Another huge park with lots to do in Wenatchee! Tons of parking available on a hot Saturday. So much green and manicured grass. The beach was nice and the bathrooms were clean. The playground looked like it would be lots of fun but is unfortunately fenced off due to corona. But we will come back to visit again and hopefully get to try out everything.Excellent place to stop and relax for us passing through.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful parks in all of the US! In fact, they were named park of the year in 2018 and after visiting there’s no doubt why !My dog loved the geese in the water and just the freedom to move !

Great park. Lots of grass and not a lot of trees but well cared for and melds various kinds of uses for many different users from baseball to swimming in the river. A super spot to access The Loop (recreational trail around the river) which is special. Wenatchee residents should be proud.

This is my favorite park in town. Clean, peaceful, scenic and spacious. Walla walla has so many opportunities for play and relaxation, in part because it is so diverse and expansive. From swimming in the river with my dog, to picnics under groves of trees, to long walks pushing my stroller on various walks, it’s a delight to be at walla walla park.

I thought there was nothing to do in Wenatchee, but you should visit it only if to visit only this park! Its surprisingly amazing: huge space, super well maintained grass, bike lanes, volleyball and other fields, and special swimming area for kids. It protects this little beach from the river flow to make it completely safe.Theres some cool and funny statue. I didnt take the photo because its way too creative, no photo will convey what it represents. So, explore for yourself.I should mention that geese love this park as well!

Walla Walla Point Park has something for everyone! The park is 100% stroller and wheelchair friendly. There is a fun large playground that keeps my kids entertained for hours, complete with slides and swings. The bathroom and water fountain is very close to the playground and is clean. There are also bathrooms along the bike/walking path around the park. There is lots of parking and the parking is close to both the playground and paths. The tennis courts, sand volleyball court and wall ball courts are fun for older kids and adults. The paths are clean and not crowded. There is tons of open space and grassy areas to play football, soccer, tag, etc... It is a great park for kids, teens, adults, and everyone! Two things to watch for: 1. The geese will chase you if you feed them. I suggest feeding a small group and not the whole. 2. The geese poop on the grass and pathways. Watch out for poop.

Things my family had enjoyed here: playing horse on the basketball courts, going for walks around the waterfront, doing the loop bike ride, playing soccer on the fields here, and much more. This park is well maintained and gorgeous. The river and surrounding hills are stunning and the park itself feels expansive and offers everything youd expect (and more) from a city park.

We have used this park so many times that I must say I love it. A shopping trip to Wenatchee does not have to be dull. The Park plus the Apple Capital Loop Trail offer ample recreational activities. I often bring my bike so I can ride the loop and never get tired of it. If our shopping tax dollars support this Park, more power to it! Walla Walla Point Park is also beautiful in its setting.

Wonderful place to take the family. Great bike/walking trail, fun park, basketball, beach volleyball, swimming in the summer. Only drawbacks are a lack of an off leash dog play area (I dont know about yours but my dog does not like to swim while on a leash) and the amazing amount of geese and duck poop.

What a treat it was to find this pretty riverside park tucked in behind the rail lines and apple warehouses. The late winter day with blue skies just brought out people with smiles to enjoy a nice walk. I can imagine summer here with kids playing on the beach to be a great spot. Will come back for sure!

The park is great for hanging out or going swimming but I primarily go to play tennis and they have really let the courts go now. Theyve always been great, and I know it costs a lot of money to keep them up, but they are starting to split badly and have a ton of cracks. Im sure they will remain this way for a long time, which is a shame, but it is what it is. The park is still a fun place to go and hang out, its just going to be rough to play tennis there after a while.

Kids have fun playing on the toys or having nerf wars in a field. Must watch close though and check the bark, many unpleasent findings in the bark of the play area and around the landscaping near the soccer field. Some people are just rude, duscusting and ruin good things for the people who respect properties.

A very beautiful park with something for everyone. Baseball fields, hand ball, tennis and basketball courts, play areas for the kiddos, and picnic shelters large about for family reunions graduation parties or birthday parties - and they is NO charge to use the shelters, you just have to call the Chelan County Parks Dept to make a reservation. The Apple Loop Trail runs right along the river and there is room for everyone. I had my daughters graduation party there and the shelter was the perfect location! Definitely recommended a visit to this beautiful locally grown and serviced
