Super sketchy. Broken glass everywhere, (stolen) rusty bike parts, and evident transient hangout. We even saw a drug deal take place in broad daylight. The trail is fine, but the trailhead park doesnt feel safe.

Our family managed to gather here one last time for the family portrait my mom had always wanted. We hadnt had a family portrait in over 13 years because different siblings live across the country. My mom passed away 2 days later.

Fun to ride but there are definitely some sketchy areas and it could use some cleaning up.. But we love to have a place to ride as a family within worrying about cars.

Lots of trees. Trail to walk a river. Location seems a bit scary as if a crime could happen and no one would know about it.

Neat little playground at the intersection of the Jordan River Trail and Parleys Trail.

Ask nearly any local about the Jordan River, and youre probably not going to summon a lot of love. But every time I visit, I wonder why in the world that is. We have a really incredible resource running right down the center of the Salt Lake Valley, and serious time and effort has been put into making it accessible and fun for everyone.

Havent painted the benches in forever. Bathrooms chained shut. Looks like they have just given up on a bunch of things along this trail.

During the summer spring or fall usually makes for a great biking. Winter isnt really where u wanna go. Its too cold for words..

This place is great if you want to score some drugs. The park by the trailhead had a bunch of homeless people who ended up stealing some of the snacks we brought. It was our own fault for leaving them sitting out while we went for a walk. The walkway itself was decent. But not the nicest area.

Run down facilities, drug transactions.

We started our 50 mile bike ride there for the scouts. It was very nice ride up past Lagoon and back.

This place is along the Jordan river bike trail its out of the way and I feel it could be so much more if the man that takes care of the place would at least turn the drinking water on. The bathrooms are always locked. There how ever a port-a-pottie located on the lawn in front of them.How hard is it to turn the water on in a park?

Great place patrolled by police daily and utilized by cyclist of all sorts its privately fund for clean up and state funded for maintaining it great land mark I would say I love it runs all across SLC check it great exercise PD PATROL SO FREQUENTLY IF YOU GET LOST

Me and my boyfriend went and walked down the Jordan River Trail and enjoyed the peaceful walk. It was alot of fun

Good walk. Very hot though. There are homeless and or drunks/druggies, I didnt feel threatened but I personally will keep my walks there to the day time hours....

The trail is nice for an easy run.

This is a great place in the Chesterfield area with a 63 Acres restored habitat for wildlife by the Jordan River Commission. Ride your bike along trails and see herons, red and yellow winged blackbird, coots, cranes, Ibis and a menagerie of other Wildlife that exist along the Jordan River

Would go here more but it is tucked away from the public eye and has some sketchy folk there every time I have visited.

This is my favorite place to bike. It is very dirty tho, and needs some people to pick up a few pieces of trash. Next time youre out walking or biking why not bring a bag with you? It only takes a few minutes to fill a kitchen bag and it goes a long way!

Easy place to ride a bike

I live across from it. Easy to get started on your bike trip. I kayak on the Jordan River too.

Just passing through from the Trax station to the bridge over the canal.

The park was messy and there were lots of Griffity there and the grass is not the regular grass at other parks.

The place has not changed for the good. There is no upkeep it seems. They allow ATVs and they shouldnt. Tons of vandalism.

Quiet, spacious, and majority of the day. . . . .empty and quiet. Ahhhhh.

Its a great trail to walk. Its peaceful and every one is kind

One of salt lakes little secerts., This park is wild and wooly, offers outhouse bathroom picnic tables and squirrels, also BBQ area and a playground for the kids . Its off the main path and has a small homeless population .

It is a nice way to run away from the city life. I love riding my bike along the trails, which GI on for miles.

Love running along the Jordan River Trail Way, but wish this park was a little better kept. Itd get much more use.

The Jordan River Trail is a great way to get get exercise in Salt Lake City. This trailhead doesnt have much, but considering its so close to so mucg I never really thought about its lack of amenities since I live so close to it.
