In a time where everyone is cleaning and wiping things down, this place is definitely NOT. Its dusty, floors are especially filthy gross and really dirty. Carts were not wiped down. If theres germs anywhere, its at this Michaels. The employees were nice but this store is in need of a deep cleaning.

I placed my order online 3 hours ago for curbside pickup. 12 pm still not ready! The store is closed so why are the orders so slow? Very annoyed. I visited the Palm Beach Gardens location twice this week. And before I could hit submit order, they emailed it was ready! Behind on my Mothers Day crafting

I am a frequent shopper at Michaels. Some locations are more stacked than others. The location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is my favorite. It always has lots of yarn, different kinds, and usually on sale.

Was looking for a globe, but didnt find one.

I went there to buy yarn. None of the staff is trained in knitting much less knowing their inventory.I bought the one pound size of black yarn for a charity project. It was seconds even though shelf or labeling mentioned the fact. The yarn was tied together in several places. One does not knot yarn when knitting. I had to cut out the tied places to properly connect the yarn. Another package of black yarn had red in it. Again I had to cut.If you are going to put the time into knitting you do not want seconds.

I cannot give this place an informed review. I just stepped in the store to ask if they carry Pinstripe for my car. They did not have it. The lady to whom I spoke was accommodating and helpful. The place is nicely laid out and clearly makes for pleasant shopping. It is well stocked. I am giving it my default five stars.

I was really excited to see that Michaels had upgraded the quantity and quality of their fine art products. I dont feel like I have to go to the specialty art store now for specific supplies I need. Staff was available for questions, and the coupons from the app really supplemented the great BOGO sale.

Amazing love to bring my daughter here for crafts on Saturday mornings. Abby is amazing and great with kids. This adorable creation ( not my kids, the flowers lol ) the flower pots were made and I think it was like $2 each or something. Just amazing. Love it.

Im disappointed that theres no 0-star option. Your employee, Penny, truly exemplifies what it means to be a rude cashier. I hope the following is addressed by management: When she asked if we wanted a bag for a boxed item, I told her yes, thank you. She replied by loudly saying UGH and shaking her head as she looked for a bag. When she gave us the $10 gift card for our promo purchase, she said it can only be used from January 1-12. After leaving the store, I noticed the front of the gift card lists the redemption dates as December 1-14. Thanks Penny, but Ill DEFINITELY be using my discount in December. Thanks, lady!

Pretty nice place. Was clean and well organized. Went looking for yarn and was extremely disappointed that theres only one isle and like a portion on a back wall for yarn now. Major decrease. I was able to find a substitute though.

Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience at this specific Michael’s location. I typically love Michael’s and, as a teacher, spend a lot of time shopping at Michael’s.I was on the market for a Cricut machine for my best friend who is getting married and wants to create some of her own signage for her wedding. We found it on clearance at Walmart for $54 and saw in a Cricut Facebook group that several people were able to get the Cricut at Michael’s with their price-match policy.I called this Michael’s location to ensure that they did, in fact, price-match. When they confirmed that they did as long as the item was exactly that same, I hung up. I called back in less than a minute and spoke to the same representative. I told her I had just spoken to her about their price-match policy but wanted to make sure that they had the product that I wanted to price match in stock. She confirmed that they did.When I arrived at the store, I found the representative that I spoke to on the phone and she told me that they would not price match the Cricut. Told me that I never told her what product I wanted to price-match. When I explained that I did on our second phone call, her response was that they won’t price-match a Cricut. She asked how much I wanted it for and I explained that Walmart had it for $54 and she laughed and said I wouldn’t get it for that but could buy it for the $199 they currently had it for and “do I want it for not?”I understand the price-match policy but wish it would’ve been explained to me on the phone when I called. I called to ensure that this situation did not occur. I am also disappointed in the customer service I received from the representative.*I will say that I wrote an email to customer service about this situation and the manager offered me a $10 “make it right” gift card that I can use only at this Michael’s location. Unfortunately, I do not think I’ll be back as there are other locations equally as close.

I absolutely love Michaels but they need to get their signage down. They make it look like stuff is on sale when its not. They shouldnt have signs that say 50% off over Floral that is not 50% off. All the signage is very misleading about the sales and then when we got to the register it was all regular price stuff.

If youre a crafts lover, this is your one stop shop. It had everything my wife sent me there for plus some. There seemed to be an employee around every turn to help point me towards the items I needed. Very well run store.

Best customer service, my kids got me a little stress about a school project that I gave in and bought a bunch of items. I was worried I wouldnt be able to return any unused items. This place is huge it is a giant Warehouse of just amazing do it yourself items. I absolutely love, love, love it here, the Isles are large enough to take a shopping car and still have somebody coming on the opposite side with another shopping cart in every single aisle the amounts of just everything is an art Lovers Dream if your a do-it-yourselfer this is your go to store! For sure!
