that needed to be dealt with, and the office came right out and fixed them. One was a non-working DVD player and it was switched out immediately. The bed was comfortable. The sleeper couch, well it was a sleeper couch! I have yet to find one thats totally very comfortable.

Ok place, however it is in serious need of upgrading. Ants in the room. Good heat and air conditioning. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the shore. Restuarants in walking distance.

We have stayed at this resort twice now. The positives are that the resort has a pool and grants access to the beach. The beach is a short walk from the resort. It also has a laundry room on site, but does require change to use it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room themselves are fine. The negatives are that it is an older resort, so the beds in the rooms are not very comfortable, the rooms arent as clean as they could be, and some of the rooms have visible aging or damage. Overall, the resort is nice, but it does need some updating.

This is a beach side hotel and I love it! It may not have ocean view but it’s very close to the beach and that’s what it’s all about for me. The staff is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We no longer have a jacuzzi in our room but we now have an extra bathroom...again for me it’s all about proximity to the beach and Rhode Island hospitality. Great state

Redone pool, very close to the beach, private access to a small private beach aria in summer, very helpful staff, always have a good time with friends and family when I come. Allot if remodeling done in each unit as well.

Location is Great! Andreas is within walking distance and the beach is right there. Love this area of Westerly.

Everytime I go there the pool is freezing..what am I paying for? The liner is not great and there is alot of work that needs to be done!

Clean, friendly, & accomodating!

Very nice staff, room studio was perfect for what we needed, quiet on our side no ocean view for us, but 1 block away perfect, beach pass included perfect. Parking a little snug but it is summer. This was the 1st time in the summer, usually in the winter we come up. Great experience, will be back. Close to the places we wanted to see watch hill, Newport and family and friends.

Feels like home.. full apartment with a loft bedroom. Staffs wonderful and attentive if you need anything you only need to ask. I had great stay neighbors. Community grilling area is a great place to get to know new friends. I cant wait until my next visit.

This place should close, completely renovate, and reopen. Unit was dirty when we arrived. Oven was missing racks and was filthy. Carpets on stairs hadnt been vacuumed. Thick dust on everything. Rings from glasses on night stands. From the tone of the instructions in the guest information binder (cover ripped off), one would assume that their clientele had recently escaped prison, e.g. $50 to replace lost key, all linen and kitchen supplies will be counted and guests charged for the missing items, extra linens would be supplied but at an outrageous rate... Hot tub not available, indoor pool freezing, walkway bricks falling apart. We will not be returning. Office staff pleasant and as helpful as possible.

Everyone is getting ready to open the beach for the summer...Looking good ..except the rain...flooded everywhere

The first week in June is a great week to visit. Its fun and there are people around, but its not crazy crowded yet. And its not hot enough to the point that its not even fun to be outside. The Ocean club is close to the beach and has some nice rooms with great views of the ocean and surrounding area!

It was off season so not much going on. We were satisfied with the resort, it is being updated during the off season. The staff was very helpful . It would be a good place to stay in warm wheather. Two minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Nice living spaces, but the amenities seem a bit lacking. Hot tub is closed and gym is very small.

Was there Aug 18 for a week in a studio and it was just big enough for our needs . A very short walk to the beach . The staff was great and our neighbors were good. People over is on second floor a bit noisy but were there only for the weekend . Will go back for sure .

We exchanged with Interval to stay here off season to see the Newport Mansions and were disappointed on several levels. Our unit was designed so that the bedroom in the upstairs loft has no door. Every sound from downstairs echos up the stairway awaking anyone sleeping there. It also had no closet, in fact the only closet was downstairs and filled with the trash receptacles, ironing board, etc.Though listed as an amenity, the hot tub was permanently closed. No pool towels provided for the pool, using room towels prohibited — welcome book suggests “buying your own pool towels.” Really? We travel frequently and this is the only place that did not provide towels.The laundry room indicated on the property map was moved. Finally, asked the office for the correct location. Then, discovered machines only allowed a cold water setting. Pricing was different on machines and one dryer did not dry properly.WiFi was good for one day, then problematic — one minute you’d have WiFi, the next you wouldn’t.Our unit was reasonably clean, appliances, especially the stove was old. Terrible pillows, but an okay bed.Lots of small, overlooked things, like missing molding betwern tile and laminate floors. In short a tired and poorly maintained facility.

A little Dissapointed that the Hot Tub is not available and never will be again ! The write up should remove this ammenity—overall very clean and doable—-We were in a lower unit and the people above us were extremely noisy pacing back and forth like caged animals—-keep in mind this was October—off season—will look into other places next time

Buyer beware. This place has been awful since day one. First year the water wasnt working in our shower had to shower in the pool area. Second year dishwasher broken repair man in our unit for 2 days. Every-time we go to use the beach there is an issue. So when they tell you you can come use the beach when ever you want it is a lie. When they say you can come stay at 1/2 price when ever you want another lie. I dont know why we wasted the money. We can never use it out side of our week which reminds me. When the hurricane hit it was our week they never tried to make it up to us. Just its an act of God nothing we can do.They need a course in customer service. Or at least inform members when something has changed.

Stayed across the street from the O C @Atlantic. Quiet. Never stayed there. But it looks nice.

This is a very clean, family friendly comfortable place to stay and the location is great being right near the beach, shops and restaurants!

I am so upset with this place. I bought a time share there 8 years ago. We were baited into it by them telling us that there was plenty of parking for time share owners and that it would never be an issue me and all the members of my family to park there. So, yesterday my granddaughter went there and she was turned away because they had no parking. I called and was told that they no longer have the overflow parking lot that was there when I was baited to buy the time share. I called again today and still no parking. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH AND IT IS ILLEGAL!!
