Not not a bad mobile community, nice yards New Manager (a plus )beautiful homes for sale and good location thats four stars all day to me.

HOME SWEET HOME!Very calm, peaceful and friendly people. This is a place for FAMILIES.The manager Jennifer is great, very knowledgeable and kind.As long as you follow the rules you will be fine. No one will bother you.

Jennifer is always super attentive and has the park always on point, I don’t speak great English but she always try’s her best to understand my needs! Thank you Jennifer!

Whoever answers the phones is terrible at customer service. I was looking at buying a place here and I instantly changed my mind after talking with her.

I have friends that live in this trailer park that I visit often. I have never had problems there, but i know that others have. One acquaintance had their car hit by someone that did not leave any Info for him. Its sad when people arent decent toward one another.

Just picking up my daughters friend that lives here....looks like a nice mobile home park though.

HOME SWEET HOME!One of the nicest mobile home communities I checked out when looking for a new place, honestly. Was so glad to be welcomed by a friendly face when walking into the office. The manager answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I notice that they’re always on top of making sure people are keeping their homes looking nice and abiding by the rules, which is usually the problem at other mobile home communities. I make sure to keep my home looking nice and am glad that to see that the office does their best to keep everyone and everything clean and in line. Sooo glad I found this place.

Don’t move here. I live here. It’s just getting worse. Management has gone from worse to horrible. They come clean the streets & gutters by blowing it onto your property. I just let the wind blow it back out. They harass you over little stupid petty things. The kids that live here have no respect for anything or anyone. Unfortunately I own my unit so I have to sell it to leave. Do NOT get stuck here.

As a resident here too (yes this is an alias, deal with it. Maybe people don’t wanna get attacked for bad reviews, hmm?) I find it funny that the only response to the (true) bad reviews is “we can’t verify your residency. Talk to the office”I would LOVE to talk to the office!! IF I can find a time it’s actuallg open! Recently needed to talk to manager, pulled up at 2:58 to talk (office should be open till five) got out of my car as she was getting into hers and pulling out with the closed sign up. As always. And don’t bother calling the voicemail service cuz either a) it never gets to her or b) she never gets back with you about the issues.People parking on streets, blocking you from pulling out, but cops can’t do anything cuz “private property” but can’t get ahold of management 90% of the time so you’re completely SOL.

Really Bad Here!! in this Mobil Home Park Management Always Sending Letters with Violations (blinds were broken or missing ) but if you walk around how I did n look at all the Mobile Homes Here that have the same issue and I dont think they have mention anything because its been a Month and No fix. My Neighbors just gotten the trampoline for their kids not even 1 month old. Management send him a letter he had to put it away. Again I keep walking around. See still trampolines in other houses! Like Really!! if your going to be so Picky with some Residents You Need To Be The Same EVERYONE HERE!! Another issue we have is that other Neighbors come and park in your spaces in our side is always full. We have to park most of the time now in the next parking lot I have 3 kids that go to school we have to walk more then 100 feet from where we live just to park. N the Residents that are taking our spaces dont have no cars parked in thier spaces I dont think is Fear! Or they can go and park where they can Find the empty spaces since thier cars havent been moved for a month or more.

OK place to live. Although they do keep this place tidy. Lot rent is over $700 a month, and is raised every January by $25. Expensive... For what...?

Management it’s horrible she is never on the office or in the Comunity always putting violations notes for no reason It look like they single you out for everything or anything the blow the trash at ur lot and make you clean it I be living here for 12 years and I never had any problems with management until now she make a big deal about everything and apparently now you can do anything with out there permission don’t move here I’m looking on moving out of here soon !!

It is a nice neighborhood and the friend we have there has been there for years.

I live here and it sucks butt bubbles. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here as i have been trying to move out for a few years now. Its just getting worst and the amount to pay keeps going up. There are never any improvements made.

This place was run down not the type of place to raise a family
