They are overpriced and over crowded! It is a great place to move a mobile home in though.

Beautiful community, great Manager- Darlene. Would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, pretty community, with lots of trees and that is centrally located to town and the major highway. They have new homes coming in right now too!

I was impressed with the new rentals they moved in and the new parking spaces they built.

The property manager Mary is very rude. I have been here for almost 2 years and they said if I dont have my rent paid by the 5th I have 10 days to move my trailer. Well they are wrong first I have to be evicted. Plus I pay my rent on time evey month. Or water bill is to be paid with the rent. My water bill is never more than 50 and march water bill was 128.00 there are 3 adults and a two year old. I asked to see the readings and was not showed. This month its 80. This place will mess you around any way they can. The streets are really bad. There are older men out drinking at night. I would not ever move here

The mobile homes are so close to each other but decent looking and very nice people that live there.
