Its a good place to live, nothing big happens here, (from what Ive witnessed) but even though you buy your mobile home, there is no way you can remodel it however you want. Also some dogs are supposedly forbidden, even though some people have them anyways, but I guess they just let some people have them, not sure, but they really need to get there business priorities together.
Mobile home park lot rent is ridiculous! No amenities to compensate the high rent. All other mobile home parks in the valley have club house and lot rent is reasonable and affordable. Lived here off and on since 1999. Nothing has changed. Just keep raising lot payment.
I have lived here for over 10 years and Im tired of all the stuff happening around here. We pay about $750 a month for rent and what do we get? Pretty flowers by the front entrance, no pool or clubhouse, and were lucky if theyll actually snow plow the roads at all.
Met one of my good friends here
Had a great time working with Marc and Dottie. Two great people who care for the people there.
The place itself is okay but the manager/ lady is a bit mean. Exaggerated about a lot and very picky about everything. Still a good place overall, relatively new compared to other trailer parks.
Great starter homes
Dishonest and Inconsiderate. And the managers is very dishonest .
Kid friendly and a clean environment
This place is geto and rent is close to $800., not good at all,
I just need to respond to some of the comments and the responses from the management or owners it is not a place I would suggest to live..Yeah Ive lived here for the past 10 years and you will ask well if its that bad why do you stay?? its because the home is paid off and no one want to buy a home in a community that looks like this nor pay the outrages lot rent, 10 years ago I was paying 430.00 per month today 710.00 you pay for water and all utilities, as far as parking you can not park on the road after midnight or if it snows they will tow your car at your expense.most lots have two parking spots, they have the total of six spots for your guest to park these spaces are to cover 192 homes(GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE FAMILY FROM OUT OF TOWN)if you have a dog you can not leave your dog out more than a half hour and you have to be outside with the dog even if you have a fenced yard..the park does not offer security and expects the residents to form a neighborhood watch when I first moved in to the park we had security from midnight to 6 am.your kids are not to be outside with out a parrent at all times however kids are never accompanied with a parent and at times 5 to 9 kids are in the middle of the roads on bikes blocking your entrance of the park or 2 year olds children walking down the middle of the road with only a diaper on.. while the manager sits in the office typing next months news letter of does and donts for the next month or what type of soup she will be serving for the monthly get togethers and what time she will be serving donuts (her priories are mixed up and at the residents expense), most of the news letters sent out are how to make there jobs easier and set rules they dont follow unless they have corporate in town.and one of my pet peeves when the bill you for your rent or a violation the tape it to your door with your personal information for everyone to see (is there a law called third party disclosure or something someone should look into there practices)
I have worked on many mobile homes in this park nice area for kids
The manager is rude and she acts like she doesnt like white people
So come to live
I wouldnt live there.
Great
Only a guest
Old, run-down.
Maybe Im prejudiced, this is just a typical trailer park of which I am not a huge fan.
Nice place to live and for familys
Really nice area to live in nice and quiet, just one big problem the so call mangers from villa west community is so nasty and rude a total pain in the ass specially if your Hispanic treat you last trash so be careful when moving in ...aka dont do it until shes fired we need a friendlier and more human manager
