Jerrys Artarama is my go to brick and mortar store for my art supplies. Where Michaels and Hobby Lobby are not true art stores but rather craft stores, Jerrys has all of my supplies and many hard to find or unusual art supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Its the type of store an artist can go in a spend an hour or more, carefully selecting the tools of their trade.

Thanks for the- almost help! So I was visiting my family in West Palm Beach from Atlanta and thought it would be a nice surprise to get my dad and step moms wedding photos framed for them. The guy that assisted me Said that I had the option of getting ready frames, or costumed frames- which would take two weeks. I didnt have the time (since Im leaving today) and I was trying to walk right in with the pictures frames to surprise them, so I went for the ready frames. The guy that assisted me (wish I remembered his name) was very helpful in measuring the photos and helping me find the best-priced frames. I asked if I could use some counter space to go ahead and get them ready, and he said he had to ask the other employee. This guy (not helpful at all) said because of the liability of getting hurt framing photos in their store I was not allowed to frame the photos there. I told him I would not get hurt. I bought simple frames. Now Im left framing the pictures in the cramp spaces of my compact rental car. The first guy was trying to help me out. The other one, even with an explanation was not helpful at all. This is after I spend about $60 on frames. Thanks, but no thanks. I wont be back.In response to the owner, my issue was not with your frames selection; it was with the customer service and the way I was treated after I spent a fair amount of money in your business. I was not offered the luxury of having someone in the store to frame the photos for me-considering your stores policy; this would have been a helpful solution if it was provided to me and I would not have had a problem in the first place. Instead, I was told that framing would have taken two weeks, and I could go somewhere outside the store to frame my photos. This is the reason I was in my cramped car framing them. I was having a perfect day until this incident, all I am saying is you should talk to your staff, particularly the white, tall, skinny gentleman that worked on 8/30/19 and discuss better customer service resolution options.

So this place blew my mind. Up until coming here, my experienceart stores had been placed like hobby lobby, a.c. Moore, ect. And they are garbage compared to a real art store. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Ended up buying a bunch of stuff I didnt need, which is my favorite stuff to buy. The selection was overwhelming!

Very disappointed with Jerrys framing department. Donna was the framing associate that assisted me in selecting my framing options. When checking on the completion date, I was assured that it would be finished as promised. Then I rrceived a message that the frame was ordered in the incorrect size.and must be reordered. I understand that mistakes happen, but it took almost s month to receive my framed painting - a disappointment to me as well as the client.

This place has everything you need. All the staff here is very helpful and kind. The guy with the pony tail is very helpful and has helped me and answered any questions ive had. Love this place

Located near the Cardinal Newman HS, this art shops slogan is “The Candy Store for Artists”. Jerrys Artarama prides itself on great prices for art supplies and great customer service. The West Palm Beach store is 13000 sq. feet full of art supplies.The store boasts everything from canvas to paint and everything in between. Most interesting is their award winning, professional custom frame shop. Regarding their service, the knowledgeable staff of artists are available to help customers with questions and guidance. They offer instructional art classes from beginner to advanced, led by professional instructors. The atmosphere and ambiance during the art classes are fun, educational and inspiring. In summary, its an artists playground.

Ive shopped there s few times. Some of their stuff is great, but are always out of the supplies I tend to be looking for. I have never been greeted upon entering. I get looked at and thats about it. Today, I asked about a battery operated pencil sharpener and was told there is no such thing, as I was led over to a $200 electric sharpener. I went down the street to Michaels and Staples, both of which carried battery operated pencil sharpeners. That reminded me why I only shop at the artarama once every six months. Again, they didnt have what I needed.

I went to this store because the armory center recommended as the best place to find my supplies for my first time taking a drawing class. There was a girl with glasses,wearing a captain America shirt, red hair. I asked her if she can help me find a few supplies, but she was very bitchy and rude. It was clear she didnt want to help me at all. She explained the staff is not allowed to help people if the store is too busy. THIS IS BULLSHIT ! The store was empty.After arguing with this little girl I found my stuff and left, never coming back to this place Il find my stuff in amazon.

I go there every week to get my art supplies and ill tell you, best stuff ever and they always have everything you need, with the best prices too!

Staff is extremely rude... Sat on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. When I called back and ask the same question again, I was told they didnt carry the supplies I needed. When I told them I had sat on hold for over 10 minutes the excuse was, that they got really busy. I was standing 10 feet away from the front door, there was not a single customer in the store. If I could rate less than one star I would.
