Jeff was very helpful, knowledgeable and overall very refreshing to work with. He was patient, asked several questions to gain clarity and had a no-pressure approach, but rather focused on what’s the best putter and wedge for my game.

It seems like every time I go here either some one is not available or the sales staff gives minimal effort to help assist customers. Don’t waist your time here either go to golf headquarters for friendlier more helpful staff or go Ken Schall golf for professional fittings and excellent service.

Took a raw, uncut shaft to have a Taylor made adapter tip put on it and I provided my cobra driver so they could use it to base the length on. Instead, they dissembled my cobra driver, swapped the tips, essentially ruining BOTH the brand new shaft and my consistent Cobra driver... Seriously cant believe how badly they screwed up a $10 tip installation. Cost me $800 in shafts/drivers...

Im still getting acclimated to golf after returning to the game last year. I was looking for a set of used clubs (irons) before even considering new ones, due to my work for regaining a revised, standard swing.The staff was extremely helpful with club suggestions after setting me up on a golf simulator. They made a couple of club adjustments and advised me what will work best for my game. They had a set of irons now being adjusted and Im nearly ready for action! Very satisfied!

The General Manager, Jared Olson, is the reason I will continue shopping at Golf Galaxy. Im very seldomly impressed with a businesss customer service. I manage a local business, so I know the difference between employees who will just help a customer and an employee who enjoys helping a customer all while building value for the business. I arrived irritated/frustrated and left in a great mood. Im impressed with his level of customer service. He is the reason I will return to make my golf purchases there.

I went here the other day and was extremely disappointed. I have always gone to Golf Galaxys to get anything I needed for golf. The selection they had was extremely limited, the staff all stood around talking to each other not offering to help, and the prices are high. I left and went down the road to Golf Headquarters. As soon as I walked in the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They didnt try and push me to buy anything I didnt want, but instead helped me find what I was looking for. The shoes I wanted they had and they werent even out at Golf Galaxy yet. Their selection is a lot bigger and the prices are better. Their club fitting system is second to none. I would highly recommend going there instead. They gained a lifetime customer

I went in prepared to spend $1500 on a new set of clubs and bag only to be told they do not honor specials Advertised by their parent company. The sales associate told me they would honor the discount, and was later overruled by the manager. The manager then went on to be dishonest telling me that there was an up charge for the shaft. I know this to be untrue. I’ve already spent close to $2000 this year at this location. I won’t be back.

Always go there for all my equipment, cloths and supplies. Staff is always great to me. Got fitted for an iron set, Colin fitted me and was extremely helpful, patient and knowledge. Thanks golf galaxy.

Great service. I went in with a broken shaft on my driver. They fixed it for a reasonable price and it works great. While I waited I inquired about lessons and talked to Jon, Golf Pro. I was impressed and decided to buy some lessons. Two months later I was hitting the ball longer and straighter than ever. He corrected my horrible slice. He even sent me the video of our lesson that I could use on my phone. Now I have my wife hold my phone to record my swing and I can analyze it against the lesson. Im heading back for another lesson this month! I was happy with the staff I worked with.

Never seen a more disrespectful sales team. Waited 30 minutes for help and then I had to go find someone even though they werent busy. Finally got someone to help, after setting me up to try a couple sets of irons he walked away. I tried to walk back to give the irons back to tell them I wanted the one set and I was walked by multiple times by the sales team while I held the clubs in my hand trying to give them back. The kicker is the guy that set me up on the irons walked right past me also and didnt say a word. Ill never go back...

I love this store. They have a wide variety of everything golf. I have bought fitted clubs, clothes and other things from there. I have hit balls on their simulators many times. Im always happy with the things i buy from there and have always felt like they have great customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any retailer. Getting my clubs serviced from local golf courses now and ordering online so I dont have to deal with these lazy, unhelpful, rude employees

To start, could not get anyone to help me. I was looking for new ping irons. When I did get helped, it was a joke. The so called Ping fitting I got was nothing more than some guys standing there watching me hit balls telling me what I need. I walked out very disappointed. I went to Golf Headquarters and met Gary and Craig. These two are the most professoinal, helpful guys I have met in a retail store. Craig fit me on the Ping computer system. He spent over an hour with me explaining everything. This is the only place to go for getting fit for golf clubs!

Totally Ignored! Went in there on a rainy winter monday morning made eye contact with all 5 employees walked all around store, picked up a club or two, looked at balls, used the bathroom and asked some guy back by the practice cages about what they are for. AT NO TIME WAS I ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP! UNTIL....I was going to walk out. Then the guy by the cash register asked if I needed any help. I said, Yes, about 10 minutes ago when I came in! He was going to offer to help me but I told him that I was going to Scheels Sporting Goods where someone will talk to me and offer to help. I DID and THEY DID! Scheels was much busier and I was offered help in their golf department by 2 associates within 60 seconds of walking into that area.

Came here to look for wedges.... I had my family with me and my daughter needed to use the bathroom so a worker was walking pass me and I tried to ask him where the bathroom was but the douche just walked right by me as if I didnt exist.... needless to say, I just left and didnt even look at the equipment... I usually go to Kinleys on Fluer but was already on this side of town so decided to check out what they have. Never again will I visit this trash place with their trash staff. Kinleys will always be my go to shop now

Not sure why I keep coming back to this place. It always seems that I get disappointed about the small things. For example I come in with a coupon to buy some golf balls and it turns out that I cannot use the coupon at all. For customer experience Im batting 1 for 4.

Over the last 4 months Ive spent about $1400 here. Its always been my go to place. Until a couple days ago. I went in to test out the new R15 Taylormade driver. I brought my current driver in to compare numbers on the computer. I hit about 5 balls with my driver then swapped over to the R15. After hitting just 3 balls the person working with me says what are you trying to do here today son are you trying to buy a driver or what. I literaly had taken 8 swings in a matter of maybe 3 minutes and he was rushing me about a $440 dollar possible purchase. I told him yes im trying to buy a driver today if i like what i see. He then responds Well you have too many issues going on to try and compare driver.(talking about my swing) EXCUSE ME SIR but i shoot a solid 83-87 per 18. Im not trying to be a PGA LEVEL golf player. I think for a casual player i shoot pretty well. Everyone has there own swing.I think this person was the manager because every time ive ever been in there he was there. They have two older employees, one who is tom the pga instructor and hes amazing. Friendly,helpful,patient. This was the other older employee. It was not the first time ive seen him be extremely rude to ppl, but it was the first time hes worked with me and He didnt fail to deliver.Long story short i went do the street to GOLF HEADQUARTERS and spent $440 and bought the driver from them. I WILL NEVER SHOP Here again. I will be going to golf hq for all my needs. I suggest everyone does the same.
