I used to go here as a kid. i regret spending so much money at this child hating facility. every time i trued to jump on the trampolines the staff would FORCE you to jump on the trampoline for your age group. so you CAN NOT even jump with your friends. for example if you were 15 and jumping on the teen trampoline BUT perhaps you look like your 10. they would force you to move to the kids trampoline section. I have no words to describe the ATTITUDE of this staff. they are absolutely so rude and didn’t give a **** about the happiness and wellness of the kids. if i was a parent i would NOT let my kids jump here because there’s no reason that them and their friends should be FORCED to split up. you can’t even jump with your friends when YOU are the one paying so much money to do so.

A place where the kids can just jump to their hearts content. But with that in mind, all they can just do is just jump. Place is fairly clean. Food are a bit pricey.

Great place for the kids and even the adults to let off some steam and burn some energy. Awesome price tag for a hour or even a birthday party. We have done both and always habe a great time. Well worth the money. Kids love it snd hey i even get in and jump Around. Fun for all ages.

Skyzone proves my point that 1. You cant have teenagers run your business unsupervised. Theyre great at taking your money but have absolutely no control of the place otherwise. 2. Parents are not teaching their children (now teens) respect, follow rules (especially waiting in line)... these teens just run around and do whatever they want as the other teens (staff) just stand by and watch. Brought my 5 and 7 year old to jump, luckily we had the place to ourselves the first 40 minutes because then the place got packed with teens (mostly) and it was completely out of control. Please fire all the teens and hire some responsible adults that arent afraid to speak up and control the place thus protecting the little ones.

Kids had fun. From an adult perspective get ready for them to yell at you to get out right when your time is up. I was gathering my kids to go and the associate yelled(not rudely) for me to come over. Then told me my party and I needed to leave our time was up(our time was up at 1:15 the clock on the wall read 1:15:10) I get you need the turnover to make money, but you interrupted me getting my kids ready to leave to tell us we weren’t welcome here anymore.Seems a bit redundant.

Prices are reasonable. Kids will have fun if its a slow day. The main problem is that they pack the place full of so many people, kids are waiting every where to jump so they end up waiting more then they are jumping. Not worth it, wont be back for a while.

Um, I think this place sucks! I literally broke my arm here SEVEN months ago and it’s still not 100% healed yet. The staff weren’t even trying to be reassuring. “Oh honey your arm isn’t broken you’re fine!” My arm was totally deformed and I was lucky I didn’t have to get surgery. Do not bring your children here; all I was doing was jumping. That’s it. I repeat— DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

My 5 year old son loves it! We have been two times, and plan to go again tomorrow. My experience differs from some other reviewers in that I felt the staffs attitude was totally fine. For my sons age, it is totally fine for him to bounce by himself, or for me to bounce on the square next to his. (They do not allow two people to bounce on the same square.)

I have to say, Sky Zone is a great place to go with the kids to jump around and just have fun however I WILL NEVER have a birthday party there again. It was really expensive and very disorganized. I specifically asked the girl checking us in to please check with me before she had to order the pizzas so I could see how many parents were staying and of course with all the kids and parents I lost track of time. When I asked her why she didnt check back with me she told me she hadnt heard back from me so she assumed I only wanted the pizzas that came with the party. When I asked her again why she didnt check with me like I asked her to she said it wasnt her job. When I spoke with the manager about it she told me the girl had explained to her and said it was my fault that I didnt order the pizzas on time. On top of that I had to walk around the place looking for the kids for my party because they can go any where they want and no one from sky zone was helping me. It was not worth the headache or the money. They promised to take care of everything and they took care of nothing except sticking pizza and cake on a plate and shoving us out the door for the next party. I do not recommend anyone have a childs party there!

Great fun for a range of ages and they have decent groupon deals. Booking time slots can be a chore if you want to dip in with friends. Also cant bring food or drink, which is fair enough but be nice to have a water bubbler. Arcades arent bad either and theres plenty of parking. The place is tucked away at the back of the strip mall lot without the best of signs, so a little tricky to find the first time.

My granddaughter and her dear friend begged to go to Sky Zone for a nice summer day trip. When we arrived to location the gps said it was kind of a challenge to find Sky Zone. We walked in once we found it. It was a big line, but due to it being in summer time I understand. So they wanted to go straight to the dodge ball. So they got the socks on and ran right over. They played about 5 games and the worker that was originally stationed there left. A male worker was then stationed there. My granddaughters friend was then told, You cant play in this dodge ball arena. Then he pointed at a arena that had some 5 year olds. The girls I brought were and still are 11 years old. The friend was kind of short but should not have been moved away.Friend: I may be short for my age. But i am going into 6th grade.Worker: SureWhen the worker said sure he rolled his eyes! So they went over and told the worker at the arena they had been sent to. The worker said they could play in the arena they started at. When they told me this i was appalled. This is a nice place, but i wish the issue was handled better. I am questioning me going back to Sky Zone.

I had my sons birthday party there with 10 of his friends. The staff was one of the most friendly people and they all seemed very qualified to take on the challenge of controlled chaos. We arrived late due to traffic and the girls at the front were totally pleasant even though I was stressed out. The kids had so much fun jumping at all the different stations. The pizza and cake time was not rushed and there was a staff person that did all the serving and clean up. Plus, I have to give extra thanks for the manager and owner who saved the night when my 15 passenger van wouldnt start as we were trying to leave. I waited an hour for help to come and I had 11 boys in the parking lot doing what boys do after cake and ice cream... mischief. I called Skyzone from the parking lot and explained the situation. They were so kind and let these boys come back and jump for another 20 minutes while I tried to get the car started. After I realized my car was going nowhere until Monday, the owner even contacted the police for me so the car wouldnt get towed. I cant thank Skyzone in Westborough enough for going above and beyond. I am definitely going back to this location with my kids and will recommend it to my friends.

Came here for a birthday party for my 9y olds classmate. Bought a 30 min session for my 2y old because they had toddler time. He jumped for 15 min and we were told to move to another section because they were opening up the section for bigger kids. We get to that section and 2 minutes later 20 big kids show up trampling the toddlers. Staff then sent us over to the main floor. A guy named Kyle then kicks the toddlers out and sends us back to the section we just came. I tell him they just sent us here and ask if he could find out where we are supposed to go. He says sure and walks away on his walkie talkie. Mind you, 10 minutes have passed with this whole process. Kyle comes back, never addresses me. I finally walk back and ask him if he found out where the toddlers are jumping. He says its at the same place they kicked us out from. I asked if he was planing on addressing me and the other toddler parents who have been in limbo now for half of the session to tell us what was going on. Looks at me and curtly says I just did and just turns around. Never apologizes to any of the parents, never addresses compensating for the 15 min our kids just lost. Strong work Kyle. At least the kid at the next station had the decency to apologize for you. Then discloses Kyle is training to be a new manager. Perhaps Kyle should focus on his customer service skills first and master that before moving on to management. Is that not the natural order of things? So no, I will not be going back to Skyzone, nor will I recommend this place because of Kyles lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I hope your consideration for management will be reconsidered. You are not ready.

SkyZone Westborough offers Toddler Time (5 & under) every Friday and Sunday mornings. We have been going for over a year and it has been great . . . BUT they just changed the rules and they are no longer developmentally appropriate for this age set, especially the 1-3 year olds. Bottom line, small children want to play WITH their parent/caregiver and they took away your ability to do that. It has become yet another place that wants parents to watch only. Stupid. That desire for independence in kids doesnt start until 5+ typically. Under the new rules, you cannot go onto the basketball area with your kid to help them make a basket. No fun. You cannot sit at the intersection between the trampoline/ pit area to help your kid in/ out or build towers. You cannot help them at all, just stand along the fence and watch. BORING for kid and adult. They are super strict about parents in the big trampoline area now too and despite the fact that the trampolines can hold adult weight, you cannot get onto the trampoline and gently bounce, wrestle or otherwise interact with your kid at all. Just sit on the side and watch. When we went this morning, December 27, 2015, we stayed just 22 minutes instead or our typical 1-1.5 hours because our 3 year old just couldnt have fun. That seemed to be the average for everyone else too because there was an ocean of kids asking to leave, crying, whining and otherwise NOT enjoying NOT being able to play WITH their parent, which is the hallmark desire of this age group. Sorry, this is now off our list. I dont need to pay money to not be able to play with my kid. I am sure these new rules were in reaction to a few parents abusing former limits and lacking in safety common sense. Things should have been addressed with them, and not ruined for everyone else.

Ive taken my 5-year-old twins to SkyZone on three occasions - but there will never be a fourth. SkyZone can be absolutely chaotic, so I chose to bring my boys during the calmer Toddler Time. Sadly, this did not prevent injury. I was only a few feet away as one of my children took a couple of calm bounces after shooting a basketball into a net, then fell down screaming. The result of his fall is a broken tibia and full leg cast for a minimum of 5 weeks.SkyZone takes videos of each area of the gym. They reviewed the tape while I was on the phone with them and describe the event differently than I remember it (I was watching when it happened). Perhaps I was just overwhelmed at the time, but they wont allow me to see the video which I had asked to review so that I could accurately tell the orthopedist what happened. Nor will they cover any medical expenses. Perhaps these are all rules being dictated by their insurance agency, but they certainly werent empathetic to the fact my child broke his leg at their facility.
