Well maintained play equipment. Usually clean and well stocked bathroom. Plenty of space to play and run. Pet friendly :) great park!

Old park with huge trees and lots of shade. Newly remodeled shelter for picnics, on-site restrooms, and a few picnic tables scattered about. There is also a playground with 6 swings, a slide, and a few other places to play, including two triceratops figures. There is also a fountain that very rarely has water, but makes for a nice centerpiece all the same. It is also very rarely used with few people so it is rather peaceful.

Washington Park is 100 yards from my childhood home. Spent many happy summers sliding the slide, splashing in the pool, and running in the grass under the pines. The citys summer kids program was enriching and appreciated. Sad to see the amenities temporarily closed, but soon life will get back to normal.

Due to Covid, they had removed the swings. However, there is still the gazebo with slides available for the kids to play. Nice, clean, well kept park.

Lots of shade, feels cooler than most parks. Great place to picnic or take the kids to play on the toys.

Cozy. It has lots of conifers and other trees. Single person restrooms w/locking doors. It has a great shelter. Nice sized probably 15 picnic tables in there. Multiple outlets. No water. There is a washing pool that is seldom used. Light on toys but great for up to 3rd graders. Swings. Enough open field to play a game of soccer, light practice, frisbee something like that. My kids all to go there. Cool on a hot day

We were looking for a park to have a picnic at and we had a nice surprise where there was a little water spot the kids could cool off in. Which was especially important when the wheather was 93 degrees.

It has lots of shade and you could have a wedding he could have a family reunion Toy for Theres funniest space its just a great part the children can play

We have had two baby showers, birthday parties playdate and just a great place to relax...bring a chair or blanket to sit on!!

It a cool place to walk even in the heat of the day or ride bikes ! I would like to see4 or 5 fined Dog runs in our park trails!!!

I like Washington Park a lot. I remember when I was like 11 years old. I stole my Grandmas car and drove straight through the park like a maniac.

Large grass area. Equipment geared towards smaller kids 2-6. Restrooms but no drinking fountain.
