Went here for the first time yesterday and was amazed at the great selection of products. The sales staff is very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, plus some other goodies. Definitely will be returning for future needs!

Like the place and food. Very cozy for couples groups or functions. The terrace has enough space for a group of 40.

Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The place is clean and bright. The Varieties of Sexual Experience (and preference) on display make itworth a visit just for its educational value. They also have educational events, mostly free, I believe.

I trek my way here because I wanted to get a mask but only to find out that they blocked the stairs to the basement because they were having a class (which they do on a regular basis). I have never been to a store that offers sex education classes that block the stairways to see other merchandise.If you want to buy something, pray it’s not in the basement and pray that they don’t have classes that take place on the day you need to access the basement.So much for me trying to support the local economy. Going back to Amazon.

This is the best sex shop ive ever been to. I had been searching everywhere for a chest binder and they were the only store to sell chest compressors irl. Their customer service and wide selections really make you feel welcome. They have items for people of all; genders, sexual orientation, and kinks. Huge variety of all you could ask. Whenever I am in WeHo I will almost always stop by here to see what they have. They have an extensive selection of toys, lingerie, books, etc. You name it they got it! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They offer free classes if anyone is interested in a certain topic or want to elevate a skill. This is pretty rare in WeHo they have parking!If its anyones first time I would totally recommend checking out Pleasure Chest. Its a great place to pop your cherry.

As far as adult stores go, this is the best of the best. Ive been coming here for years and if you cant find it at The Pleasure Chest, you probably dont need it. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful (though you may wait a minute to grab their attention since they spend quality time helping each customer). The selection is outstanding and they have a variety of price ranges to fit every good time budget. And dont miss their classes - Ive taken at least three and they are always super fun!

It is a fun store to go in and browse and shop. However if you buy something that you immediately want to return or exchange for something else they will not allow you to exchange anything. Once you buy it its yours. They do not do any sort of exchanges unless the item is defective and then they only exchange it for the same item. I purchase a gift from there a few short hours ago and I found out the person I purchase the gift for already had one. So I called and ask the person over the phone if I could exchange the item as I purchased it just a few hours ago and it has not been opened. They told me absolutely not. I will NEVER shop there again since they do not accommodate reasonable exchanges.

By far the best adult shop Ive ever been to. They have a wide variety of toys and lube. You can get all the basics here and then more. Oddly enough I end up going here for birthday and other gift cards more than anything.
