My family and I had a great time out on their boat. We have rented boats from several different providers and we absolutely love iDream the best. We decided to go out on a boat at the last minute on a holiday weekend and luckily for us, they had one available. When I called, a pleasant, cheery voice answered the phone. She stated she had a boat available and was more than happy to rent it. She described how the entire process worked, which was standard for the industry.When we arrived, we were impressed with the condition of the boat. It did not look like a rental boat, as we have rented in the past. It looked as if it was someones personal vessel. It was near immaculate. We went over the checklist and made sure we were both on agreement about the condition of the boat. Then, the family and I hopped on and we were underway. We spent all of our time in the Intra-coastal waterway. There was plenty of space to roam and tour the magnificent mansions along the water. Peanut Island was nearby and a cool place to see, with all of the party-goers beached on the island.When we retuned, they were there waiting on the dock with a smile. They greeted us and helped us off the boat.Several aspects of this rental impressed me. The initial call and explanation of the process. The time frame in which we were able to secure the rental. The ease of the credit card transaction. The customer service provided by the company and the follow-up after the rental.Needless to say, we will be renting from this company again.
