Very nice and extremely clean theatre. Decided to come and see an older movie offering and still enjoyed the experience despite covid. We were able to enjoy popcorn and drinks and had a good time! Its nice to revisit some movies you might have previously seen and get your movie fix.

The XD format offers awesome quality. Very good audio system, display quality is bright and colorful, floor has a high slope and the screen is huge, it feels pretty immersive and most importantly the seats are declinable couches just like home really spacious. The place is clean. You can buy your ticket in a self service machine so you don’t have to make a line or challenge social distancing. I have to say men restroom has no privacy but it’s not a big deal. My overall experience was very good.

I live in Baytown but make the drive here because the seating is great and the place is always clean.

We visited the theater at 1:30 PM. The theater was very clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly. After the movie we returned to our truck to discover our passenger window destroyed and we had been robbed of our valuable contents from our console. The theater offers no security in the parking lot (not even security cameras)! The police reported to us that two other vehicles had be broken into at approximately the same time. I believe it is unacceptable not to provide some sort of security for our vehicles as we patronize the theater.

We did the $99 private show and it was excellent. Even for a small group it was worth every penny.

Very clean all around and the staff was nice. Went to a noon showing so it wasnt crowded. There was no lines for anything so I cant judge that.The movie started on time and the seating was comfortable. Bathrooms were also pleasantly clean. Was cold though so glad I brought a blanket!

I come to this movie theater extremely often, and usually, its an okay place to come and watch the movies. The floors are usually sticky, the theaters are not often clean, and theres a semi-rustic smell to it for tickets that cost nearly $10. Yet, its a fun environment, and although the lines are usually long for the concessions, the work team is extremely efficient in working. However, this past time seemed like a nightmare. I recently went to go see a movie (Specifically Spies in Disguise) with a couple of friends and I. When we walked into the theater, the ads were already playing for about 5 minutes in, however the screen was completely black. No matter, we thought; when the movie starts, there would be a viewing screen. 5 minutes later, and the movie just started. You could hear the movie, yes, however, still unable to see it. You could see that we werent the only party in the theater that were aggravated with the screen being black, and two people got up to tell a worker it was a black screen. The workers tried to fix it a couple of times, and it began flashing bright images of the movie for about a quarter of a second, which couldve caused a seizure for anyone in the movie theater who are epileptic. The workers didnt start the movie over, they didnt apologize or anything for the poor experience. There was a vital scene of the movie lost, and nothing was offered to the customers in sorry. There are much nicer places to go and watch the movies for the same price than Cinemark 18, and next time we will be visiting there.

Always a great time. Reclining Seats are so comfy. Lines are never long. Always Great souvenirs to go along with their new release movies. Awesome snack selection.Totally dig the subtle ancient tomb look through the building.

Excellent theater. Loved the experience. Very clean... concession stand lines were not long... restrooms were well maintained. Theater was clean and the loungers were pretty cozy! The kids had a great time as well. The main draw back is that this theater is a long drive out for anyone from city! Except that, today was a great experience. No complaints at all.

My daughter and I enjoyed Cinemark, their concession stand was replenished and full, they had hot ready serve cookies and pizza for grab and buy. They also had an area to order hamburgers and merchandise on the left hand side upon entering the theather and a game area directly across. They had attentive staff answering any questionsWe had. The movie we saw was My Spy, their reclining chair was comfortable and the movie was good. My overall experience was good and I would recommend this theater.

Main movie theater I go to with and without family. Like that I can purchase my tickets online and pick my seats. I can take my time knowing that I know where I will be sitting. Love the recliners and the hand rest that goes up so I can get closer to my sweetie if I want to. Don’t like the long lines to get popcorn and goodies. Wound be nice to have all registers open when they are busy.

Enjoyed the experience. Clean theater, comfortable seats. No hassle process with buying tickets online & validating immediately on arrival. Food is crazy expensive, but that seems to be the rule these days at cinemas.

Get the private showing its worth it, plus concessions are super cheap.

Watch Jurassic world fallen kingdom when it came out. This place is great i love the recliner seats that made it very comfortable! Will definitely be back again whenever we are in town.

I watched the Joker movie here in a night show. The entire complex is awesome, with fast processing of tickets when booked online. No nonsense staffs. No bickering to buy the theatre food.The recliner was good, but the head end doesnt go back until the leg rest is fully elevated. Screen and sound quality was good. Small screen, but comfortable viewing experience.

The concession stand was a complete joke. Id rate them a ZERO! Waited 15 minutes because whoever is behind the counter couldnt figure out how to keep up with the popcorn maker and they ran out. The butter dispenser was also out of butter. The kid who checked us out wasnt concerned at all. No crowd control. Some lady cut in front of the entire line to get refills. I get better service at the discount movie at Texas City!

Clean, big and roomy, nice chairs and sound.

Love the big comfy seats. No blocked view by the row ahead and no kicking my seat by the row behind me. Being able to recline is a nice bonus but the real win is being far enough from strangers that they cant get on my nerves.

Cant beat luxury loungers and renting a whole theatre for your group

Very awesome theater, not a newer one. However, the staff is friendly. The service at the kitchen could operate a bit quicker but overall not a bad place. Always has parking even thought the theater is very busy on most nights.

The team members are always courteous and helpful. Im a member of one of the clubs for Cinemark theater. So I always get my tickets inside at the counter. Ive always been treated with respect. Weve not had to stand in lines all that long. The people behind the counters are polite and efficient.

Always pleased with this theater. Spend the extra for the better seats people!! The popcorn was very salty. Other than that beat theater around.

Movie theater companies are starting to get a little ridiculous. They added a fiver dollar convenience fee to purchase tickets. Not to mention that a bottle of water costs five dollars.Wise up and watch the movie in the privacy of your home on the couch with your loved ones. Movie theaters are a waste of money.

Movie prices are a bit high, never seems to be enough people staffing the counter when you want to order something. Received different answers each time when inquiring about possible discounted tickets. Dont need the discount, but would at least like the answer to be standardized

I go there for the Met live in HD broadcasts. These are the best! The theater seats are comfy, bathrooms are clean, and they have the usual concession foods.

My movie had 30 min of commercials. Absolutely the most annoying thing ever. I am a person that goes probably once every couple years to the movies. And last time I went it wasn’t nearly as bad as it is now. I know that they probably can’t control how many commercials they play before movies but I need to put that out there. Other than that it seems like a great place to watch a movie. Very comfortable chairs.

I love taking my kiddo here. Its extremely comfortable and the screens are crystal clear. The sound is loud sometimes, but most times it is just enough to be immersive. If you want to catch a movie this is the place you want to watch it.

TERRIBLE, my boyfriend and I went to a late night showing of the joker, halfway through the movie I feel something running on the back of my seat and all of a sudden me and my boyfriend see 3 RATS!!!!! We immediately left, we couldn’t find any staff anywhere and left disgusted!! I’ll never go back!!!

We love going to the Cinemark 18 in Webster, it’s clean, the seats are super comfy and there are always a million different showtimes to choose from. Buying tickets in advance is the way to do it folks!

This place was amazing! My family treated me for a movie & it was great. The seats recline so you can sit back & really enjoy the feature. Great theater.

This theater use to be great. We don’t know what happened but it has really gone down hill. They ran out of popcorn in the middle of the day on Sunday, managers were nowhere to be found and the poor kids manning the registers had no idea how to respond. Lights came on and the screen went blank near the end of the second act of Giselle which was being streamed live from Moscow Bolshoi. No manager in sight. Starbucks coffee machine has been out of order for three weeks. This theater desperately needs a new GM.

Theyve made a ton of improvements to this location. They now serve beer. The seats are much more comfortable than before. It looks like the management is doing a great job keeping this location clean and efficient. All of the employees were very friendly.

I just like to chill, eat some pop corn and watch a Good Movie. As Im watching why not hear the movie in a XD surround sound.

This is a classic movie theater, very clean. Updated as far a luxury seating, and great surround sound. The pricing I feel is reasonable. The concession stand is good, they even serve pizza and cookies. They also have a Cafe that serves more. The bathrooms are clean and the floors are clean.

Good app discounts.Dont try nachos,its pretty bad: everything is given in the bags and very small cup of cheese.

Nice reclining chairs kind of expensive for matinee. 9.00 dollars for a matinee. But was nice. You have to have assigned seats lol so you pick your seating before you go in while your paying. But over all a pleasant experience.

Opened a google account just to review this place. We went here on Thanksgiving. The place was filthy, there were children yelling & the manager refused to do anything about it. If we’re going to pay $30 per person for a movie (w/ snacks) we should be able to watch it in relative peace.

My experience’s at this movie theatre have been mostly positive, but could improve in certain areas as well.We saw 1917 on a weekday morning and things were good except the seats were sticky and the speakers sounded like they were blown out in some action scenes.I would like to say this:If you don’t want to hear screaming kids go during the week days when they are at school. Problem Solved!Being that most people are streaming tv and movies at home or on the go, movie theaters should always be top notch and eat off the floor clean. Customer service should be above and beyond.I believe that the management has issues as well and therefore employees just do what they want.The refreshments are expensive because that’s where they make their bottom line, and high profit margins, not the ticket sales.But soon there will be no theaters and only streaming.

I really enjoy Cinemark 18, but Ill leave off that extra star for two reasons. First theres already enough trailers which I enjoy for the most part. But now youre adding more commercials in between trailers. That doesnt happen at AMC. And speaking of AMC, a membership in line with their A list would put it over the top for me.

Went to see the Sonic movie and I loved there. Snacks are a bit overpriced but all movie theaters have that so I dont mindnd to much. 10/10 would go again.

Reclining chairs are great, but they dont recline back as much as Id like. There are concessions stands that are never open. The ceanliness of the restrooms isnt great. But still a decent place to watch a movie.

Beautiful and Huge cinema Hall with 18 screens. Clean place and friendly staff. You can catch almost all the new Hollywood movies here. Great food selections too.

Went to see Zombie Land. I loved it. The theater has Recliners with cup holders and there so comfy.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they forgot to put my order in. They ended up rushing my pizza and it was undercooked. The overall experience was good because the movie was good, the restrooms are clean and the staff members are nice.

Clean, nice, and will maintained. Food pricess are high, as expected from a movie theatre, and about the quality of food youd expect.

Just took the kids to see Frozen II and tried out the Dbox seats for the first time. While this particular movie isnt ideal for the seats, I can really see them being a blast for more action packed movies. Would highly recommend giving them a go sometime.

Wonderful theater with electric reclining seats! Very large & lots of walking. Volume was way too low in the theater we were in. Couldn’t hardly hear over the cow 3 seats down munching on something from a crumply bag that must have been mega sized because the rattling literally went on for over an hour and the constant adjusting of her seat. Not to mention it wasn’t even her seat. She had been ousted from 2 rows down earlier by ticket holders. Speaking of, there were 2 guests in our assigned seats when we arrived but graciously got up without a word from us and with a very nice smile & greeting.

This was my first time there, was a great experience with my date, staff was great, helpful and would definitely visit again

The theater is very big and we loved the ambience. The sound system was excellent too.

Seat was broken, frozen drink was good but nachos were horrible! I bought tickets on line, walked in, ordered my food and then walked straight to my seat. No one ever checked my ticket. Could be a nice place with stone decent management.

The seats are comfortable, the theatre is always clean and there are plenty of concession lines. We always go inside and use the kiosk to purchase tickets, its usually faster.

For all the service fees picking up tickets should be much easier.

Best theatre in my opinion! We will drive past other theatres to get here. Lots of parking, reserved and reclining seats, bar, good location, and never had an issue here.

The best place to watch new movies. Im part of the movie club and the benefits for the price are definitely worth it when i take my family of four out.

This theater is clean has many amenities and friendly staff. I purchased dbox tickets the chairs are interesting but I wouldnt buy those tickets again. On another note the lion king was very well done.

I’m a regular patron of you’re theatre. Recently I realized something that was very disturbing to me. I had a knee surgery that has left me to rely on crutches or a wheelchair until my knee heals. My wife and I came to see a movie today. I let myself in with your handicapped door button while she parked the car.I soon realized that’s where your handicap assistance stops. It was very difficult navigating the bathroom door as well as the theater door. It Would have been much more difficult to manage that without my wife or relying on other movie goers kindness to help me. I know you have a few locations for wheelchairs in your theaters which is probably all you need but what’s the use if a handicapped person has to fight to get to them.I left very disappointed that you haven’t done more to make your movies easier accessible instead of just the advertisement that only helps you thru the door.Thank you

If youre interested in all the overpriced seating options, this is definitely the place to go.The first three rows of seats are so close to the screens, you cant see the movie.The staff was friendly and the theater was clean.

Lounge seats are comfortable. Sound was great! Aisles are wide. Popcorn is wonderful.
