Bradley Point Beach

A beautiful place when its quiet. If there is a festival or event going on near the boardwalk it can be extremely loud - the sound carries far here. Weekdays are the best time to visit! Love being able to walk the length of boardwalk and take in such a pretty part of the sound.

Nice not crowded. I was right next to the stage. I will most def go back.

Beautiful beaches and boardwalk... When the growth is managed well. Dont anticipate on the bathrooms being open unless you want to use portapody.

Really great views, great boardwalk, and good vibes. Definitely smells like seawater, a little on the strong side, but all in all, a very nice Beach. Could be pretty romantic also.

Beautiful place! You can walking, running, use bicycle... the beach is nice and the monument to wars veteran is really nice. Good for kids

We had a fantastic walk. Amazing place to visit. There is benches around if you need to take a break. Picnic table if you decide to bring a bite. And a little playground for the kids. A perfect family destination. I love it!

Amazing clean beach, very peaceful place to sit and relax they also have small playing ground for kids and there is a volleyball ball poles are there. Water is calm and clear. Beautiful trail they have made for walking and the big Savin rock looks great.

A lot of these public beaches and parks dont seem to welcoming of nonresidents. They dont allow nonresidents to park at public parking lots. So if youre visiting out of state and driving then you would have to find available street parking and then walk over.. we were traveling with a toddler and a stroller they make it very inconvenient for us.

You can park you car nearby the beach area paying the meter. Nice view overall.

Its excellent for walking/running/biking etc. But, turn the other way if you want to do a real beach day (swimming, tanning etc). Smells like sewage sometimes. Shells and rocks everywhere, literally roughest shores in all of CT and I have seen hypodermic needles washed up on the shore. Yay, west haven!

Its beautiful and so peaceful. I lobe going and sitting under a tree, reading a book and listening to the ocean.

Great place to visit with family and friends

Grear to walk, meditation, reading or just quiet time.

Went there last night to watch fireworks and walk the boardwalk. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant. There was even live music. Will spend more time there this summer.

Pretty but full of litter. We picked up a lot but there was much more left.

We stayed 4 hours is cleaned, safe, the police is always around, we payed 5dlls parking fair. We we finished we stop a nice restaurant to have dinner. Next time you can bring bike, skate theres a nice small trail to exercise, great for kids as well.Only issues no bathrooms near by

Bradley point is great if you want to take a nice walk. Or if you prefer to stroll around the veterans memorial. There are chairs to sit and people watch or water watch, which ever you prefer.

This is a veryh relaxing place to take in the water and think. The great sites and sounds has a calming affect and the stress just goes away here.

The whole boardwalk is gorgeous all the time, but Bradley Point Beach/Park is beautiful. Well kept and quiet, its usually full of people playing Pokémon Go, clamming at low tide, taking in the veterans memorials, or enjoying the beautiful shoreside scenery on the benches and rocks. The paved trail makes for a nice walkway and it has easy access to a couple little beaches in case you want to go right up to the water.

Love walking around the beach and surrounding park area. Great place to look out at the water and pay your respects at the Vietnam memorial.

Beautiful, beautiful beach with a park nearby. There is parking, for about 1.50 per hour. I would not recommend parking at nearby restaurants. They tow cars.

Great little public beach. Flew kites with the kids down in the grassy area after a bite at Jimmys. Good times.

Very pleasant....clean and a beautiful play ground for the children..one problem no bathroom near by.....

Apparently its illegal to ride your skate board on the board walk. I didnt know that for the 3 years Ive been riding here. But you now, west haven.
