This was my first time ever playing laser tag and it was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are taking the right precautions to protect the kids with the many sanitizing stations. Overall highly recommended!

We went XtremeCraze for laser tag. It was a fun group activity but the guy taking care of us was dissapointing by his lack of energy while he is explaining the game and the rules. My friends gun wasnt working and when she went to him he kinda ignored the situation. We payed 15 dollars per game per person. It was about 45 mins including initial prep time and four games.

We played the Blackbeard’s Brig escape room at the Westboro location tonight and although the room decor and size of the space was more than I was expecting, the game play and game mastering was sub-par.We entered the room and got a clue from the game master within 5 minutes and he told us exactly how to open one of the boxes even though we were in the middle of working on the puzzle that would give us the answer to the lock. The room has no ceiling, so being in an arcade it was extremely loud and often hard to hear when we were being given a clue.We were also given clues on things that we had already completed, which led us to believe the game master wasn’t paying attention to what we were doing. An important piece of the game was also badly damaged and interfered with game play.There is one point in the game that in order to advance the entire team is REQUIRED to eat candy left in a drawer, which although it was a sealed candy, I don’t feel comfortable being made to eat something that I don’t know where it has come from. We were also prompted by the game master when we showed hesitation that everyone had to participate to advance.Lastly, there were several red herrings in the room, which is completely understandable and acceptable in an escape room, but a drawer with a lock is not a red herring. If I see a lock I assume it needs to be opened.We enjoyed playing because we love escape rooms and are willing to try just about any room, but this is one of the lower ones on my list. With some fixes in the room, both puzzle wise and physically to the space itself, this could have much more potential.Aside from the escape room we had a lot of fun playing in the arcade, although there were a handful of games that, although on, did not allow you to play even after swiping your game card.

Cool place. Decided to visit last night with a couple friends. Waa pretty fun and brought me back to simpler times. They could use more machines but everyone should be able to find something they like. I had loads of fun with the games I played. Air hockey is great. Pizza cafe was closed(I think)but seemed very limited regardless. Overall a fun time. Like how the tickets you win load to the card automatically.

Love this place!! My kids always have a great time. The staff is friendly and the pizza is not too bad. Great place to take the kids of all ages to blow off some steam. They have great deals on weekends for laser tag.

Nice place for the kids to play and burn off some energy, only thing is some of the stairs are steep, so caution little ones. I think they offer laser tag which is next to their arcade, good idea for birthday party spot. Was an enjoyable time.

I had my daughters 7th birthday party here and had a blast the manager and staff are amazing ! Thanks again for all you did to make it a great time ! Not easy to do with a whole 1st grade class !

This review is for the escape room only: disappointing with missing/broken puzzles, cheap design and decor. If you are curious about escape rooms avoid this place cause its not a good example.

A whole lot of fun. Within the last couple of years they have updated the laser tag equipment.

We got this card from a nice man. He gave us this because the lazar tag wasn’t available until later that night. I really appreciated this and I will definitely go back, lots to do and if you don’t have fun, we’ll, I don’t know what your doing then! Thank you Xtreme craze team!

Its a nice place just dont go to the NH one before you go here! Youll be disappointed like I was. The inflatable was kinda small and thats what we went for.

Cool party place for the kids. They have a 9 GF pizza in 3 different flavours which is awesome.

Great place for kids birthdays. They give you your own table and a dedicated party coordinator that takes care of pretty much everything. They set up your table decorations, bring out the food, cut the cake and serve everything. And the staff is all super helpful and easy to deal with. The prices are around the going rate per kid. Very similar if not cheaper than other kid event parties. You have time in the bouncy house area and they give out cards to all the kids with a few bucks on them for the video game area. Overall a very fun place that our kids love.

Twice last week, I brought my three active grandchildren, ages 10, 9, and 5 to play. They each had a splendid time in the Adrenaline Zone bouncers, and the visit really helped them blow off some steam. The two older kids also played Laser Tag each day, which they really enjoyed...BUT, there was little for the 5 year old to do while they played that. Thats my one small issue.. There werent any other children using the bounce area at that time, and she wasnt inclined to go it alone. The arcade area is largely set up for older or larger kids, so a small child alone has limited options for amusement when the Adrenaline Zone. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful at each visit...including the people who ran the snack area. They were very accommodating. The pizzas were a bargain and surprisingly tasty. In all, a good afternoon/evening each time. Recommended.

Not a bad place to take the kids to let some energy out. Slides and obstacle courses, laser tag and arcade games. Concessions available. Gets a but loud and crazy inside but not bad. Relatively clean for what it is and staff seemed good and attentive for the most part. Note that the inflatable obstacle courses are large and you cannot see your kids once they go in. They do not have staff members inside these monitoring what happens so pay attention to your kids. Parents can go in as well.

Awesome experience. 2nd level laser tag makes it a lot of fun. Staff is very helpful. Elliot did an amazing job coaching my kids and telling them the ins and outs of the turf.

Great place for birthday party! We had a great time!

I dont think this place gets properly cleaned, they have gross bugs crawling around the carpet. I didnt even try touching the food area after seeing bugs, do cant review that. Inflatables are falling apart, but they have advertisement up saying a new giant inflatable is replacing all the old ones in September. Staff has no personality. The manager doesnt even acknowledge people in the building. He spent the whole time not knowing how to fix a printer and in this office. The first guy behind the counter when we walked in was very flat in personality, stood there until I told him what we wanted. Never said hello or anything. The arcade needs some maintenance, a lot of games take double credit and some wont start, but will take your money. All the balls for basketball were on the broken side, very convenient. For prize redemption, the girl that was working the food section was now working redemption. She was a little abrasive, its okay to smile you should be expressing enjoyment because you work somewhere fun. Overall this place sucks. Not sure who picks the prizes, but you literally have a dollar store next to you that has better prizes. Can you at least try?

Very cool place and the staff are super helpful. Took a summer camp here and they made sure that the kids had a lot of fun. They also have a snack bar so the kids could buy lunch. They have plenty to do and enough to keep the kids busy for hours.

I came with my family for the first time on Sunday (Memorial Day weekend). It was smaller than we expected. The inflatables were very fun and kept my son busy. Overall we did have fun, but we had gotten some weird looks for some families as if we didnt belong there which made us head out earlier than we wanted.

You guys could be make more and better food.

My son loves this place. It’s a great place to bring him (8) and my 3 year old daughter. She jumps in the bounce houses while he plays laser tag. Then we all play video games. We have a great time every time we go.

Had a fun birthday party here for a 6 year old. Everyone had a good time. The pizza is decent and the kids enjoy the tag. I dont really like that they let kids not involved in the party into the tag games as it can create a really lopsided team but its only a game.

The kids liked it a lot. Although there wasnt a lot of direction provided, so it was kind of a free for all. Somewhat structured party, but very little attention given by the assigned employee. I had to search out someone to help get drinks four other parents. We had some younger kids that couldnt do the laser tag, so they played on the bounce stiff. There was absolutely no supervision there, and much older kids were bumping into the little ones often.

Good place for the kids. Laser tag here is awesome . They do have Arcade games as well. Small kids have slides to play.

My husband and I took our 8 year old godson here for a day of adventure and fun. Everything was great! The facility was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. There was a variety of activities which kept him busy for the whole day. One staff member who stood out was riese ‘pieces’. Who took the time to demonstrate and explain the prizes to my god son. Very refreshing change from some of the other arcade places. Good job XtremeCraze ! Keep up the good work!

Slow on a week night, which was expected, but they made sure my son and I had a good time and were accommodating.

Really 4.75 stars. Based on my own limited experience and also overhearing others who have been to other laser tag venues, this is the best laser tag experience ever! More importantly they hosted my oldest sons 9th birthday party professionally and enjoyably. My sons friends loved it so much that one of them booked Laser Craze for his own birthday party. My younger son loves the Adrenaline Zone set of bouncy slides and mazes because hes too young for the laser tag. All of us love the arcade.My only (small) complaint is the range of food options: basically its pizza or starve when it comes to food. They crank out tasty pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) for their target audience: kids. But offering burgers, hot dogs, or even wraps/salads would be a nice touch for us adults.Other than that, I highly recommend LaserCraze.

Nice clean establishment for young adults and kids. The arcade area is small but there is something to do for all ages.

Had a great experience! Super accommodating, wonderful customer service. Lazer tag was fun, great for all ages. Arcade games were a good mix and not overly expensive. Provide free ice water for guests.

I had a fun time at my nieces birthday party. First time laser tagging. It was hard to remember not to run. I only scored so low because I was teamed with my 6 year old. My brother thought I should ditch her. Hes mean.

I liked the escape room, I went with people from age 7 to 40 and everyone loved it

Laser tag, different have types depending on how many players. The arena is nice, two levels, lots of cover. If you go with a group, and its team play the teams are random. You might not play on the same side as your group.

Fun and games on steroids. My kids 7 & 14 loved it. Lazer tag area is two levels/ floors so a lot of kids can play without running into each other. Arcade section has great selection of games and with cards instead of money and tickets its easy for kids of all ages. We will be back again for sure.

No stars.. the fazer zone is this GUN(fazer) that shoots a laser beam. And when you shoot it at another person. There armor lights up. Giving yr position away.Cons: nobody is gunning for you . There just running to yr base and shooting the glow box to get points..If you get shot. Theres just a tap on y shoulders from the chest piece.You want a real adrenaline RUSH. Go to Boston paint ball. They do birthdays too.

Great experience. Kids were invited to a bday party and loved it so much that I celebrated theirs as well playing Lazer tag. Our host for the party, Abby, made sure I didnt have to worry about anything. My guests were taken care of while I played with the kids. Ill be back!
